One of the worst delivery places i have had the displeasure of ordering from. always having an issue with items missing from order. so i give them another chance and ordered a stuff crust extra cheese pizza a little after 1pm, 3 oclock rolls around and no pizza, call up to locate my order and was hung up on. Call back and talked to a person who when he finally found out my order relayed a message from the manager saying we had no drivers on duty when you ordered your pizza. @ 1oclock pm really? then she says they tried to call and my phone didnt work, well i have 3 lines on this phone at work wich i sit in front of all day so they lied. so i will no longer order from this papa johns. i would rather just be told sorry we fucked up instead of excuses. read more

They forgot my pizza sauces, I called asking for refund of the $1 charge. Said they couldn't do that but they'd deliver them to me and Mariah said there was a driver who would bring to me right then. An hour passed and I called back as they hadn't showed. Mariah then had a different story and couldn't tell me when driver would deliver because they had no "deliveries in the area". Dakota (mgr) got on phone and was so rude, hung up on me after telling me they couldn't refund the order or tell me when the cups would be delivered. I only wanted my money refunded on the cups, which is why I called in the first place. I won't be ordering from this establishment again. I'll drive farther way to NOT give them money. Pretty disappointed with this place. We ordered wings and bread sticks which totaled up to $29. The wings are a joke!!! I don't understand how you can even call these little things wings.. and it's expensive. The flavor on them is really good, but not like you can eat much of it. We like this place. We order from them about twice a month for the last year. One time we ordered a Papadios and it was terrible. Nothing like the picture. I called the manager and they were pleasant and gave us a refund. Normally the pizza is good. They have honestly never forgotten pizza sauces, never forgotten the sodas we order. They are also quick. I'm not sure where the negative reviews are coming from. We order online every time. It's super easy, and quick. And the one time we had a problem I called and got a manager and got the problem fixed. read more

We ordered pizza tonight and was given an estimated delivery of 5:40-5:45. 6:12 and the pizza shows up, is cold and the order is wrong! Even though I did not order anything, a Papa John's delivery person from the Owings location came to my door on October 19, 2019. It was well after dark and I wasn't expecting anyone. Ryan rang the bell repeatedly and then banged on the door. Then the doorbell receiver inside started buzzing constantly because he broke the doorbell, cracking the outside button and breaking the connection. The manager David was nonchalant and a smart__, and promised to call back but did not. When I called him he said dismissively that there was nothing he could do about it. He said he gave my number to Ryan to call me--which I did not give David permission to do--and Ryan would "maybe" fix it. Of course Ryan has not called and I don't expect him to. What a pathetic operation--someone comes to your house without being called (I do not patronize Papa John's), breaks your doorbell, and then sarcastically flips you off and basically tells you to go to hell. i'm a previous worker at this papa johns, i no longer work here because of the pure disrespect and absolute pain i was caused. while working here i was sexually harassed by my supervisor, i reported it and all i was told was he had been demoted. nothing changed, he still worked at this store when everyone would call out. i would still have to see his face and work with him alone even after the statement i put in about all the things he had said to me. nothing, i mean nothing at all was changed to help the situation he started. this business does not care how the staff is health wise or anything. just this week someone came up positive for covid, seeing there's 8 people that work there 5 people ended up being sick. yet, the supervisor said all workers are required to work no matter what. they didn't care that 5 people were sick and exposed to covid. she stated that everyone had to come in anyways or the gm or the store would have to "figure it out." she was left to figure out everything on her own instead of shutting down the store for a few days, the supervisor said it wasn't allowed because that is how they get their money. so instead of having positive COVID people stay home to quarantine they are required to work, or be fired. this is absolutely insane. this place is an absolute trash hole and if anyone is looking for a job, DO NOT choose here. it's absolutely terrible and they treat you like you're a lot less of a person then they are. they now have maybe 3 workers because everyone has quit because of the treatment that papa johns has given them. worst place to work ever !!! read more

I hate to post a 1-star because the staff is very friendly, but I have to because of the state of the location and the quality of the food. It is hot in the restaurant every time I go in there, and I couldn't help but notice yesterday that the young man boxing up the pizza was drenched in sweat. Sweat was steadily dropping off his hat onto the pizzas as he boxed them. Until management cools the place down enough to keep employees comfortable and keep sweat from ending up all over the food, I will have to avoid this location. read more
