Very disappointed with my recent experience. My order was delivered to the wrong address due to an error on Papa John's end, not mine. When I spoke with the manager, Ryan, instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution for the cold food we received, he deflected blame onto a shift leader and acted like it was somehow my fault. Completely unprofessional and unhelpful. I expect better customer service, especially when the mistake was clearly made by the store. Your customer service, this is our second time making an order. I had a credit from the last time they messed up our order. I call with an order for the Manager Ryan to tell me that what you guys have on the website he could not place the order for me. WOW! I had to sacrifice what I really wanted for something else instead of spending my credit on the pizza I wanted. Poor customer service. Training is needed. It's sad when you cannot accommodate the customer on what you promised after the mistake the first time. The quality of service is very poor. I got cut off twice in trying to make my order. It took them over 45 minutes to get the order straight only to tell me that it will take the another 45 minutes estimated to get my order to me. I'm not far away but after work why can't I get quality service. Please fix this!! I had an amazing experience today with this location! I typically have mundane if not sub-par interactions here with the staff during dinner time -when we normally come for pizza. But this morning, Justin and Ciaunna just stood out as giving the best customer service I've ever received from this location. They're energetic, friendly, and efficient! I could tell they are team players with their high fives and motivation. They were thorough with my order and paid attention to detail. They made sure to give me enough plates and condiments to take to my son's school and join him for lunch! I was in and out of there with everything I need. Did an online order through the app and the whole experience was great. It was done on time and hot and ready. I know they may be a bit short staffed, but all places seem to be right now. The service here is terrible! They have forgotten order, returned delivery, and pretended that I was not even there one time. I've tried to order from here but this location is not worth it. Today, I tried to place a delivery order and was told there was a glitch in the system in which my order was returned to the store. Instead of offering to remake the order, I was told they were going to send the same one out again. Nobody wants cold food, so I was forced to cancel. We ordered 2 pizzas, garlic knots, cinnamon pull apart, a two liter of Pepsi, and a two liter of Mt Dew from this location this evening. The food arrived only about 10 minutes later than the estimated delivery window. However, the drinks were not included. Fortunately I managed to yell to the Door Dash driver and she said she would go back and get them. She tried and came back 15-20 minutes later but she had grabbed Sierra Mist instead of Mt Dew. The pizza was cold, likely because it came out of the oven about 30 minutes before arriving at my house (only 5 minutes from the store). It was also "cut" horribly unevenly (the middle of a large pizza is not 2 inches in from the edge of the crust). The cuts were more like score lines in the cheese as they didn't go all the way through the crust in most places and we had to tear the pizza apart. The dessert was dry, burnt, and cold. Imagine eating slightly cinnamon flavored croutons. We will not be ordering from this location again and will seriously consider not ordering from any Papa John's location in the future if our next experience is this bad. read more

Wanted to order a pizza, but it was not possible tonight. The store had their open sign on the let all passing traffic know that they were open. However, the manager of the store said that they were closed for carry out at 10:30 pm, so technically not open. Your open sign should not be on. Manager also refused to deliver to parking lot. False advertising. Turn off your open sign if you don't want people to come to your business. There's no reason for an open sign to be on to indicate that you're only open for delivery. People sitting at home are not going to drive to your location to see if your open sign is on, and then drive back home and call you. They're just going to pick up the phone. An open sign is for people who are walking or driving by. read more

First, I feel really bad for the people working at this Papa John's, and I want to make it CRYSTAL CLEAR this review is not their fault. They deserve hazard pay for putting up with this disaster. Despite how hard the TWO employees running this Papa John's today are trying, two people are, without question, NOT EVER enough to do that on a Sunday afternoon. How do I know there are only two people working today? Because I drove there to get a refund after over two hours of waiting. (We were given an estimate of 30 - 40 minutes...) We called 5 times in our second hour of waiting, and spent a combined total of over 30 minutes on hold trying to talk to SOMEONE about why our order no longer even showed up in the automated system... Little did I know... on my way into the store the random guy I held the door for was MY PIZZA being picked up by a DoorDash driver. So... could I get a refund? No. Because our order was complete. Could I get him turned around so I could get my pizza? Also no, because my pizza was in the hands of someone who DOES NOT WORK FOR PAPA JOHN'S. Was I informed at any point that delivery was through DoorDash, and not Papa John's? NOPE. Instead, I got to chase a DoorDash driver the whole way back to my house for cold pizza. Shame on you, Papa John's Corporate. Until you start caring a little more about the people making your food and a little less about your own profits, we'll be taking our business elsewhere. read more

I typical order from online in order to get my pizza and I understand that there was bad weather however, I placed my order at 4:35 PM and it was said that it would be ready in about 41 minutes. The time came and went with the food being prepared and ready to go but then I was waiting for it to be sent out to be delivered. I called the number multiple times and got no answer as it just kept ringing. We finally decided to drive up there and when I got there I received a message at about 6:50 saying it was being delivered. I finally received my order at 7:14 PM! My food was cold and the drink I ordered with it was the wrong one. I am very upset with All of these facts. I wish I would of read the reviews before I ordered. Please take the reviews seriously. Once my order went through it told me I should receive my pizza in approximately 28 - 39 minutes. 1.1 miles from the place. I didnt receive my pizza until 2 and half hours later in which door dash delivered it not papa John's drivers. I think if I ever decided to order, I'll be better off picking it up myself thats if I order. NY style pizza from papa John's isn't worth it. I rather have Domino's. I ordered a large pizza, a dessert, and a drink at 7:50pm. The website estimated 30-40 minutes until delivery. At 9:31 my (very cold) pizza finally arrived without the $8 dessert. I had a migraine at the time and couldn't drive and just wanted a simple pizza to eat before I went to sleep. Paid over $30 with tip and ate 2 slices of cold pizza at 9:45 at night. Called the manager and he basically just said, "Sorry, we're extremely understaffed. We don't even have delivery drivers." I don't know what happened here. This has been our go-to for no-cook weeknights for the better part of a year. The last two orders have been really bad. A few weeks ago we ordered a large garden fresh pizza, a large sausage and onion, and a small pepperoni. Incredibly, all three were completely undercooked. The bottom of the pizzas were so doughy and raw that I finished them off in the oven at 400 for about ten minutes before serving them. I honestly thought it was a fluke bad day and didn't leave a review. Approx 2 weeks later, we ordered 5 large pizzas for a party and the same thing happened. All 5 were undercooked. I don't know if the store is rushing them through, or the oven isn't up to temp, but whatever the reason they are consistently delivering undercooked pizza. read more

When I tried to call I was transferred and passed around to person after person till I was finally sent to the manager who was again aggressive with me on the phone as soon as she pulled up my address. She said I remember you and then I was passed back and forth some more. I was never able to complete my order and eventually just hung up out of frustration. Despite this location often getting our order wrong I do love Papa Johns and kept ordering. The service however is so bad that even if you get your pizza its probably going to be wrong. read more

My girlfriend and I just moved to a new house and we've ordered from this location 3 times. It hasn't been a good experience. It takes an eternity to arrive (2+ hours) and the pizza is terrible.
