He told her to pick up the ringing phone because it was his wife (me) 34 mins later! My husband went to the Herriman location where the gm there was Joshua. He could have cared less that our order was no longer in queue. My husband cancelled the order after everything said and done. When did customer service become so horrible? And people want over $15 an hour to do what? Nothing and act like jerks. I will NEVER give Dominos my business again and will inform everyone I know and have them stop business too. Truly appalling!

I appreciate the awareness of the issue and effort to fix it. I just think that some efficiency but even more importantly, communication with your customers would go a long way. The employee who claimed to be the manager was rude, refused to provide his name, refused to help, and ultimately hung up on me. Awful manager if that really was the real manager I feel bad for the owner. Mistakes happen. The issue was not the missing sauce. It was how the situation was handled.
