Well, I'm here to tell you: get off at exit 148 and prepare to have your mind blown. The food is amazing. Well-spiced, the naan is fresh, the biryani magical, and everyone is nice. The restaurant itself is a food truck attacked to a giant car port, housed under a giant yellow tent. This sounds weird, but as my photos will show, it's actually incredible. We were there on a grubby 45° February day and you'd hardly know it, chowing down in there on the brightly colored picnic tables atop a well manicured lawn of artificial grass, as trucker after trucker came through to pick up their food. The experience was sublime. You'll discover plenty of unique places to eat out there in this big weird world, and one day I hope you'll find yourself under a yellow tent in the middle of a parking lot full of idling big rigs eating samosas across from someone you're happy to drive across Missouri with, because it's these small joys that make eating your way through life so meaningful.

It kind of reminded me General Tso's chicken. It started the meal off just right. The Chi t tea was brought to us in small terracotta mugs. It was very hot, perfect spice and sweetness. Finally, our meals and butter naan bread by way of robot server. Neat gimmick, but I still don't get it. The chicken masala was ridiculous, it was so good. Creamy and rich, mild spice and big chunks of chicken. My boys both ordered goat. One ordered mild and the other medium. If you don't like super hot food, order mild. All the warm wonderful flavor without the burn. The dining room was clean and very modern. Lots if seating and even a small stage. A great place to enjoy a delicious meal and good company.

Our server promptly took our drink orders and gave us time to look over the menu. We ordered the shrimp fried rice (Indo-Chinese fusion, mild) and lamb curry (mild). Both dishes were packed with flavor, though not very spicy--next time I'll try medium. The food was delivered to our table by a robot, which was a fun and unique touch, and then the server plated it. I also had the masala chai tea--absolutely amazing. Hot, flavorful, and one of the highlights of the meal. My only downside was that the food wasn't piping hot, more warm than expected. Otherwise, the space and bathrooms were clean, and overall it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend Curryosity.
