Absolutely horrible, substandard pizzas, and customer service. Little if any toppings, either entirely missing or wrong ingredients. Several occasions of cross-contamination, getting ingredients you didn't order it, but only a couple. Have called to complain and give them an opportunity to fix the issue. They refuse. No longer giving them a chance in the future, I will go support a much better and much more friendly pizza shop. read more

I've been ordering from the Papa John's on Marsh Road for years. But because of how inconsistent they are, I often find myself needing to take long breaks from this location. Unfortunately, every time I give them another shot, it's the same issues all over again. Tonight, I ordered buffalo wings and received plain wings--no sauce at all. I called to explain (wasn't yelling, but I made it clear I was fed up), and the so-called manager suddenly decided he wasn't going to resend the wings I paid for. Instead, he told me I'd have to put in a request. When I asked for a refund, that was also a no. At this point, I don't know what I actually paid for. It's the same cycle every time: poor service, messed-up orders, and no accountability. After all these years, I'm officially done with this location unless something changes. read more

They delivered the wrong order to our house. We call in to get it fixed and the employees are easily under the influence and keep putting my wife and I on hold to try and get rid of us. You charge is $4.50 for a delivery fee to travel less than a mile but cannot get us the food we paid for. This is a joke. I cannot believe a business is run like this. My pizza was perfectly made and I got 2 garlic butter's on the side for an extra $0.55. There's not much else to ask for because every Papa John's is the same and I've never had a bad one. I order a special of 3 large pizzas with 2 toppings on Sunday afternoon 11/6/16. They were they WORST, THROWN together pizzas, EVER! I immediately called the store and asked to speak with a manager. I explained what the pizzas looked liked and how SCARCE the toppings were. He was very understanding and apologetic. Disgusted with the service. I work late hrs and my husband and i order alot. But its inconsistant. They allow their workers dictate who and where they can deliver. For instance tonight aaron calls us back and says their driver doesnt want to deliver to our area. Which is in the driving range. I ordered from this Papa John's. Hawaiian pizza square cut and Chipotle and garlic parmesan wings. The wings barely had sauce on them both probably has some of the sauce they were supposed to have on it. They are essentially naked wings my pizza was supposed to be square cut I got a round pizza.
