After driving by MOD pizza everyday for over a year, we finally decided to give it a try and it was great! It was definitely fast, as they advertise. What we liked was that the pizzas are fully customizable, and the sizes that they come in are perfect for either yourself to eat, or to share with someone else as a smaller meal. You've got game, Mod Pizza. I went with a friend who's been raving about their pizza, and wasn't disappointed. First off let me tell you that I cannot (well, 'should not') have dairy and I don't eat beef or pork. I often skip the pizza because most places don't have vegan cheese and if they do it's generally not very good and not worth dealing with the gluey texture. Mods cheese wasn't the best, however... their crust is absolutely amazing. Bonus points for being able to put whatever I want on it, so "light" cheese it is because it was worth it! The rest of the ingredients were good for the price, with lots of options including a vegan sausage. I must say a great pizza is not just about the ingredients though. There is also a skill to baking it. The woman running the oven was on point. I watched as she shuffled them, spun them and adjusted the oven temp accordingly. Kudos to her & the team! MOD Pizza is a really good go to spot for a quick custom pizza. When my wife and I go, we each order something different and share. A great way to taste different things. One key thing to know before you order, you can ask for any ingredient on any pizza. This includes asking for more or less than what is on any of the standard pizzas. Never had tried a MOD Pizza before until recently and I have actually been quite impressed that you can build a pizza however you want with no extra costs or at least for me that's been the case. When I go to pickup it's either just coming out of the fire or has just came out. Service has been fantastic with no issues and everyone has been polite. read more

I've ordered delivery 6 times and if this last time had been the same I would have give 5 stars! My husband and I order side Caesar salads and two custom pizzas. There have been other instances where we have not gotten the requested toppings but the food was still really good. I totally understand that people mistakes. Some balsamic not added, slice tomatoes instead of diced, maybe some missed pepperoni...it's all been edible. Tonight two stars came off due to nasty lettuce! Yes, the pizza is good but we love the salads! Most of the time we get two pizzas and have a couple of pieces and eat off of it for a couple a days. Tonight, I had to pick through my lettuce to have a decent salad and it's just unacceptable. Sorry for the removal of stars...I am happy to update when there is some consistency. read more

For a chain pizzeria I'll say a few thing. The customer servive was quality. The staff kept the place very clean and extremely welcoming to all the customers. I'm here for the food though. They trained the pizza cook to do a well job, but it being an open fire would make you think it's challenging. The company has made this a complete no brainer. Great concept, we were all very pleased with our custom, made-to-order pizzas. The restaurant was ahead of the curve, practicing social distancing and heightened sanitation ahead of the county/state orders. They took making our food very seriously, which we really appreciated. Everything tasted great; and, was ready in a snap. We watched as the pizzas were cooked in the pizza oven, and as they were carefully turned so that each was evenly cooked. Ordered a few pizzas here the other day and was very impressed. We got a plain pepperoni pizza, a Mad Dog, and Lucy Sunshine. All of which far exceeded my expectation for a fast food pizza joint. I had the Mad Dog and it was delicious. My daughter enjoyed her pepperoni and my wife enjoyed her Lucy Sunshine. They were all very tasty and were spiced just right. Location- Bartram park near Wei Pei. Interior and vibe- Trendy and fun! As you walk in you see the outdoor patio and to your right you will see the counter of toppings you can choose to customize your pizza. They also have special pizza off the menus but for the most part the create your own is fun! Think of Subway but pizza styled. They also cook their pizza under the fire so you see all the freshness going on as you choose your pizza. The place is spacious and there is some graffiti on the wall. Food- they have pizza, garlic bread and salads. Although it seems the choices are limited, the customizing balances that out. I chose a speciality one on the menu Tristan which includes Asiago cheese, red bell peppers, mozzarella, mushrooms and pesto. However, I added extra cheese, pineapple and olives. No extra charge and basically you can add anything you want. They cook the food in a fire oven and all crust is thin but not flaky or crunchy. They seem to make their artisan pizza crust the authentic way they do in Italy. The pizza was good. Not overfilling at all even if you were to eat one whole pizza. Service- friendly and fast. I always dreamt of a place like this to be around! I'm the "weird" one when it comes to pizza because I don't like melted/liquid cheese on pizza (don't ask me why, just how weird I am). So yeah, like most people say to me, "so you just like bread dipped in sauce". That is half correct, however with MOD Pizza, I can make it happen to however I like it! Love the online ordering as you can order from wherever and choose the toppings, etc. Dining In is also cool too as you can see the different toppings and let the staff know what you like. Customize the way you want it! And the price of the pizza are awesome as a 11 inch pizza is $8 or $9. There are options for Gluten-Free as well. Most pizza places will charge you per topping, but this place is unlimited except for special toppings like avocado). The baking takes about 10 minutes so remember to add that to your time. For my toppings, I had spinach, jalepenos, onions, beef, chicken, basil, green peppers, pineapple and mushrooms. Make sure to add some sort of oil or sauce around the crust to give more flavor. Love it as it was hot and crispy. The restaurant is clean and they always do their best to service people through. They are really busy starting at 11:30 so best to get to there early if you can. Not a bad spot. Plenty of options, but it is like a subway. The staff are always kind as well, and they typically are open pretty late.

So this is solely based off the delivery, they accept orders on their website and then pass it on to DoorDash, but here's the problem, they don't pass on the entire address as entered they leave out the apt numbers ( at least this was my experience). It is also not stated anywhere that when you place an order with the store that DoorDash will deliver. This was my first time to this pizza establishment. The pizza was very good and the customer service was outstanding. I like the idea of being able to put on what I want as much as I want since I'm a cheese fanatic I was able to put the extra cheese on and not have to worry. The roasted broccoli on top with the artichoke hearts really added great flavor but to kick it off was the fresh roasted garlic. I have to commend the young lady who made the pizza because she suggested a white pizza with pesto sauce she claimed that was going to be her lunch she was spot on! My only suggestion for this place is to cut the pieces small, I would rather have five or six smaller slices than four oversized slices. read more

I am SO glad I finally tried this place. Amazingly friendly staff, patient as I chose my toppings, and I ended up with a completely custom, delicious pizza for only $10! Gluten free crust, dairy free cheese, and alllll the toppings I wanted: roasted broccoli, green peppers, arugula, bacon, grilled chicken, all finished with their fog balsamic glaze after it came out of the oven. You could also get silverware, plates, parm, red pepper and to go boxes too...I like that you didn't have to ask for these. Now to the pizza! For some reason I was thinking their crust was really thin, tortilla-like... But I was happy to see it was actually a dough just rolled out pretty thin... You can add any toppings you want all for the same price, but I will warn if you add too much the crust is too thin to pick up. But it tasted fantastic!! I know I've gone to a great place when the next day I think about going back like a great first date! I didn't even know this place existed tucked away in the bustling food central of Bartram Park. Had we not had teacher appreciation day with a hearty 50% off pizza offer, I would have missed out. Being new to MOD, I chose one of the recipes off the wall menu-Mad Dog: sausage, pepperoni and ground beef. But then when I was told there was no charge for extra toppings I went buck wild as if being told I had a blank check to pay for dinner! I went for the olives, green peppers, purple onions, and when I noticed I was getting out of hand, to be a lady, I stopped and decided I'll save some toppings for the people behind me in line. I wish I had known I could choose between double crust and regular, but there will be many next times for that. The freshness of the pizza crust and the colorful pizza was really memorable. The atmosphere very trendy and cool, made me feel like I was hip by being there. Condiments could be chosen at the community counter where all your supplies are, to enjoy your eating experience. I had such a great eating session with my family, I didn't even mind being responsible for putting my own stuff away at the end.
