Ordered $40 worth of food through door dash at 9pm never got our order at 10 pm we called and they claimed they never had our order sent to them. After multiple calls they said they found it after going back through 40 orders. Still haven't got that pizza. They were rude on the phone and had the worst customer service I've ever experience. read more

We have used them for delivery two or three times. Hasnt been great. Last time will be the last time as the pizza was cold and chewy, and delivery took well over an hour. I dont mind waiting for hot food, but almost 90 mins for cold pizza? No thank you. The food is one star. The second star is for the delivery people always being nice. read more

To the manager in the evening hours on 3 Aug 2019, Thank you helping me correct the identified problem. If you were able to look at the order type and details you will find that I selected a "deal" option online. The option that I chose was "Large 3-Topping Pizza And Breadsticks" among other items ordered. Why would I pay for 3 toppings and get a cheese pizza... I understand that you are most likely busy and get people that call in all the time to get free pizza. I'm not one of those people. I don't want free pizza and I gave you the pizza that I didn't order back, I just wanted what I ordered online. I know what I selected online! The order you received from the website was wrong. There may be a problem with the web order that occurred so basically calling me a lie indirectly was not appreciated. so i will never order of here angin as long as i live the driver who came to my home with my order dropped my floor all over the ground and when i called the store the manger told me it would be free that i didnt have to pay for it well when the driver comes back she told me i had to pay and i told her the manger told me it was free so when i called the manger back she called me a bitch and hung up on me and i told the drive i am taking my food she put her hands on me in front of my young kids i am pressing chargers on her and she wont be working at pizza hut after i am done and for the manger she is being written up and sued thank you read more

So my family of 6 went in to eat dinner. We ordered are food with no problem. The price was fair for what we got. We have visited this location several times with great service and food The only problem was the frozen fly in my wife's salad from the buffet. I showed it to the girl at the front counter and she said nothing. It was like I had done something wrong. I did not ask for anything. I then said If there was one frozen fly in the salad there might be more. She rolled her eye and said ok. OK I just showed you my wife's salad and it had a fly in it. IT WAS HALF FROZEN. Hello check the buffet to see if there is any more flys. Guess what she never went and checked. So word to the wize please look at your food before you eat. They usually mess up on our order by forgetting something. The delivery guys don't look like the cleanest individuals, if they'd shower, out on a pair of black pants, and tuck in their shirts it would make a huge difference. The delivery does usually arrive promptly though read more

So apparently they decided to change the delivery to certain streets started with one road then 3 new ones after ten plus years of me living out here. The manager was like it's Corporate's choice.. but then I said I just seen your blue delivery car two houses away 20 minutes ago he was like well um.. this is the number for corporate so he didn't even know what to do cuz I told him everything about the delivery car. I mean I've never liked the pizza just the bread sticks but good to know my sub division with over 100 houses no longer get delivery. read more

We recently purchased a house in the area. The kids were so excited to see a Pizza Hut so close to the house. After unpacking for the day we decided to treat ourselves to some pizza. We got there at 9:15 pm and were glad to see that they were open until 11 pm. As we waited there at the register, we felt as if we were being ignored. Twice they came out from the kitchen area and, even though they looked at us, not once did they acknowledge that we were just standing there. Not even with a mention of I'll be right with you "NOTHING". So after a bit of being ignored we turn around and headed somewhere else to eat. As we were driving away I can see them looking at us as we were leaving the parking area. They looked at each other and started laughing. Im not sure how much money this owner has lost business because of these employees. But for how ever long I live in this area.... I will NEVER order from this Pizza Hut! read more
