Ordered a pizza online with a wait time of 45 mins. Went inside at the time it was suppose to be picked up. Was told it would be an additional 20 mins. So I waited the additional time. I was told it would be the next one out. Well 12 orders later it was still not out. Then was told that it hasn't even been cooked yet.. This location has consistently gotten simple orders wrong. Along with being late on pick up orders by over 30 minutes at least twice. The last straw though? The other day I pull up and wait for them to open. The employee inside sees me sitting directly outside the front door, and I mean directly outside not across the lot. When the place opens he comes to the door to tell me they aren't open "because their system is down" I respond why not put a sign in the window to that effect? Why not tell me since he has seen me sitting here? His response: "Thanks for the suggestion we will consider that." I accept things happen that can delay an opening but that is a terrible response from a place that has been lacking in the quality and timeliness department. Will not be going back again. read more

Food is overall good. They get their orders right MOST of the time and their service decent. Good enough for me.

Placed a order at 7:22pm was told by the answering service it would take 35 to 45 minutes 40 minutes later I call to check on my order and they said it would be 35 to 45 minutes longer so then I call again and they said driver would call when they are on their way no call I am on my porch waiting and I see driver pass my house 3 times I tried to talk to manager he was no help I told him if pizza was cold driver is bringing it back driver left with the pizza!!!! read more

Really poor customer service. I placed an online order for delivery and they waited about 20 minutes to notify me that "delivery was down" and I could come get it or cancel the order. No apology for the inconvenience or even the slightest bit of remorse. read more

It cost me $22 and change to have a pizza delivered to the Holiday Inn Express. We are just passing through. I usually love Papa John's, not this time. I ordered a medium 6 Cheese with sausage added @ 8:30pm. It arrived fast enough and was hot. It was also burnt. I couldn't tell if any sausage had been added due to it being burnt. I should have called and complained but I didn't. It was too late to have them bring me another one and I wanted to get my grandson to sleep so we could leave early. He barely ate anything since it was so burnt. I had to try to find parts that he would eat, it wasn't easy. I would never order from here again should I pass through Danfield again. I would stay at the Holiday Inn Express though. read more

Stopped in to place order. Quick ordering, well understood. I requested they hold the hot pepper they usually place in the box. When I came back to grab my order, the crew confirmed that the pepper was held. The pizza was hot, easy to tell which side had which toppings. Plenty of toppings and as tasty as always. read more

I ordered 40 dollars worth of food. The delivery driver refused to step out of the car because my small dog was outside (she was sitting in the yard. No signs of aggression). After I put my dog inside, she refused to except my $50 dollar bill for payment. I told her it was all I had. She called the manager who told her not to take it as it was their policy, even though it wasn't listed on their site. They refused my payment and I didn't get my food. I called and spoke to the manager who refused to do anything about it. I won't be ordering from Papa John's again. read more

Dag gum pozza took close to hour and haf to got here. It wus cold as ice. Dude cudnt find. My house. He gave me a stink eye when he got here. I dont like orderin frum here but what choice I got? I live and werk here. I cant get a job in chicgo and I dont reely think I want to. Gas cigaretes and rent be too expensive. Tuesday night delivery took over 1hr 15m only to have a cold pizza and a warm, expired 2L of Pepsi. Wouldn't recommend in the future

So I called they said they will resend another one it never showed up, by this time it was 7:15 and I called up there asking were my pizza was and they guy gave me a really horrible attitude. This is my favorite pizza place . I've never had any bad experiences with this place it always has hot and ready pizza and everything that I ate from this place is fresh . I'd recommend to order "The works " pizza . It's so delicious!!! I always order it whenever I'm in the mood for some good pizza . read more
