Sometimes papa John's just hits and this was one of those times. Pizza was hot and fresh. Cheese bread was on point and wings were cooked well. Only complaint was they forgot the extra garlic sauce. I got one though and made it work. read more

Ordered here a few times in the past month or two. I've always just stopped in here to pick it up because it's right down the road. Tiny weird parking lot that's not the easiest to get in and out of but the food has always been correct and ready for pick up so I have no complaints about this place. I walked into Papa John's to pick up my order. I see 3 ppl on their cell phones. Two of them were handling pizza dough, and the other was cutting the pizza. Totally gross. Cell phones carry germs. No one had on gloves! Hands sweat and that can get passed on to the pizzas. Even during the Corona Virus pandemic, no one had on gloves. I will not be going back! read more

The company needs to go back and re-educate the employees on germ precautions because on 9/24/19 @2115 (Titusville FL ) I had a incident with someone who not only took my order but check me out as well. I went to the store to get my order, the gentleman was rolling the pizza dough. He came to me to check me out, remind you I told you he was rolling the dough, didn't wash his hands or anything. He came to check me out, took my money, wipe his nose, give me my change, get my pizza, my receipt and preceded to go back to the pizza dough he was rolling. All of this happened in front of my eyes. I was in shocked. I work at a hospital and it is mind blowing when you know the type of germs and viruses that is out there that we can't see. I asked him if he doesn't think that he should go and wash his hands. He tried to convinced me that washing hands isn't necessary because the pizza is baked at a certain degrees. Now tell me how nasty is that when he was wiping his running nose. I told him he can take the pizza back and give me my money. Then he said that he can remake it. I don't want a pizza remake from him that he already rolled how many other doughs so the question is how many times has this happened???? This is the ONLY Papa Johns that I've ever been to that can't seem to get shit right!!! I mean it the ONLY Titusville papa johns and they always mess up orders! I placed an order for a Large Tuscan Cheese pizza, thin crust. Paid online, received an order# (610824649), in the amount of 14.98 with 20%, and they told my fiancé that we never placed an order! The card was Changed almost 18.00 for a pizza I have no clue of. This is the saddest store in Titusville. The management is f'd up, the employees are known for stealing and look as if there on drugs. We've been on a bit of a pizza delivery kick as of late. This Papa Johns location has really come through great. We had a change of order and they were more than able to accommodate us. I couldn't recommend them more. Try the chicken bacon ranch pizza. Be thankful for great customer service and delivery. read more

The only reason I give it two stars is because the pizza is mostly good. The pizza pick up situation I encountered was very lack of personality and professional demeanor . I was standing at the counter for 3 minutes looking at the counter person typing in call in orders. When greeted and got a not so nice personality. One of the pizzas wasnt quite right and over cooked and the other one was ok. They have a delivery fee that is uncomfortable and wondering why a almost 3 dollar fee is in place for a two block delivery. Plus they ask you to tip the driver. A little over the top is the feeling I get. I hope papa john is making enough to not get my one pizza pie a week business. read more

We had a quite a bit of papa johns recently. There are always great online specials and I like the reward points where after 25 you get a free large pizza. Delivery is always on time if not early!! I've never had a problem with any of the delivery men and they've always found our house despite it being a flag lot. read more

I have an 8 year old son with severe dairy allergies, today his second grade class is having a pizza party, but he is unable eat the pizza the school orders for this. So, yesterday at around 3:45 PM, my wife placed an online order with Papa Johns in Titusville Florida, for a small pizza without cheese that my son could take to school so that he would also have pizza with his class. The order was set to be delivered at 5 pm. At 5:20 PM the pizza had not arrived. My wife called to check on the status, The representative was very short answered and with a rude voice said, "Your order is on its way!" After 5:30 PM, the pizza still had not arrived my wife called again and asked to speak to the manager. The individual replied with a rude sarcastic voice, "Well, what is your address?" I then got on the phone and told the individual that my wife requested to speak to the manager. The rep then abruptly told me in a raised voice, "I'm THE MANAGER, AND IF YOUR WIFE WOULD GIVE ME THE ADDRESS OF THE ORDER LIKE I ASKED, I WOULD TRY TO HELP!!!" I then asked for his name, he replied loudly, "IT"S SHANE!". At this point, I was very upset at Shane's lack of courtesy and respect. Shane would not allow me to talk, he continued to speak over me and would not listen. I nearly drove to speak to Shane in person but did not, to avoid confrontation. My wife and I have never in our lives been treated with such blatant disrespect as we were by Shane, the manager. We've ordered frequently from this location over the last five years that we've lived here, but will never again, not as long as Shane is working there. (On a side note, I would like to apologies to the delivery woman, because of my frustration with Shane, I was unfriendly to her and refused to accept the pizza) read more

I love the taste of their pizzas but I will never order their breadsticks again... Burnt, 3 inch long hard pieces of bread. Looked more like poop than food. We called the manager to complain and they sent out more, 30 minutes later, when we were done eating, the new breadsticks arrived, still gross looking and no flavor whatsoever. Ordered a pizza. Took an hour to arrive and it was cold. It wasn't even my pizza. It had toppings I never ordered. They replaced it free of charge but it took another 45 minutes to get my correct pizza. As to Papa John's new premium delivery service I think it is a joke and causing people to get cold pizzas. If I entered a restaurant and they offered to seat me according to how much I tipped the waiter/waitress I would walk out immediately. I have decided to never order from this place again. I will not be put at the back of the line for a pizza delivery because I am not willing to pay a tariff of $2.99 to have it delivered before someone else's. Let's do the math. They charge $3.00 for delivery, I generally tip $2.50 because I believe the drivers are getting the short end of the deal, and then I have to pay an additional $2.99 to get it while it is warm? That is a whopping $8.48 for the convenience of getting a pizza delivered to my front door. Ridiculous and Insulting!!! read more
