My experience at the time. On the way home from a UTV ride we decided to go get pizza. Let start with the lady at the front taking our order. She is one of the best service person I've ever dealt with. Polite, friendly, willingness to go over things with you. The willingness to go get mug sizes to show you. Kudos to the lady at the counter. This place is the part place if you are going to get together with family, and friends or coworkers. Well lit up all over the place. Pizza well I just love their pizza. Thin crispy crust and I'm a Canadian bacon and extra pineapple person. I've had a few different ones there and will say all are good. Mine so far every time I've been there have been crispy and delicious. Hers always a veggie and they're not bad at all. So with that. Go and get yourself some good pizza. I am shocked of the 3 star rating for Abby's. It is truly legendary. My wife and I went to Corvallis, and it gave us a chance to go to Abby's. The pizza's were perfect. I was pleasantly surprised by the pizza here. Not sure what I expected but I knew it was probably going to be a family friendly place so I didn't have high expectations. Went during COVID and all the workers wore masks. She was unhappy with my questions about toppings. I went with shrimp and pineapple against my better judgement. The pizza was barely warm as if it was cooked with a hotel blow dryer. The "special" is a small 7 inch pizza (with any four toppings) with a single trip to the salad bar and a refillable drink for $8.25 with tax. If you're looking for an inexpensive lunch, this is a good option. From the time I placed my order to the time the pizza was brought to the table was less than 10 minutes. Thin crust pizza with too little sauce and too little cheese, the toppings seemed adequate. Look out for the roasted garlic. First the positives! I have ordered pizza 3 times in the past 5 months, the first order I picked up and the 2nd two orders were for delivery. The order I picked up was hot and ready on time. The pizzas I had delivered arrived within the time frame I was told to expect it and while it wasn't hot it was warm enough. I realize that at "rush hour" it will take a bit of time to deliver in the North Albany area. The crust was well cooked and not doughy and the toppings generous. My family likes fresh tomatoes on their pizza and all 3 times I ordered 1/2 of the pizza to be a Poor Boy with fresh tomatoes. Order #1: got home, no tomatoes, I accepted partial fault at not double checking before I left. I called, spoke to Jacob, the manager, and was told I could return for them, due to the time to drive back and home I declined. I suggested that maybe a way could be set up to remind the staff to include them on pick up. Order #2: arrived, no tomatoes. The driver offered to return with them but I declined stating by the time they did that the pizza would be cold. I also called the manager and discussed this and my frustration at this was the second time. I was offered a refund and asked to give them another try, which I accepted. Order #3 was tonight, when I placed the order (with Jacob) I asked that they please include the tomatoes to which he laughed. I told him the back story of why I said that. Yep, you got it, NO tomatoes! Jacob said he'd send the driver back with them, no thanks. I get mistakes happen but 3 out of 3 tries? He drives there they told him no pizza and acted like he was trying to steal a pizza, he even told them my name no pizza for you I have them his name told them my husband is coming to get it, of course he forgot his cell drives back home. I grew up on Abby's pizza and love it. Stopped by this location as it was close to an activity the family went to. While love the pizza, and spuds, unfortunately, Abby's has gotten pretty expensive as compared to many other places now. Taco pizza is probably the best here of any pizza place (beef is better than chicken in my opinion). Original thin crust is wonderful and toppings go all the way to the edge. After a frustrating day I just wanted a pizza and go back to my hotel. I really got a lot more than that. Amy took my order over the phone and was more than pleasant and very helpful. The pizza there is great, but the atmosphere not so much. The pizza is a lot of money but is worth it as a treat now and then. They staff is always friendly, usually kinda dirty looking. It is always very loud in there and it seems as though it's rarely cleaned. They have some arcade games which are fun to play around on while you are waiting on your order but the kids seem to get food and grease all over them. There is a fire place in the middle of the restaurant with a table rapping around it which makes it seem more homey and welcoming. If you can get past all the dirt and flies the staff is nice and friendly. 1/8 of the tables were dirty. There were only three customers in house, with four employees.
