This was my second time visiting this location, and I did notice some improvements compared to my first experience. Right away, I appreciated that the music was set at a reasonable level and had a calm vibe, which made it easy to relax and even hear myself think. The ordering process at the register was also much smoother this time. It was quicker, easier to understand, and I felt like my order was actually heard. Unfortunately, the biggest drawback of my visit was the wait time. It took nearly 30 minutes for my food to come out, even though my order was just two sets of wings and fries. Meanwhile, the two friends I came with received their food much sooner, and I noticed multiple DoorDash orders being completed and handed out before in-store customers were served. When the food finally did arrive, it was hot and the flavor was decent--overall, I'd give it about a 6/10. The wings had good seasoning, but nothing that really stood out as exceptional. In short, while I've seen some improvements in both the staff and the food quality since my last visit, this still isn't a place I'd come to regularly. On 11/16/25, at about 12:30 pm, we ordered, for the first time ever, from Wingstop on Conant. I ordered the Classic For Two, 20 wings w large fry and two sauces - for carry out. Due to the way, their website is set up. I was relatively forced to order online and pay ahead of time as I was unable to find their phone number on their website. I was unable to order two separate types of flavors so I just ordered them plain. My wife picked up the order, then had to turn around and go back, because they forgot our fries. When she got home, we reheated our food briefly, then got our plates and had dinner. The wings were VERY small and with only average flavor. I was really surprised at how small and how little meat the wings had. Now I know why they consider 10 wings a serving for one. The sauces were both ranch, (my wife's choice), which she said was fine. The seasoned fries were good. We also used condiments from home. I have heard of shrinkflation to maintain profitability but shorting prepaid orders does not seem to make good business sense. After getting home with the order and noticing the missing items it was too late to go back. Ordered from here 11/12/21. Waited for almost an hour for food, the staff is extremely immature and should be supervised by a real adult. I witnessed the girl at the register talking about a man who was calling in to order over the phone. She continuously called him "retarded" "slow" and "stupid" to THE MANAGER who did absolutely nothing about her behavior. They were making fun of the man because he couldn't identify what type of credit card he had. The manager spoke to my husband in a manner that no manager should ever speak to anyone. I hope the general manager or owner gets involved in this store before I call the health department. This could have easily been a complaint post if not the actions of the asst manager at this location, Liz. We ordered lunch delivery and the order got mixed up with someone else's order though no fault of Wingstop's. After going back and forth several times with the store and the delivery service, this asst manager stepped in and created a reorder that she personally delivered. Honestly the worst restaurant experience in my life. I used to order wingstop at least twice a week from this location because I work late nights and it's one of few restaurants that are open when I get off. A few nights ago I ordered ahead online so it was ready by the time I got there. I placed the order at 9:32 and was told it would be 16-21 minutes. I drive there (about 15 minutes) and let one of the workers know my name and that I'm there for a Togo order. I continued to wait and asked about my order again after waiting around for about 20 minutes in the lobby. I was told it would be another 10 minutes by who I believed to be the manager or supervisor or higher up. I asked again after an additional 15 minutes and found that my order had been sitting on the shelf the whole time I was there. I told 3 separate people and waited over an hour for some cold food and horrible customer service. One of the times I had asked about my order I had to wait over 5 minutes before someone acknowledged me. Some made eye contact but didn't do anything. I even added a tip hoping it would give them some motivation to make my order. Very disappointed in my experience and won't be going to this location again. This review is entirely for the employee who was written up today - he was awesome. The rest of the staff was not - including Kelsey who wrote up the employee. Sure, I don't know the whole story, but this is what the customer experience was like today. (I've been here every week for the last 5 weeks and today was the first negative experience) I walk in, one employee ignores me, another walks from the back, tells me my order is five minutes behind. Ok, I ask for my cups to get my drink ready. Of course I notice 2 employees off on break, at separate tables so there's only 2 open, and the two that are open are disgusting. There is a problem with the CO2 or the syrup- I ask the only employee at the front if he can check on it. After he gets on that I had to approach him again to all for the tables to be cleaned. Then he gets asked by another customer to restock the paper towels. Part way through this Kelsey finished writing up the employee that was helping everyone. She asks a customer "have you been helped?" - "oh, yes, I ha-" the woman doesn't even finish her sentence before Kelsey yells out to no one "the printer is out of paper!" .... she realizes and apologizes for ignoring/cutting off the customer but instead of hanging around she quickly buddies herself with something else. Ok, 3rd customer waiting in the doorway hasn't been helped yet, but sure keep ignoring her. We get our food, sit at the table the one good employee cleaned for us and then Kelsey chooses this as the right time to discuss disciplinary action for the one employee that was helpful today. (More customers come in, the drink station is out of lids, one employee is still on break - yeah, great time to do this.) I eavesdropped and have to say the argument from the employee was beyond compelling. He said he missed whatever it was he was supposed to do because he was running around and helping customers. He thinks customers come first. If it's between thing 1 and helping the customer, he's going to pick the customer. Not only was this a defense - I saw it in practice. After our dinner, I asked to speak to Kelsey. I told her this gentleman was the only one who helped us. He cleaned tables, he restocked paper, he serviced the customer. Her other employees-herself included did not. She told me there were other issues, but thanked me for sharing my opinion. To the general manager - please please please hire more employees like the young man who was written up today. He actually cared about your customers. Employees who walk away from customers, ignore them, or choose inappropriate times to do admin work are not a good look. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is disgusting and unorganized. We stopped in for some wings last night for dinner and as soon as you walk in your feet stick to the floor. That should have been the first red flag to leave. But we were exhausted from driving for hours. Ordering was fine but when I went to sit down the taste was so disgusting, I wanted to ask for a rag so I can clean it myself. While we waited for our food we got our drinks and the machine had no ice. Then I received the wrong order after waiting 40 minutes. So they took the food back and it sat there on another table. After an one hr and 20 mins we get our food and it's not edible besides the carrots! The wings were drench in oil and no sauce. We all needed tuna that night and one threw up as soon as we left. We ordered food for a football game , two ten piece bone in wings , boneless and some thighs , one large ranch and a few small ones. When we got home there was no bone in wings at all and zero ranch. When we called to let them know they basically said we were lying, why would we go through all that trouble all we wanted was our food and to watch a game! They told us to come back and get the order and when we did they asked where the bag was, no one ever said to bring back the food for them to check it, my kids were eating their boneless wings at home! But every time I go it takes forever. Even with an online order that took me 15 minutes to drive and pick up, I was still waiting in the restaurant for my food to be ready. It's like this every time I go. It would be easy to blame the workers, but they seemed to be hustling and have a good system going. I think the issue is the owner or manager is trying to run the place with too lean a staff. While I was there,, there was never less than two people waiting in line at the counter the worker trying to race back into the kitchen and bag outgoing orders and answer the phone every couple minutes. This chain is popular with the college crowd. Unsure why. They are more expensive and smaller wings than any of the local chains. This is a brand new restaurant so it was not surprising the staff unable to compare the heat of their sauces to the sauces of other popular local wing restaurants. The peach habenaro was very hot when compared to Ralphies. They had very few mid range heat sauce choices so I had to opt for the BBQ and lemon chicken. The kitchen is open to view which is not in their favor as while they were preparing our order they dumped soapy water on the floor and started mopping the floor. The cashier completed a customer's transaction at the register, readjusted her ponytail inside her baseball cap, walked right past the hand washing sink, did not don gloves, and started preparing a to go order. The BBQ wings were slimy and did not have the crunch of fried wing. The BBQ sauce had a little bite. The lemon pepper was more crunchy but boring. Neither was breaded and they were very small. Fries were overcooked and very salty. The nice thing about their menu choices are with the combo, you are able to pick 2 wing sauces and a dipping sauce, and a side. I found their honey mustard dipping sauce to be delicious and wished it was an option for a wing sauce. Celery or any side can be substituted for french fries in the combo. Extra celery can be purchased for .99 cents which is as is should be everywhere else. Overall. we will not go back and will continue to wait to be seated at Frickers. read more
