My order is never correct these days and my last order was the final straw. They were out of the toppings. I ordered so cooked my pizzas without the toppings, and then tried to give me a free cookie to make up for it. I don't want your shitty five dollar nasty cookie. I want my money back and to cancel my order and because I paid online, they refuse to refund my money I didn't want the cookie so they gave me wings instead and the wings were still gross and subpar. The pizza that I did received was cut and cooked really weird and gross and after this being the fourth time they haven't gotten my order right I will never go back again. Store canceled order multiple times this month. I can only assume it was because they want to go home at exactly closing time. If I order a pizza 45 min before closing time and live 12 min from the store I think it should be made. I'm not sure what the standard is but it's disappointing bc I like papa John's more than dominos. We ordered, picked up. When we got home we realized we got someone else's order. We called to let them know. The manager on duty was very apologetic and offered to make the order right. We didn't want to drive back over at that time so she offered to flag our online account with a free pizza. Two weeks later we were pleasantly surprised that the accounting WAS flagged, the free pizza was on there. In today's world where people don't always do what they say they will do, and some just do not care, it was awesome to see it done right. KUDOS to your manager, and staff. We were running late one evening and realized we did not have anything to eat for dinner. We knew there was a Papa John's a few minutes away, so although we had some hesitation due to some other folks' not so favorable opinion of Papa John's, we decided to finally give it a try of our own. Well, we should have heeded our "hesitation" and NOT ordered from Papa John's!!! If we could give Papa John's Pizza ZERO STARS ... we would! What a waste of our hard earned money! The absolute WORST Pizza we ever had! We ordered a couple of pies with Pepperoni and Black Olives. Almost all the slices had ONLY 1 TINY slice of pepperoni on them, the rest of the slices had NO pepperoni whatsoever! And again, just about two or three slices had ONLY 1 TINY black olive on them, but the rest of the slices had NO black olives at all! Have zero idea what that cheese was, as it lacked ANY flavor, and it had NO taste whatsoever. Furthermore, it was very evident the tomato sauce came right out of a can. We ended up THROWING OUT every single slice, after eating only the paper thin layer of that tasteless, extremely bland, blah cheese and the few black olives and few slices of pepperoni on top of whatever that cheese was, and went to bed VERY HUNGRY!!! Wish we could get our $$$ back!!! Giving this Pizza joint ANYTHING above a ONE Star rating, confirms unequivocally those folks have ZERO CLUE what a delicious Pizza really tastes like. Having previously lived in the New York/New Jersey tri-state area, we know what a truly wonderful Pizza with mounds of delicious melted mozzarella tastes like. I ordered a cinnamon pull apart... there was no icing with it so I called the store and they said they would be bringing it shortly... 2-3 hours go by and I call them back just to be lied to that it's already on it... Convenient ordering on the app. This is my favorite pizza chain restaurant. Usually this store has my pizza ready pretty fast. However, they've forgotten my extra garlic sauce more than once and me not realizing it before I got home, hence the 3 stars. Will keep ordering from here. So your app won't function and says "we cannot process your order, please call the store to place your order." So I did. In a phone call that took nearly 10 minutes, I'm told they won't honor the $11 any size, any toppings, any crust pizza. And nothing comparable "in the store" to offer. This is BS! So I asked the manager Lane if Papa John's would rather have a dissatisfied customer come to their local FB page and on their corporate page and anywhere else I can find to post this issue rather than honor this deal, and she just kept saying they have no control over what corporate offers on the app! Ordered delivery. Confirmed my CC with employee. Advised that it would be about 1 hour for delivery. Called back after an hour and half of no delivery to inquire status of delivery. Told by same employee that my CC was declined. I asked if there was a possibility that it was incorrectly entered and why I was not contacted immediately. Employee answered with "no I entered it correctly and it was declined". I went to Jersey Mikes 10 minutes later and ordered 2 sandwiches. I used that same CC without issues.
