Always ordered from Papa John's. No more after tonight. Almost cold when I picked it up. Dough was thinner than a cracker. Sauce was bitter. Toppings were sparse. Definitely not worth $25! I received my 2nd order in a row that was completely wrong. The previous order was reimbursed by the previous manager. The current manager Hailey refused to refund the order unless I brought it back at 9:00 pm. I won't be ordering from them again and I'd advise anyone around Jefferson to try another pizza place. read more

Took them 25 minutes to make a singular 16' pepperoni pizza. Extremely unorganized service and no kind of menu when you walk in. I was left guessing what they even had and how much anything was. Do NOT walk in and order here, you will be left disappointed. Pizza was also subpar at best. read more

I have to argue every single time over what dipping sauce I chose in the app. I choose garlic butter every single time and I get pizza sauce every time. I have started brining this up when I pick up and they literally argue with me until I show on the app or receipt what I requested. I love the pizza but the attention to what I actually ordered is trash. Don't order wings either..... You get a teaspoon of bbq sauce on 15 wings. It's Friday night, I'm tired, so I get a delivery order using Papa John's app. unfortunately, my order took a while to get here, close to an hour. after this time, I checked the app to see how the delivery was going and saw it asked me to rate the driver. I never heard a knock at my front door... turns out they delivered it to my side door, which I didn't ask for. the driver left my order on the ground, leaving me to discover it with ants all over my food.....absolutely crushing for a girl who was excited and extremely hungry and ready to eat. I called the store and asked to speak with a manager. Whoever this manager I spoke with on 8/9 around 7pm was, deserves a raise. He quickly responded, never asked any questions when I told him what happened, graciously reordered my food, and politely told me it would be here within 30 mins. I think he personally delivered it, because it took less than 30 mins, and was piping hot as if it was taken straight from the oven. as a person in the hospitality/service industry myself, I greatly appreciate the professionalism and the kindness shown this evening in making a poor situation right. read more

By far the worst Pizza place, 98 minutes and nothing. When I called the store it said that the pizza was being made and would deliver at 7:31, nothing . Called back they couldn't even get the address number straight, then tried to tell me I must of called another store. The store owner must not care. Sad. read more

Late. Every Effing Time. This is the Papa Johns that delivers to my workplace. Anytime we want to do a pizza party, I order ahead. Usually either the day before or early the morning of. I always order it to arrive 15 minutes before my employees clock out for lunch. But they can't ever hit the timeframe. Last time we ordered it for 11:15. They showed up at noon. This time we ordered it for 11:45. They showed up at 12:05. My employees get 30 minutes for lunch. So when they deliver late, it cuts into their personal lunch time. read more

I went in to pick up my pizzas and i asked for two extra garlic dipping cups. When the girl went to put in my order she asked again how many. I asked, do you charge for these and she timidly said yes. Then a guy who i believe was the manager said, yes, we always charge for these. I said, i was here Wednesday and wasn't charged extra, and i always ask for extra and have never been charged. He raised his voice to me and said that he has worked for papa John's for 13 years and they have always charged, and that of his employees are not charging them they are stealing from the store. I ordered a small pizza and the cost was 13 dollars. A large pizza is less, which someone at the store should have told me. The pizza was good, but a small should not cost more than a late pizza. Maybe the store wants customers to eat the larger pizzas, and make them pizza addicts in a way. read more

The people who work there are rude from the management (Josh and Bryson) on down. They deliver cold pizza that looks like half the toppings have been taken off and eaten by the drivers. Their employees look like they have questionable hygiene. One night they didn't even deliver my pizza which was ordered online and didn't even have the decency to notify us! This by far the worst experience that I've ever had with papa John's Pizza. I ordered my pizza at 5:33pm to drop off my pizza at 8pm and long behold the pizza never made it there at 8 nor did it make it there at 8:15 so I had to call and cancel my order. The guy who answered the phone was rude, he talked to me with such an attitude like I was bothering him because I canceled. We generally choose Papa Johns over other pizza places. This location is one we have to choose for delivery. Unfortunately, they forgot our extra peppers we paid for. They did mention they could reimburse the up charge at least. We're also always sad at the lack of toppings even when you double up on our favorites and pay the extra. The last 2 times we've specifically indicated a time we'd like it delivered (with ample time for them to plan accordingly) and they're always 20 mins early. I know it's silly to mention them being early over late, but when you plan to eat at a certain time you can't really wait 20 more mins or the pizza is cold. read more

I placed an order for a friends going away party at work. When I ordered I told the girl taking the order I wanted a deal they had going on for 3 pizzas with 3 toppings for 21.00. She said no problem and took the order. I paid via credit card while I was on the phone with her. My wife and child were in an accident and I got called away from work before the party so I wasn't there to sign for the delivery. I had arranged for a coworker to sign for me. This was on a Friday and when I checked my bank statement on Sunday, I saw a charge for 49 and change. I called and spoke with my coworker and she said it did seem high for 3 pizzas and she hadn't added anything to the order. I then called the store and spoke with the manager and he looked in the computer and saw that the girl who originally took my order didn't put the coupon code into the system so it charged me full price. He said that he would have to get in touch and talk with the GM about this because this was something that only he could handle. I said no problem. Two days went by and I hadn't heard anything so I called back and spoke with the GM. I explained the situation and told him what the Manager had told me about the code not being put in. The GM then told me he would have to contact the owner and see what he wanted to do because he was the one who made the decisions on something like this. After another week of not hearing anything I called and spoke with the GM again and he said he hadn't heard from the owner but would contact him now and call me back. Its now been almost a month later and I haven't heard from anyone. Tried calling today but of course the GM isn't in. I guess they need the money more than I do, but I wont be ordering from them anytime soon if ever again, In a small town this isn't the best way to retain customers and I sure hope they fix it. read more

If I could choose a negative I would! Put on hold for over 10 minutes, had a gift card and they told me I had to activate it, both the website and phone number to activate was down. They had me wait an hour for one medium pizza and then the delivery person took it on their route as I waited and had to ask for a refund as we are starving. The manager never apologized or did anything else about the inconvenience!! read more

I know that mistakes are made and I'm pretty understanding of that as I work in public service also. I've ordered from this location sadly for the last time. The last order I made was a couple weeks ago at about 6:30pm. As time went by I realized that the pizza still hadn't been delivered and it was after 8pm. So I called the store to inquire about the pizzas delivery and was advised that it was on it's way. So I watched for it and a half hour later I called the store again. (I live a 10 minutes drive away) I was again told it was on it's way. So I waited. At around 9:30pm they finally delivered it. I went outside to meet the delivery driver who told me that he was the manager and had to make some deliveries because the delivery guy screwed up and he was really angry with him. They had made me a new pizza that I thanked him for but stated that I was not going to be enjoying any because it was too late to eat it. At that point he felt bad and told me that he would credit me a pizza since i had already paid for the pizza was holding in my hand. I said that would be great and that i appreciated that, we said goodbye and he left. Fast forward to this evening and I was too tired to cook and thought, hey, I can get that pizza that's perfect! I called the store to place my order and was told by Bryson (stated he was the manager) there was no credit on my account. So, I explained what had transpired 2 weeks ago that led to the credit and was treated like I was lying! Bryson then stated, "we are not in the habit of just giving out free pizza". Additionally he said my only option was to go to my bank and try to refute the charge made to my card for the pizza purchased 2 weeks ago. I've always given them my business and NEVER have I ever tried to get anything for free from them so it was really insulting to be treated that way!
