While waiting in line, a customer cut in and walked up to the register, asking if he could be served sooner because he was only getting breadsticks. The cashier began ringing up his order as if a line of people weren't waiting. I ended up expressing my frustration and the cashier just ignored me. I decided to just leave and informed corporate about how bad their staff is at this location. I was in the Durbin Park area for an appointment and decided to stop here afterwards to pick up some wings for dinner. I am so glad I did because everything tasted great. They have wings, boneless wings, tenders, sandwiches, fries and veggies. The cashier/manager, Angela, told me they currently had a 30 wings for 30 dollars special so I decided to go with that. They offer about 11 or 12 flavors of wings. I went with the original hot, garlic parmesan and the smoky bbq. All three flavors tasted great. I also got an order of the fries which were real potatoes and delicious. I went with the blue cheese dressing and I think it was the best I have ever had. It had a garlic taste to it. Very clean location with great service. The cashier did an awesome job and was running around staying busy and keeping the place spotless when there were no customers to help. That guy needs a raise! The wings were hot crispy and fresh with a good amount of sauce. They also were ready quickly! We got a variety of flavors: Original buffalo, garlic parmesan, mango habanero, and cajun. The mango habanero is my favorite flavor, but they were all great! Fries were also fresh and hot with plenty of seasoning! Wings were fine - a bit saucy for my preference but cooked well; original tasted good, spicy Korean was...well...spicy - more so that I expected. Smoky barbecue was both smoky and warm. Garlic parm was a little bland. Fries, while cooked well, had the oddest seasoning. Even over salt, I tasted sugar in what I think was supposed to be a bbq seasoning. I ate only enough to cool my mouth with the ranch dressing. The ranch was good. Despite having tables, this is solidly in the takeout zone for me, should we decide to try again. First time I've been to a Wingstop in a decade. It was packed and you can quickly see why....things are very fresh, and they cook it AFTER you order it seems. Over the last 5 years Buffalo Wild Wings has really fallen off, but WINGSTOP is crushing it. They've gotten better, imho. I'm looking forward to start rotating it in again. Delicious. This is the third time I've had an issue with the same Wingstop the employees are OK however, the order is never correct. I'm not understanding how someone can mess up an order when it's written right there in front of you, but this is the third time we have not gotten as many wings as we've ordered or last time we were missing all of the ranches and the french fries and didn't even get the right amount of chicken Again. We have been so excited to try Wingstop for the first time ever and finally today we were in luck! We stopped by during lunch time. We arrived at 11:45 and had our order submitted within minutes for dine in. I ordered 3 Hot Honey Tenders Combo w/Fries My husband ordered 3 Cajun Tenders Combo w/Fries. I had read previous reviews on social media so I decided to take a look at my watch when the food was ready. It was ready by 12:20 which I thought was great! When we walked in there were only 2 other people there but by the time we left all tables were full and plenty of to go orders were being taken. My order came out perfectly. My husband feels like he ended up getting the original hot b/c Cajun should have been in the hotter category and his was not spicy at all. We think they didn't put the cajun seasoning on top. But it was still very good. The fries were cooked perfectly and some of my favorites with a great seasoning sprinkled on top. I absolutely loved my hot honey ones and the flavor really lived up to the hype as did the slight spice level. I'm usually a hot chicken type gal so not as spicy as I like but I knew that going in from other reviews. They were pretty salty but again I knew that going in so just calling out for others that don't know this flavor. The total for 2 combos with tax was $24.59 which was great for the amount of food we received. The drinks were large and refillable in nice plastic cups. We dealt with two of the employees. They were both very nice although one was obviously still training (this location just recently opened so we went in with grace and understanding). We were greeted the second we walked in the door and told to have a nice day when we left. I cannot wait to try other flavors and next time I would order traditional wings as the tenders were too filling with the size and breading. But still very good. Several syrups in the soda machine were out. The cashier seemed irritated and moved WAY too slow for the amount of time she was quoting people. I get that this location stays busy but I'm sure something can be done to make it more efficient. This is the second time we've waited too long for mediocre food. Today around 5pm my son and I visited this location. It was our very first Wingstop experience we wanted to see what the TikTok hype was about. let me just say, the employees and management there were nothing short of excellent. The young lady who took our order was very patient and helpful, even brought us free fries to our table for the long wait. The manager came and brought my 1 year old daughter a free brownie too. We didn't rush our meal, as the company of the employee who took our order was very nice. She took her break at the table next to ours. Picked up the 6 wing meal deal and fried corn last night. The Sweet Chili wings were very good, (ate them 1st). Can't say I enjoyed the Garlic Parm wings much. I opened the container to find the 3 wings floating in oil. I sipped off as much oil as I could but just couldn't stomach them. The fried corn was okay. IF I plan to go back (probably not), I'd get the fried corn without the Cajun seasoning. I will say that my Sweet Tea was delicious!! We wanted to give this location several tries before passing judgment. But after everything, I have to give this location only three stars for many reasons but the main one: consistency. Our first pick up order was the special with 20 boneless wings. Our order took much longer to get ready than expected and the staff didn't seem to care much. When it finally came, our chicken was very light on seasoning, in some cases it tasted plain. The second order was a quick lunch order, the chicken tender combo. This was a wonderful visit. Food was ready on time, tenders were cooked and coated perfectly. Upgraded to the VooDoo Fries and they were SMOTHERED in cheese and ranch sauce. This made me very happy to try again. Finally, our most recent trip was a disappointment. The staff was once again... indifferent if not seeming like they'd rather do anything else. My food was ready on time, but my wings were greasy and lacking in seasoning again. The worst part in my opinion? My VooDoo Fries had practically NO sauce. In fact, when I stirred it around, there were probably max 3-4 fries with anything on it. If there's one thing I despise it's paying extra for something and not getting it. Tried Wingstop via delivery today for the first time. I had the boneless wings in Louisiana and Hot honey which are both dry rubs as well as fries and fried corn. The food was overall pretty good considering delivery. The Louisiana boneless wings have a great kick to them, very similar a Cajun rub. The hot honey were ok, they need more flavor less salt. If they just drizzled some hot honey over the top they would be amazing. The chicken itself is super crispy and well cooked with a decent bread to meat ratio. The fries were a touch soggy but again delivery so not a big issue for me. They are fresh cut and have nice sweet and salty seasoning on top. The fried corn on the cob was excellent. It's seasoned with what tastes like the Louisiana dry rub. Lots of flavor and a touch of heat. I also received a side of Ranch and Blue Cheese dressing.
