We got their stuffed crust pizza with tomatoes, bell pepper, sausage, pepperoni, and olives. Just about $20 with tax, which is super reasonable considering how huge it is. It was ready sooner then they said it would be, and pick up was easy and fast. Cooking instructions included, along with a little "tray"/oven-safe plate for cooking on. I've been coming to Papa Murphy's with my Papa since the late 80's early 90's in California. So many memories. My father was a single parent and we had Papa Murphy's often. Back then it was still like 5.99 When I lived in LA I drove 30 miles to only one. Since being here this location has been AWESOME. Seriously. I have been coming to this location in the Issaquah Commons for as far as I can remember. Papa Murphy's has always been a great alternative for dinner when you're a bit lazy but don't want to wait for the delivery from another local shop. They constantly have promotions going on and it's worth asking about them OR checking the signs around the shop. I love the garlic sauce instead of the red pizza sauce! It's so creamy and really makes the pizza taste so much better. The staff is a bit hit or miss depending on how busy they are. Lately they have been great! I was in the other day and their whole internet was down so they couldn't process credit card payments. I think they handled it quite well and were accommodating to those waiting in line. Recommendation: the cowboy pizza! Or my more constant favorite is the half pepperoni/half Hawaiian with garlic sauce! read more

Tried to order a pizza over the phone, was rushed through descriptions while the associate (Ethan) was obviously annoyed and then hung up the phone mid way through the order without a) confirming the order and b) confirming the price and c) time of pick up. We were close to the location so we went in to see what was going on to find an aggressive worker (Ethan) who told us he didn't hang up and told us all of the information we were lacking (not true) and then became extremely aggressive in argumenting his stance which did not sit well with us. He used vulgar language towards us and went out of his way to insult us personally. If he only knew better. If you want low level customer service and insult and cowardice behind the counter that doesn't know the first thing about customer service...this is your place. We have been ordering pizza here for years & it's always consistently delicious! Our favs are the Garlic Chicken & the Cowboy. They usually have some great special discounts but the prices & quality are so good it doesn't really matter. Also we've always had great service as well! read more

Papa Murphy's is great and pretty much the same anywhere you go. I have no problem with their products and in fact it's some of my favorite pizza. My issue is with this location. After getting home from a funeral, sad and emotionally exhausted, I decided not to bother making dinner, I'll just order pizza. Whoever answers, when I tell them I want to place an order, tells me sorry, they only have hamburgers. I think I've dialed the wrong number, say sorry, hang up. Call again, the same person answers and when I say I want to place an order tells me "this is the Krusty Krab, we only have Krabby Patties". I appreciate a good joke when appropriate but this is ridiculous. I was far from in the mood and supremely irritated. I hung up and ordered from a different place. This employee cost the business a customer. I hope the owner does something about their incompetent moron of an employee so it doesn't continue to happen. read more

I have to say, this place is growing on me. It's not the greatest pizza I've ever eaten, but it's pretty good. The store is pretty conveniently located, and I've never had a problem finding parking. Staff is friendly and I've never had to wait more than maybe about 5 minutes (and you can always go stroll through REI or something) for my pizza to be made. I might actually prefer this over delivery, if for no other reason than you can always get a nice hot pizza. Pricing seems pretty affordable, and I don't think I've ever gone in there without a coupon. read more

Quick shout out to the crew in Issy, esp Tyler! Worked a 13 hour day in Seattle ordered some pizzas on my way to town only to find out they don't take American Express. Sad moment, but Tyler did not make me feel bad, he worked with me a little bit and between a few other forms of payment I was on my way with some yummy dinner and a smile on my face. I really love this place. I have been a Papa Murphy's faithful for 17 years now and I have to say I don't think I could live anywhere where Papa Murphy's was not in business. My family and I love their pizza for the convenience and affordability not to mention that it is really good pizza. Their service is always fast and friendly and they go out of their way to accommodate you. I have placed several large orders and they have always provided speedy service and made my order correctly. I usually go to the Issaquah store but have been to many, many other stores, even in other states, and have never been let down. The product is consistent as is the customer service. As far as the pizza itself goes, you bake it in your own oven so you can cook it to your own taste. If you like it crisp, leave it in a little longer, if you like it soft, take it out sooner, etc. The sauce is good and the toppings always seem fresh. What can I say I am a huge fan! read more

Came in 10 minutes to close and was told they were no longer open. I know that it's close to the 9pm close time, but the posted time is open till 9 and it's not like it's a sit down restaurant where I would be sticking around, just wanted a pizza. The employee came out of the back and was awfully rude to me, and told me to leave. I got the impression that the kid just wanted to go home early, which I get, but I'm super bummed. This is better than takeout because you get all the smell of baking pizza from your own oven, and it is really fresh having been assembled after you ordered it. Everything is ready to go. All you do is heat your oven and slip in the pizza for the suggested time. Then slice it up and eat. read more

I do like the convenience of "fresh" pizza I can take home, put in the refrigerator - and cook when desired. And, the whole cook-it-yourself thing used to make Papa Murphy's actually a fairly cheap way to have delicious fresh pizza. But the price... The cost of Papa Murphy's has climbed far beyond "it's cheaper because you cook it yourself", far beyond "it's fast delivery style pizza" -- it's now in "expensive" pizza territory. It's tasty, but it's not exactly sophisticated pizza. It's become very expensive, more expensive than "fancy" pizza. read more

i had just finished eating a home cooked meal when i noticed a page of coupons from what i thought was Papa Johns.. turned out it was none other than the local favorite bake at your own damn house pizza joint, Papa Murphy's.. the idea stumped me for quite a while until i bought one of their 5-topping stuffed crust pizzas threw it in the oven. after about 15 minutes or so the wafting aroma of fresh to death pizza was like crack to my nasal receptors. it wasnt until then when i realized how priceless such a neat fastfood alternative could become. read more

My family likes the convenience of Papa murphy's pizza, and so we have gotten pizza here multiple times. Unfortunately, they were not once able to make accommodations for my food allergies. I have tried to order pizza here three times with simple ingredients, and I clearly stated that I needed them to leave out dairy products, but each time my pizza came covered in either ranch dressing or cheese. I go to the Papa Murphy's in Bellevue and will still go to it,this is not a disgruntled worker post even though it may seem so. First off i was employed by Papa Murphy's and hired to become the Manager at the Bellevue location on 145th by Debbie Brewer,the job while not demanding,pay etc would of been a great fit for me due to me taking care of a disabled parent,i was very excited to come and join Papa Murphy's,the interview went well etc. I was very impressed by the quality and sanitation and the attention to detail the staff puts into the product they serve,trust me i have knowledge of what many places use and Papa Murphy's does not cut corners in what they deliver in ingredients,that all said. I have worked in the food industry on and off for about eleven years,from five star establishments to country clubs,served Kenny G,Brooke Shields etc,worked the line steaks,to salad bars to doing banquet's of over 500 people with just a staff of eight in the kitchen,i know stress and how demanding that industry is,during those years and my other career line of work i have trained easily maybe 200 people. My last job (non food related) as a Manager i trained Managers in Training,my employer S&S Oil humbled me by letting me train all new managers for almost four years until i decided to leave for a time but was told i would be welcomed back at anytime. But these last two days under the so called training by Debbie was the most anti welcoming work environment i have ever experienced,and i have had some tough Chef's trust me on that. The experience with Debbie was a stroll down with someone with mental issues,that is the only thing i could come away with,even as i type this after leaving my head is still in a tight knot as if i have went through some kind of questioning,mentally draining. There was little training,sure i have experience in the food industry but like many of these type of establishments they have very set ways they do things,and they do this for many reasons,young workers with little experience around machines etc for food prep what not,but even just a few minutes of her showing me i was fine. The problem with Debbie is this and i will give an example,she claimed i stood around sometimes as if i was staring into space i do not know what,just as i put something down to do something she would bark for me to do something else,that i had been trained to do maybe once real quick for about ten seconds,that's it,she thrust me into making Pizza's and expected me to know the whole menu,sizes,able to read the tickets etc etc the first day,utterly impossible,they have cards that show the ingredients that you can see,BUT OH NO i could not move at a pace and view said cards,instead i was barked at constantly about what is on this pizza,what amount etc as i trying to make one and i had a grand total of not even an hour etc,i have never made a Pizza in my life,i can grill a steak,make a seafood saute,chicken fettuccine from scratch,prime rib,wonderful chowders you name it. But i cannot make a pizza it appears to Debbie,when i all of the sudden did not have anything to do i would attempt to find something,cleaning,break down boxes,whatever and as soon as i was done with that task and en route to do something else here she comes again,it was insane. When you train someone,YOU SHOW THEM,you use patience and let them make mistakes and then help them correct them,YOU HELP THEM become comfortable and confident when they are new,in a new environment no matter how large or small AND YOU DO NOT POINT like that shift supervisor gal did with me (i almost fell over, i am 45 with decades of experience and this pregnant tattooed girl points and gives me a stare and tells me to put more cheese up). When you are a Manager and general manager having others that YOU WILL have to train and count on and trust you lead BY EXAMPLE,,,none of that happened,it was Debbie was right no matter what and if you were to ask a question the reaction was just odd,it was dysfunctional in every form This was the worst training experience i have EVER been through,i feel for the employee's and the owner,how she ever was promoted to the position is beyond me,i honestly feel from just the less than two days of working with her that there is some mental issue's,we spoke in the office,i gave her an example that she failed to even acknowledge,i while grabbing some Bermuda onions stated that when she asked me to grab the onions,i merely said "yah ok the Bermuda and the whites" this was not ok with her,they were to be called red and white onions,i said "Ok then red and white" i though it was a non issue,not to Debbie,she had to remind me more than once they were to be called red and white even though i had not uttered the word Bermuda after our first discussion. It went on and on,i thought maybe the first day she was maybe testing me or she had a bad day,nope,i do believe she is unstable. read more
