Papa is back! I had read some reviews of this location and I questioned my sanity for ordering... but I came to learn the restaurant is under new management and the change has been significant. I have ordered from this location about 5/6 times over the past 3 months... and each time my food arrived in 25-40 minutes, hot, fresh and delicious. i have had the honey chipotle wings, a variety of pizza's including the new parmesan crust and OMG, I love the brownies... be sure to get some of the cream cheese icing cups to pur on your brownies. Reviews are great... but they do get outdated... so if you are craving some pizza for dinner... don't skip by this place... it is worth checking out! read more

DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!! I placed my order the Papa John's app. I received an email that it was sent at 5:08 It has been an hour and half later with no food! I called the store and the woman who answered said that they received it 20 minutes ago. I think that was a bunch of BS and forgot about the order. She said that it's on it's way now. I haven't had a pizza in a long time and ordered a pizza from Papa John's, which usually is pretty good. Pepperoni would part of it was fine, but the meatballs were rancid, and I vomited the moment I put them in my mouth. I tried to call the store no less than three times and kept getting Kelly, who I guess thought was funny, to keep putting me on hold. I finally asked for manager finally and said look, if I don't hear from you, I'm going to call the health department, which I was told go ahead. So I wouldn't. From the store department tomorrow and hotel now experienced. And not to recommend it to their folks, I would strongly say that if this is their consideration for. Customers and trying to report foodborne illness issue and they disregard your complaint. That's a problem. It's not about the money. Ordered a pizza while staying at the Westin. I was told they would deliver, but it was late cold and sent via doordash.

I called to place a online order for pizza at 10 pm and they told me they stopped orders at 9:25. They don't close till 12am and refused me from ordering a pizza. I don't understand why online ordering is stopped when you guys are open for 2 more hours? read more

Can I leave 0 stars? We are waiting on our third order (first two were wrong). Pizza doesn't taste like it used to. Talked to two different people to complain about the orders being wrong and not one person apologized. Food was left on the ground (no protective barrier as stated on website). The pizza is good, but if you live in the Nothern Cape forget delivery (at least Tropicana Blvd. area and north). Loyal customers in MA, but delivery is important. Will have to try elseware in the future. read more

This is the best location I've been to. The pizza is always made as ordered and is very good. Consistency is key.

The waiter helped to choose the right Pizza for our little boys. The pizzas was very delicious and we will come back.

The food is corporately controlled so you can guarantee that it'll be competitively mediocre, however their real issue stems from delivery drivers who do not read the instructions left by customers. Unfortunately I don't have the name of this illiterate employee but it's the second time I asked not to knock on my door or make noise and he did both and got an attitude after I call him out in it. The FIRST time I told his manager but now I'm making it public, but this man needs more training I know for a fact they have my phone number since I used to work for them. They must follow BASIC instructions like don't knock on the door to do their job correctly and especially don't have poor ignorant attitudes if they mess up, I'm very disappointed with the service I received and if I could take back my tip I would. read more

Absolute worst! Their internet wasn't working properly so I couldn't order online - apparently I had to order online to get their special. I was told they didn't have the code for the online special but I could call their help desk. WT..... Seriously because their online system was having issues I should call their help desk. I gave them one star because they figured out how to answer the phone. They get the orders wrong over cook the pizza quite often. Do not know the specils always. Wind up having a reason to charge you extra.the people they put on the counter are under trained. They over load the deliery drivers go out with to many orders. They have no qauilty control. So this kid behind the counter sees me walk in. He looks at me then takes a long drink out of his bottle of Mt. Dew, puts it down and continues to give me this vacant look without a word. I started to tell him my order for a pizza then he interrupts me his sole utterance "Name?". That aside, the pizza and experience was nothing memorable, except for the painfully aloof service and the fact they don't even serve salad or offer a flavored crust like Jet's Pizza or Hungry Howie's, their direct competitors. read more

I hadn't tried a Papa John's pizza in at least 15 years and I remember why I disliked it so much: the sauce is so sweet and probably the worst I've ever tasted. The toppings are so-so and the crust is just boring and flavorless. Twice in my lifetime was more than enough. read more

this place has the really rude delivery employees. i ordered two pizzas and bread sticks. it took them forever to deliver them. i'm on a fixed budget so i only gave a small tip of a few dollars for the $18 order. when the girl arrived, she said no one wanted to deliver to me because i wasn't giving a large tip. normally i do give more than i should, but during the hard times. pizza was a treat for us. i should have thrown the pizza's at her. i was so up set that i didn't eat any of the pizza. she really made me feel bad. i have not ordered from the since this happened. everytime it's a problem and i get my pizza's from the two other pizza shops around me. i've had no papa johns for the past 2 years. i filed a complaint with the store. and they offered me free pizza. but they can keep it. no more papa johns. read more
