My mom ordered a pizza and sent me and my sister to pick it up. The food was ready and piping hot when we arrived. As soon as the staff saw us, a cashier asked us the name of our order and handed us our food. They were courteous and prompt. If you are looking for a quick hot meal, this is perfect! Also, it was a very tidy, clean place.

This was without a doubt the worst pizza I have ever seen in my life. It looks like it was discarded in a dumpster and sent out the next day. I'm shocked beyond belief that someone thought this pizza was good to send to a customer. See the pictures and they will speak for themselves.

My first order of Tucson pizza (5 cheese). Sides burned, bottom undercooked.

When I walked in, there wasn't anyone at the counter, so I waited about 3 to 5 minutes before someone came up to take my order. Once I ordered, my pizza was ready in about 10 minutes. The first thing you'll notice is the size. The slice is huge and definitely lives up to its reputation. Unfortunately, the taste didn't do the same. The mushrooms weren't cooked enough for my liking, there wasn't much cheese, and the pizza just felt like it had been put together in a hurry. The crust was also pretty bland and didn't add much flavor to the overall slice. I visited about an hour before closing, so it's possible that played a part, but since this was my first experience, it wasn't the best first impression. A whole pizza is quite a bit more expensive than buying a slice, so based on this visit, I don't think I'd be willing to take that chance. Food: 2 out of 5 Service: 2 out of 5 Value: 2 out of 5

We showed up at 1145 not knowing it opened at noon. (We thought this was odd as most lunch places would be open earlier but ok). When we approached the entrance to ask to use the restroom while we waited, the hostess slammed the iron sliding doors in my husbands face.... Yet we waited. Should've left. Once we sat down the vibe was weird. They were still making the fresh dough on the dining tables (?) and it truly felt like they are not used to having people there during business hours. Once we sat down and ordered: we asked for the meatballs which they said are still frozen and would take a long time. We ordered bread service and burratta. Burrata was good. We ordered a specialty pizza with sausage and mushrooms. I can't remember the name and it was small. Almost personal sized. That's fine but the waitress could have given us a heads up. We saw another walk in order a pizza that was much larger so when I asked her if the specialty pizzas were of a different size she simply said they're all the same size. Which was obviously not true. The pizza again was fine. Then we finally ordered the meatballs and as it had been near an hour since we arrived. awe saw the cook start working on them but they never brought them out and also didn't mention it afterward. The staff was scrolling on their phones to the point where when we were trying to get the waitresses attention to get the check because we were over it and the cook had to get the waitresses attention. It was like the two locations were separate restaurants. Why did we feel like we were inconveniencing them to pay for their offerings? One of the worst dining experiences we had in a very long time.

A while back, when my teenagers were craving fast-food pizza, I insisted on taking them somewhere truly exceptional instead. Skeptical as any teenagers would be, they came along, and ended up absolutely loving it! Fast forward to my wife's birthday: when I asked the kids where they wanted to go celebrate, they answered at the same time, "Francesco's!" My wife and I had a great laugh and immediately agreed. It was actually her very first time dining here. From the moment we sat down, our server, Kevin, provided exceptional service. We started with the Gamberoni Siciliana; the shrimp was cooked to perfection and the sauce was rich and delicious. For main course, obviously, the kids ordered pizzas: a Carne Pazza and a classic Margherita. The crust at Francesco's is unbeatable; perfectly crunchy with that distinct, rich taste we all love. My wife ordered the Pollo Cacciatore, which was sophisticated and vibrant; you could instantly tell how fresh the ingredients were, right down to the olives, which were hands-down the freshest I've ever tasted. I had the Vitello Parmigiana, and the marinara sauce tasted genuinely like "la ricetta della nonna", you can feel the care and love in every bite. For dessert, I quietly asked Kevin to bring out the Profiteroles with a candle. The staff blew us away by presenting the dessert beautifully decorated with cream like a nice cake, bringing it to the table while singing "Tanti auguri a te." It was a wonderful, memorable evening for my wife and our whole family. Thank you to Kevin and the entire team at Francesco's for putting so much heart into what you do!

So much garlic that yes, it will fill your car, your fridge, and you may also smell like garlic. They were cooked great. As for the pepperoni pizza, it was just okay. It did have a good amount of pepperonis on it, but the pizza as a whole just lacked flavor. It was a bit bland. Also the bottom of the pizza needed to cook a bit more. I will come back but I think the antipasta and knots will be my go to.

When…read morethey announced that they'd been bought, the first thing that jumped out was that I hoped the market wouldn't change that much. Well, sigh, it definitely has. I can no longer run over for produce or some proteins for dinner. I happily supported them over Publix for years. The shelving areas have been cut in half. The wine cooler is no more (granted it hasn't cooled properly in quite awhile). One of the best parts of Antonio's downstairs was being able to grab a bottle of reasonably priced wine with the $5 cork fee but the Prosecco we've enjoyed for years has increased over $5 a bottle plus that cork fee... not the deal we've had in the past. They did add a happy hour downstairs... that ends at 5pm. Catering to retirees maybe? The restaurant space is more open due to the downsizing of the market. The service is not the same though most of the staff seems happy to be there. I know things can't stay the same forever but super bummed about this one. I guess I should just be grateful for the years we had with the original.
