We also ordered 2 on tap IPAs and a bottled Coke. We enjoyed the pizzas, great dough with a wonderfully flame fired taste, but the toppings left something to be desired. The Bianca could use something fresh like some lemon slices and definitely more basil, as I got one leaf per slice. Staff was friendly, dining area was clean and we'd definitely return again if passing through Redding. As a pizza snob, it's not the best I've ever had, but definitely a tasty pizza and worth a try. Then, we added double pep. We also ordered the garlic twists and pesto twists. Our total was about $70, which isn't bad for the amount of food we got! I enjoyed that their pizza sauce had a little bit of spice to it. Everything tasted great. We fed 6 adults and two kids, and still had 3/4 of a pizza plus some twists leftover. His attention to detail and kindness was so appreciated. I also have food intolerances, so he was careful to use the gluten free crust, plant based meat from the back, and the vegan cheese.
