    False advertising

We have been Papa Johns Pizza customers for years, always received great food at a reasonable price. The location that services Nocatee has serious Management issues. Since the COVID pandemic we have been ordering from PJs as they seal the box when the pizza is removed from the oven and offer no contact delivery. I realize many people aren't concerned with this, but if you are THIS LOCATION DOES NOT PROVIDE NO CONTACT or SEALED ORDERS, even if you call to remind them. Last month our order arrived with the box partially opened, no seal and the driver neglected to follow the do contact protocol, ringing the door bell incessantly until I opened the door, when he handed me the partially open box. I called the location to ask what happened. The woman who answered the phone identified herself as the Assistent Manager said they "usually" seal the box but it depends on who's cooking. She had no explanattion for the driver's lack of "no contact delivery protocol". A month later, we decided to give them another try. This time calling and reminding them to please follow the protocol for our order. After waiting an hour and 45 minutes, it was same deal, open box , no seal, driver reluctantly followed no contact protocol, only when we told him to do so. Again we called the location and spoke with the manager, mentioning that we asked for no contact delivery and that we had taken the time to call to remind them to seal the box when it came out the oven, as per their marketing. He responded in a rude, disrespectful completely unapologetic manner " We are very busy here, I have teenagers working and you should be grateful that my team is here to serve you during this pandemic" This is the role model for training his employees. I didn't believe this to be a corporate issue, as we have never had the problem at the other locations. However, after speaking to the location's manager I'm not so sure. Papa John's should take concern with Florid's Statute 817.44 regarding false advertising and the Federal Trade Commission Act on False Advertising via mail and internet (we have received both).

Maybe I'll change my review when I get the pizza that was estimated to get here 30 minutes. Update: Pretty good pizza, being short handed isn't the customers fault though. I've worked plenty of jobs where I've been short handed, sometimes we were even faster because we cared so much more. Gave it two more stars for the actual product.

I literally just wasted 26.32 , the one thing I didn't order would have been the best thing for to order and that would have been a drink alone. I tried the new papadias , philly wet with no seasoning, the meatballs didn't even have all that I asked for on it. Just flatbread and meatball. Don't get me started on the bread itself, talking bout parmesan smh! The wings taste like Chinese sauce which I most definitely didn't order. And the damn delivery driver stole a dollar and some change before I gave him the tip money. Now I'm homeless and barely want to spend money on food, decided to get what I did for now and later because papa John's delivery accepts cash payments. Honestly, I'm grateful to have food brought to me yet I don't even think I'm going to finish that b.s . I won't ever shop there again. #TeamDOMINOES FOR SURE NOW.. P.S. wanted to try something new, but I think next time I will stick with what I know when it comes to pizzas!! DMason.

So bad - and expensive! Undercooked, crappy ingredients, poor attitude...for $18 per pie delivered. No thanks.

The cashier began ringing up his order as if a line of people weren't waiting. I ended up expressing my frustration and the cashier just ignored me. I decided to just leave and informed corporate about how bad their staff is at this location. Idk if it was out of hatred or discrimination but the ignorance, lack of management, and poor customer service was disgusting. I still remember this even though this happened a few months ago... Wingstop pls improve before the cost of poor service gets out of hand.

They have wings, boneless wings, tenders, sandwiches, fries and veggies. The cashier/manager, Angela, told me they currently had a 30 wings for 30 dollars special so I decided to go with that. They offer about 11 or 12 flavors of wings. I went with the original hot, garlic parmesan and the smoky bbq. All three flavors tasted great. I also got an order of the fries which were real potatoes and delicious. I went with the blue cheese dressing and I think it was the best I have ever had. It had a garlic taste to it. They have six tables for dining in, but also do a great amount of takeout orders. Service was fairly quick and friendly.

The bartender was so nice and polite. Served me a cold craft beer by Southern Swells Brewery called Karate in the Garage. It was a very weird name but loved the hazy thick taste. We stopped here, at this location, late one night with some friends and it was so nice to find a place that served food and drinks later in the evening. Service was a little slow but in fairness there were only 3 or 4 front of house staff working that evening including the bartender. Now, this location has a slightly different menu than the one in Savannah but still has a few of their popular dishes such as the Treylor Park Nachos Grande, Cheesesteak Egg Rolls, PB&J Wings, and Treylor Park Pot Pie! I always order the Treylor Park Nachos... it's a massive tray of waffle fries plus a healthy amount of toppings such as pickles, fried chicken, bacon, cheddar cheese with chive ranch & balsamic gastrique. I mean it's a meal of WAFFLE FRIES with enough for myself, to share, and leftovers for when I get home from the drive there! LOL! The Treylor Park Pot Pie is really good too. It's basically chicken pot pie filling in a fried burrito with some pico de gallo on top. My friends ordered the Fried Green Tomatoes... which she loved and was a first for me. Verdict: I liked them. This location is pretty good but it's still not quite as good as the original location; however, I would still recommend giving this place a try.

Honestly, I was a little worried. Another lousy NE FL Pizza on my horizon was my thought. However, when I got home I tried it and not only was it perfectly cooked, it blew me the f&ck away. Sorry for the language but it really did blow me the F&ck away. It was the perfect sausage and onion pizza from my youth. It matched the memory of perfect pizza that I thought was lost forever. We also ordered a Grandma's Original pizza with extra cheese. Not only was the taste different from the sausage pizza which is unlike other pizza stores in this area it was delishious in an entire different way. Plus the cheese isn't chewy!!! A Calzone rounded out a perfect pizza experience. Today was my wife and I's 25th wedding anniversary. We celebrated it with a cruise with the kids back around the holidays but had still planned for the 2 of us going out tonight. During the day today we decided to go to Bala's for pizza to celebrate instead of a fancy French dinner. We ordered my favorite Bala's sausage & onion pizza, a grandma's original with extra cheese for my wife and a BBQ Chicken pizza for one of our sons who decided to eat with us tonight. We added 2 cannolis for the anniversary cake. Again the pizza was great and the cannoli were so good we could have eaten a few of them or probably more than a few of them.... The rainbow cake is next. The employees were very nice. The establishment was clean including the restrooms. The only negative about this location is they really do need more handicap parking at the entrance. Im recovering from back surgery and neck fusion surgery within the last 1 1/2 to 2 years. I have less than a year of Physical Therapy under my belt due to healing times and it's still difficult for me to carry 3 boxes of pizza and a container of cannoli during rush hour around 30 to 40 yards through traffic in a busy parking lot. I do my best not to bite the curb and so far so good getting to my truck. I do cover up my ailments well so they probably dodn't realize I needed assistance and figured my wife had it on this last visit. All in all, I very highly recommend Bala's Pizza. Even for a 25th wedding anniversary when one can afford a high end restaurant experience. The pleasure their pizza gave us made it the perfect choice. All the way!!!! Sausage over escargo! This dinner was perfect. Thank you Bala's and Yelp!!! What a find!!!
