Got a thin crust pizza yesterday at Papa Murphy's on Cypress and the crust wasn't the only thing that was thin topping on the pizza was thinner than a thin pancake, in fact the entire pizza was thinner than a flattened pancake. We're not stupid, something has changed, this was not the same as the many pizzas we have had in the past. We had not been to Papa Murphy's for some time and the pizza we picked up was ridiculous, looked like it had been run over by steam roller. Looks like a pathetic attempt to cut costs and increase profits. We won't be back as we have found inexpensive pizzas at supermarkets that are far superior. read more

On Tuesdays the pizza is on sale so they are super busy but I must say that's when the Cypress team shines. They really do their very best to get those pizzas out on time. No matter how tired they are or how many pizzas they made or how badly they don't want to see another piece of pepperoni, they always hand over my perfectly made pizza with a smile and thank ME!?! I was visiting from southern California but use to live in Oregon where Papa Murphys are all over! I miss this place so when I found it I had to buy one and take it home. I got the Family size Chicago stuffed pizza with meat. It was only 24 bucks. They make it fresh for you right there and wrap it up. We drove home with it in the trunk it was huge. It grew in size and when we got home we popped it in the oven. My kids loved that pizza and so did I. We all wished that they have papa Murphys down south! read more

This is my second time at Papa Murphy's located on Cypress Ave in Redding ca. The first time I was greeted by very nice lady, She was very helpful. So this brought me back for the second time. On this visit I have no opinion on the store clerk. (Good or Bad). I was just buying a pizza. I ordered a large combo pizza and two salads. The total came to$38.00 and change. OUTRAGES. It's no wonder that the store had no customers !! Papa Murphy's lost me as a customer!! To add insult to injury the pizza was not even eatable and had to toss it. Papa Murphy's - Pizza Near Me - Redding, California

I've had Papa Murphy's a couple times when I've visited my brother in So Cal so I decided to get this in Redding. My first visit was okay, but the internet order didn't seem to work, and it reported an error on their end so I went in and ordered face to face. I missed out on the on-line discount and they didn't offer to apply it manually for me... not a big deal but it still registered in my mind. The wait wasn't long, though. The pizza was good and I liked the convenience of being able to pick up earlier than when I'd prepare it. But it did make an oily mess in my oven. I just returned from my second visit. I ordered on-line and received a discount. I had placed foil in my oven this time too. I arrived ten minutes earlier than the "prepared by time" and since they have a special stack for on-line orders I first checked to see if mine was there, but while some were, mine was not. I waited outside but the pick up spot is in easy view so I waited. Three different people came in and ordered, got their pizza and left while I waited. So after 20 minutes I went in to see if maybe they had lost my order. Bummer... it had been there the whole time, but placed in the stacker behind the counter for orders that hadn't been pre-paid. So my 20 minute wait was unnecessary. I'll probably end up back again some day, but think I'll see if there is another take n bake alternative before I give them another try. read more

Never had any problems with this store until today, I got my pizza took it home and cooked it and this pizza had like 8 bubbles in it so at this point its a bubble pizza and it was stuck to the pizza plate . I called to complain and she had me bring this cooked pizza back to the store to exchange it for a new one . So I didn't want to deal with taking this cooked pizza back in the store which then I was offered 50% off my next visit. So of course I throw this pizza in the car and take it back. I get people try to scam to get free pizza but this was some crap. read more

It is what it is. Pizza was OK. They did follow all my instructions for building my own pizza. There was a modest amount of extra ingredients. The crust was average for a take and bake pizza. It was ready for pick-up when I asked. The staff was pleasant enough. The price was reasonable. There was just nothing to get excited and write about. But average isn't bad when the value is good. read more

I have been a papa murphys customer for years....until this last week i wouldve had wonderful things to say.....unfortuneatly i was recently treated so poorly and rudely that i will hesitate to ever again reccomend the Lake Blvd store in redding. I have never had a person continue their negative behavoir to the ent it happened. Even after asking them to not be rude it continued. When i statedi guess reporting their attitude to corporate, they said, whatever.....i sent an email to corporate and their answer was that they hope i continue to enjoy papa murphys. I had pre ordered 6 pizzas....was prepared to leave a significant tip......the pizzas were shoved at me after being stacked together and smashed down. Quality was poor adding poor treatment, not worth the money spent....glad isavedthe $25 tip i was going to leave... read more

I would give 0 stars if i could. I ordered a family size pizza online from this location. I did a make my own Pizza. The total was $23 wich is not the problem....the problem is when my husband picked it up he had no idea what i ordered. I got home and looked at the pizza and all the extra toppings that i ordered for it weren't even on it..i was pissed the next day i contacted corporate papa murphys and they said they would forward my email concern to the owner of that papa murphys. A week later nothing.....needless to say i am pissed again....never again will i give them one dime when they don't take care of their customers...i wasn't looking for free pizza but maybe reimbursement for the 4 toppings i didn't get at $1.50 each.....never again! read more

This franchise has done a wingover crash in the last six months. I don't know what happened. Floors and sneeze shield are dirty. Last week four employees, three in the back bull shitting. The fellow out front begged the three in the back three times for help with no response. He had 31 to go pizzas to do, and five of us standing in line. Finally one fella came out, and you could tell he was irritated to have to work. Uniforms dirty, name tags worn in places hard to read. Bad, bad deal!! Use to be tops in cleanliness, workers, quality, promptness, politeness. If you are expecting any of these attributes, go to another store. read more
