Absolutely THE BEST pizza for a Take and Bake product. We ordered a 14" thin crust, sausage, pepperoni and mushroom pizza. It was ready when I arrived which was about 30 minutes after I ordered it. I baked it on the center rack at 425 degrees as directed. It was supposed to take 12 to 18 minutes, and it was perfectly done at 12 minutes, so I am glad I set the timer for that. The taste, texture and temperature were outstanding, and it was just the right amount of food for two hungry people. Because I ordered and paid for it online, things went smoothly. When I arrived, I am glad I asked someone preparing a pizza if I had to wait behind the 3 or 4 others in line, and he went directly to my pizza, and out the door I went. Superb. read more

Horrible horrible customer service, they REFUSE to answer their phone. A pizza place, that refuses phone orders, what a joke, not only do they not pick up their phone, when I finally went in their staff was incredibly rude. I asked about the phone, is it broken? Came here on a Tuesday night. All large pizzas are 10$. Got the chicken bacon artichoke thin crust. Pizza was amazing then thin crust was the way to go. Also got a large pan cheese. So I was thinking this must taste like frozen pizza it has too. Nope was awesome, the crust was nice a buttery. Trick is pull it out of the oven remove the pan so it stops cooking. Just keep an eye on the pizza it would suck to burn your 10$ investment. read more

I visit this location once a week. They offer consistently great pizza and customer service. The manager Ian has the place happy & friendly. The staff is always interacting with the customers. Chatting them up, joking around. When I call my order in they tell my 15-20 minutes but it is always ready in 10 minutes. They are great! They accept frequently advertised coupons. read more

We always order the family size stuffed Chicago style pizza and it is a feast! Just 27 minutes in the oven and it makes two meals for us. It reheats well and satisfies my husband, which is no easy task. The pizza is delicious and bakes to a golden brown with a soft breadstick-like outer ring. It is like getting a pizza and an appetizer in one go. We sometimes pick up an order or two of boneless wings, which bake along with the pizza and taste terrific. The staff must be paid by the smile, as every interaction with them is stellar. They look you in the eye and enthusiastically greet you when you walk through the door. The manager is perennially cheerful and seems to enjoy complimenting his staff in front of customers. It creates a pleasant atmosphere and is a sunny end to a long day. So we were told this place was great but we were completely disappointed. We went in and the first thing that we noticed was that it was a mess. Food and stuff all over the ground. The actual place where the pizzas are made was a mess. Food and condiments all over! It was gross. And there was even a small knat flying around the sauce. But we still decided to give it a shot. The cashier was polite and she said it was awesome. Then another girl came up to make our pizza. She was rude and angry. She was slopping food all over the place and was treating the other co worker like crap while also literally throwing things behind the pizza making area. She acted like we were a huge inconvenience and when she got to the end she was just like here. The directions are on there you can call back if you don't get it. I walked into that place excited to try something new and walked out feeling so grumpy because the place was gross and the service was crap!! The girl who made my pizza last night def needs to change her attitude if she is going to be working with people. She treated her co worker terrible and Us. Then I got home and made the pizza and it was gross. Def not fresh ingredients. I will not be going back. And I will tell all my friends not to go back as well. We've been going to the papa Murphy's on Reems Rd. In Surprise since it opened and have noticed they are using a lot less ingredients than they were were using as recently as a year ago. I have noticed that when the owner is there they really load up on the ingredients, so go figure. Kinda makes you wonder where the ingredients not being put on the pizzas are ending up? read more

Papa Murphys is our #1 choice for pizza. We go to the Surprise store and have never been disappointed. The staff and service are always excellent, the selection wonderful. We love the stuffed chicken bacon and add artichokes inside as an extra, the chicken bacon artichoke delight, and the gourmet veggie on a thin crust. None of our selections however, have ever disappointed. This is the only place in the area we go to for our pizzas! read more

For the cost (really inexpensive) this is great pizza! I was amaze at the quality of their product, an I'm kind of picky. I bought three, baked them at home, and they were wonderful. The dough was crisp and fresh, and the gourmet veggie had some delicious and unusual toppings. Also they'll create pizzas with white or red sauce, which is a nice option.
