I had a disappointing experience with this location. I ordered a cheese pizza for my daughter and was told it would take about 20 minutes. I arrived approximately 30 minutes later, but there was no one at the counter, so I had to ring the bell and wait. When someone eventually came out, I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. I was initially handed someone else's pizza by mistake before receiving the correct cheese pizza. What concerned me most were the hygiene practices I observed during my visit. The employee appeared to come out of the restroom wearing headphones, and I could not tell whether proper handwashing procedures had been followed as she flushed and ran out immediately. I also observed a man walking around the back area without shoes. Because I was concerned about the food-handling environment, I ultimately decided not to let my daughter eat the pizza. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and reviews the location's food-safety and hygiene practices. We have tried this place few times but I don't know if it got bought out or owners changed. The wait time for food was about 1 hr. Food didn't taste the same as before. Ordered gobi Manchurian but its was all chopped up Manchurian balls tasted too spicy. Place wasn't clean. Tables were still dirty. Wait time with kids was just the hardest part. This was my first time here and their menu showed a photo of a chicken tikka burger. It looked like a delicious spicy piece of fried chicken patty in a burger bun. Instead, this is what I got: little cubes of flavorless, boneless chicken breast in a bun with lots of ketchup! Why do they even have a burger on their menu if they won't make a burger??? This looks like chicken shit. So disappointed. I will not be coming here again, not even for their pizza. The pizza arrived ice cold, the crust was extremely thin and flimsy, and it was soggy by the time it got to us. I understand it was gluten-free, but there should be an option for a regular (non-gluten-free) crust because this one just didn't hold up at all. Came in on July 4th with my parents and it was fairly empty, lots of seating service: great! My parents and I were a bit indecisive on what we wanted, so we asked for recommendations. They were able to give us dry rub and sauce on the side for the wings we ordered! food: we got the large curry chicken pizza, 10 bone-in lemon pepper rub wings with mango habanero sauce on the side! The curry chicken pizza was really good, next time I would get a spicier level if I come with friends instead of my parents! The wings were absolutely FIRE!! The outside is so crispy and dry while the inside is juicyyy. They were on the smaller side, but that helped with distributing the flavor! when you take a bite, the exterior is seasoned enough to cover for the inside. The lady over the phone had no sense of urgency & lacked the knowledge in my orders status. She said it wasn't up to her for the delay and it was up to doordash or ubereats to come and pick up the food to deliver. So I offered to come pick up as long as I get a refund in the delivery fee and even that wasn't available? There was no type of compensation or anything to make up for the late food and having to pick up the food ourselves when we paid for delivery. We scheduled for a pick up time and when we got there, we waited about 10 minutes more than the pick up time. But it's okay cause the pizzas were hot and fresh when it came out. I pre-ordered three family sized pizzas for the Super Bowl game through their website. I placed order at 10am to be completed by 1:40-1:50pm. I had multiple text confirmations from the restaurant notifying me that the pizza was on time. When I arrived at the restaurant the pizzas weren't ready and the employee told she didn't have my order on record. She acknowledged that she had seen my order at the beginning of the shift and didn't know what happened after that. I informed her that I had a large party waiting for our gathering and the food but she seemed uninterested. I asked if I could receive some sort of discount for the trouble and she replied by saying no. She told me to take it up with Door Dash. I'm a little frustrated to say the least. The crust is thick and you don't get a lot of sauce so I'd ask for extra next time. I didn't care for the Vegan Chicken at all. The vegan cheese is an acquired taste. Once you get used to it. Tried this place for the first time yesterday. I don't know if it was the day we came in, but everything went wrong for the whole experience. Came in around 7pm, was automatically given a coupon and the menu. It was my first time and this place has a lot of options so I asked the lady some simple questions about the coupons and the toppings. She was very confused about my questions so I just went with whatever sounded alright (which didn't bother me much). Then after we paid she asked if it was for here or to go, once I told her it was to go she told me to sit and wait for the order (again not a problem). There was also another party that ordered in front of me and were waiting. I decided to sit around and wait as the party before me did, but 15 minutes goes by and I left the store to check out other stores next to it. Came back 20 minutes later and the party who ordered 10 minutes before me still hadn't received their order. Eventually one of them went up and asked for a refund (rightfully so as it had been over 35 minutes for one pizza for them) and the front refused the refund and instead came out with their pizza 5 minutes later. At this point I still haven't received my order. After the issue with the party ahead of me, someone else came in for their online order. I overheard the front telling them to wait until their indicated pickup time (which was in a couple minutes). They ended up waiting an extra 13 minutes later AFTER their pick-up time so they walked up to the front to ask about it AGAIN. The lady went to the back after they asked and she ended up coming out with OUR two pizzas after a total of 45+ minute wait time. Overall, terrible customer service and I never have been one to complain about stuff like this. There was a total of 3 customers in there waiting super long for one order. It was just genuinely a veryyyy disappointing and strange first experience. Regarding the food, it was okay. Definitely not worth waiting almost an hour for. read more

So far so good, we've only been in once, but the food was very good, with just two minor gripes. Nice small place, and they got some nice big TVs to watch the game. It's a pizza joint and also a dessert/bakery in one. The staff was very friendly and answered questions. We ordered the lamb kabob and the masala fries. Now my sweetheart doesn't do well with spice and we did ask if either dish was spicy. They guy taking the order said we can order as spicy as we want or no spice. We ordered no spice. Same deal with the fries. Back to this in a bit. They have paper menus available at the counter and also a big menu on the wall. The only problem is that we didn't see any pricing on the wall menu, though there was pricing on the paper menus. So not the biggest deal. We got the food fairly timely, but the first we noticed was that the pizza had jalapeno's. When we asked why there was jalapeno's even after we ordered no spice, he said that was for the sauce and that the pizza comes with jalapenos. So this is the gripe, had we known the pizza had jalapenos we would have also asked for no jalapenos in addition to no spice. Here's gripe 2, there's no real description on what's in the pizzas beyond the name. But like I said, minor gripes because the pizza was very good we just had to pick off the jalapenos. So it was definitely still a bit spicy, but very very good overall. The masala fries came about 7 minutes after the pizza arrived which is kinda backwards, but no big deal. I enjoyed them, but my sweetheart doesn't like soggy fries so it wasn't her favorite. But realistically, soggy fries are just a reality for any loaded/sauced fries type of dish. After dinner, we stuck around for some desert. We got the pistachio cake and the butterscotch cake. Both were super good, though if I could only get one, it'd definitely be the butterscotch. We also got another dessert item, the name escapes me but it looked like a ball with yellow corn kernels. It was very good, but this time, my sweetheart enjoyed it a bit more than I did. It'd definitely be nice if they had a menu for the dessert items. So, overall for our first visit we definitely enjoyed it overall. We will likely be back to try more of the menu. I definitely want to try some of their wings next time. Hopefully they can address the minor gripes (add pricing to wall menu, make sure no spice = no spice, and add descriptions for the pizzas, and maybe add a menu for the dessert items. read more
