We have been going here for 5 years and never had a problem. Best pizza in town. Expensive but worth it. Last Saturday we ordered two XL's and a large with everything on it. There were two teens behind the counter, and the store was slow. We later discovered the everything on it pizza was severely under cooked, as of it had only been in the oven for a few minutes. We found out late the pizza was undercooked and called about the issue the next day. The clerk said he couldn't do anything and would let the manager know. I didn't get a call. Next day I called again, female clerk apologized and assured me the manager would call me back. No call back. It's Tuesday now and still no one has called us back. This is lesson learned. As long as the pizza is good you're fine, but if Pizza Guys makes a mistake you're royally screwed. read more

This place is great. They make the best Pizza and my wife and I will not order from elsewhere. Not only is their Pizza's great, but their Customer Service is outstanding! I had a question on a missing menu item on-line and within 35 minutes of submitting the question, I had received an e-mail response and a phone call and they resolved the menu issue as well! WOW! Only in town one night, and ordered from Pizza Guys on the recommendation of the TownPlace Night Clerk. He did not steer us wrong! On DoorDash, we ordered one large cheese pizza, one large everything pizza, Garlic Knots and Cinnamon Sticks. Our Dasher had our order to us in under 20-minutes, hot and delicious. We have enjoyed their pizza previously. We ordered pizza for delivery last night ( a treat ) They were busy said it would be over and hour. We understood and ordered a XL 1/2 pep 1/2cheese and fried cheese sticks because they were out of fried zucchini. Order arrived and it was wrong received a Large pepperoni and soggy cheese sticks. We tipped the driver before checking the order :( I called to explain details. The young man tried to help but said all he could do was offer a discount next time, so we requested his manager call and were told that would happen. Well unfortunately nobody called we didn't receive a refund when we paid for a XL and received a Larger with the wrong toppings and the cheese sticks were garbage. I was in a hurry and hungry called pizza guys order the pizza and some salad which was delicious but what was excellent about this time was how fast they got the order ready. I asked them which would be faster pick up or delivery she said I can have in 15 minutes if I picked it up so I jumped in the truck and went to get it and it was ready and waiting. This place is so great! We were visiting for a conference and the last session got out about 15 min before they closed. I called to quickly order a couple of pizzas to pick up. They could have said no because they were closing soon, but they were so nice to stay open to make our pizzas. We ordered 2 medium pizzas Hawaiian and a pepperoni & sausage. The pizza was delicious, cooked evenly, no complaints! It hit the spot! Everyone was saying how great it was. I was just super amazed and happy for the great service, above and beyond. Very good pizza if you get it done the right way. It has a lot of flavor and the crust and toppings are very good. Imo. you have to get the thin crust with just a couple toppings. I usually get pepperoni and mushrooms. It also needs extra cheese because even that's a little chintzy. Lol. I also sprinkle little parmesan and red pepper on them for a little extra flavor. Definitely one of the better pizza's of the area though and I feel like they deserve better than their overall score. read more

Not good. Pizza was ice cold. I called and they said there was no one to speak to me so someone would call me back tomorrow. It was 7pm. We reheated the pizza: sauce was flavorless, not enough cheese, skimpy on toppings. Shasta pizza company is always good and hot when delivered. I like that you an order online and that the location is convenient for easy pickup. I got the half curry chicken delight and half spinach garlic chicken. I wanted to have pizza last night. I don't pretend to be a professional food taster, I simply like or don't like what I eat. I did enjoy the pizza I picked up last night. It was good. What I really wanted to do though was compare that pizza to the same toppings pizza from Dominoes. Like I said, I'm no pro at this. But while I enjoyed the pizza from the Pizza Guys I also enjoyed the pizza from Dominoes. The only issue I have with Pizza Guys is the price. I can get the same toppings and size pizza at Dominoes for $7.99 while that same pizza is over $20 with tax at Pizza Guys. That's just too much. They both claim that their ingredients are fresh etc. What I'm left with is this, is it worth almost three times the price as the Dominoes pizza? I'm not trying to hurt this business. I have no issue with the service or people. The young lady was very nice and friendly. I'm only telling you what I discovered. Perhaps others will say that there is no comparison between the two. That's fine. We all have different ideas about what we like. As I said, I enjoyed the pizza but I wasn't able to discern any significant difference between the two. read more

I ordered an Extra large pepperoni pizza using a coupon I'd gotten in the mail the night before last. Even with the coupon that pizza ended up costing 26 dollars and while I expect to pay that sometimes with delivery the pizza wasn't even remotely warm. We had to microwave it and even then the taste was on par with Little Caesars (the cheap version they sell). Super disappointing. read more

I'm very glad we got a new pizza place here in Redding! Their pizzas are cooked very well, not undercooked or over cooked, just right. The place where they shine the most is definitely their unique flavors. My personal favorites are their Spinach Garlic Chicken and Pizza Guys Combo. They have so many creative things that don't sound great but once I tried it I can say it's amazing! Let's start off with we just had a new born and is a few weeks old, so we ordered through Yelp which goes through grub hub, our order was messed up and when bringing this too Pizza Guys attention I felt like I was given "I don't care attitude," even after telling them we have a new born that's why we ordered with delivery. Yes they said they can refund us for the item not properly ordered but you must come in and grab it "We don't deliver free food." So I sucked it up because it was only 2 miles away and went down and picked up my wife's pasta, walked in right pass the delivery driver to the counter and ask if I was to be comp for my delivery told me nope you ordered from Grub Hub we can't comp your delivery fee. For theses reason I give a two star rating and lost my business due to poor customer services. Has a company you should take all responsibility for your customers services from start to finish. read more
