If not sitting at the bar, you place your order at the register. Your beers are served and you are given a number for your food to be delivered to your table. There is a long (often full) bar, lots of indoor tables, and a large patio area that occasionally features a band. Overall, OG is a great sandwich shop that also happens to be a brewery. The ambiance is casual and fun, and we don't mind bringing our kid which earns bonus points in my book!

Like most customers, I assumed the tips placed in those jars were going directly to the employees working behind the counter and making drinks during busy rushes. Finding out that employees reportedly do not directly receive those tips feels misleading and leaves a bad taste in my mouth. The staff always seem to work incredibly hard, especially during rushes, and customers tip because they want to support THEM. If tip money is being used differently, customers deserve transparency about that. For me personally, this -- combined with other experiences that made me feel unwelcome -- has changed how I view the business entirely. I'll be choosing to support other local businesses moving forward.

I received multiple excuses and reasons why my food was not what i ordered, but too hungry i just paid and left. I decided it would be best to stop at hungry howies on the way home as a backup plan. Once i got home, much like the other reviewer, my pizza was severely overcooked. The one steak sub that eas baked was almost burnt, and the ends of the sub were not edible.
