The ribs were also tender and tasty and done just the way I like them-bite off the bone. Ribs are overcooked in my opinion when they "fall off the bone" because they aren't ribs at that point! Being from Texas, we complemented them before we left and even gave another customer a quick opinion of how good the barbecue was. You may note that I'm not reviewing any sides because if the meat is as good as this was you don't need any sides. Their sauce is good, not too sweet and they have a sweeter option as well as a hot (habanero) sauce that is also good.
