This one did, and the vibrant colors matched her personality perfectly. Ordering online was simple, and I received a text confirming and clarifying a few items. I selected the 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. pickup window, and when I asked if they'd be open at 8:30 a.m. sharp, they confirmed yes, and I planned accordingly. When I arrived a bit early, the shop was still closed. I waited for a while, then texted to confirm I was in the right place, and received a kind phone call apologizing--turns out there had been a small miscommunication, and someone was on their way. They arrived quickly and were genuinely kind and apologetic. It did cause a bit of a timing crunch (the card I'd written got a bit messed up in the shuffle, and I ended up improvising), but the bouquet was so stunning it made up for it. I wish I had taken better photos, but I was rushing to get the flowers to her before her birthday morning started. She loved them. What really stood out to me, aside from the bouquet, was the care they took after the fact. I received a heartfelt voicemail from the team explaining what had happened--it was someone's first week, they were so sorry it impacted the experience, and their sincerity came through. That kind of follow-up matters a lot to me. So yes, the experience wasn't perfectly smooth--but it was perfectly human, and absolutely worthy of 5 stars. I'll definitely be back.

The shop had a lovely variety of flowers. They had fudge at the counter to buy (I was definitely craving it too), and lots of balloons, stuffies (little bears and cute things) to gift to folks. Was sweet. I'd recommend giving them a try. Some of the bouquets they've put together are magical, I loved the ideas, and the caring intentionality around bringing folks floral needs to life.

I love Day of the Dead art. As I walked in, I took a deep breath and touched each and every painted artwork. So pretty and well made. The sales rep said hello to me and informed me about the artwork. As I checked each price tag, I gasped with happiness. Everything was reasonably priced. The remaining of the store is American Indian artwork, books, photos, jewelry, toys, clothing, trinkets and more. Plus a little mix of Mexican American pieces. But I give Pueblo Spirit 2 thumbs up for the DOTD stuff. As I was getting on to my flight, I held on to my purchase like it was gold. I have never found a place where such well made DOTD artwork was sold (online vendors usually charge an arm and leg). The skull and crucifix hang beautifully in my living room currently.

After I slept on it with the bouquet hidden away from the cats, I was able to remove everything toxic to cats and oh my heart. It was even prettier than the original. It went from "Nice flowers" to "This is ME!" The roses seemed to be different colors in the original arrangement. But when pulled out, they were cream and peach, not yellow. Honestly, I love the new bouquet better than the original. Don't misunderstand me, the original was GORGEOUS. But I have 3 cats. The flowers - all of them - were fresh, fragrant, and super high quality. Their rose selection is top tier. I adored their lillies too - just couldn't keep them. I think that, if my husband had told them that we have 3 cats, the arrangement would have been even more lovely and I wouldn't have been able to enjoy it differently. That said, I still like the smaller selection of cat friendly flowers. It feels more "me" than the original. NOT A FAULT OF THE FLORIST. Fault of the husband. The florist is 5/5. Husband gets a 3/5 for effort, and a 1/5 for execution.

I would not recommend this company…read more I made an appointment through Yelp and scheduled my vehicle for window tinting on a Friday at 10:00 a.m. I was originally told the job would take only a couple of hours, and my plan was to wait for the vehicle. When I arrived, I was informed they were running behind and that the car would likely be ready around 3:00 p.m. They told me they would call about 30 minutes before pickup. By 3:00 p.m., I still hadn't heard anything, so I called them myself. I was then told the car would be ready in about 30 minutes. I headed over and picked it up. When I got home, I noticed they had removed my dash camera in order to install the tint, which is understandable. However, they did not properly remove the adhesive stickers associated with the camera. On one side, it appears they cut the tint around the sticker, leaving the edge of the tint lifted. On the other side, they applied the tint partially over the sticker. Now, if I want to properly remove the sticker and reinstall everything correctly, I would have to risk lifting or damaging the tint. This is something that should have been addressed during installation. The passenger side looked fine, but the work around the dash camera was sloppy and unprofessional. I called the shop, explained the issue, and was told it would be taken care of. I was asked to send photos, which I did immediately. After sending the pictures, I never received a follow-up response. Mistakes happen, but what really disappointed me was the lack of communication and follow-through.

Edie cried about it every day. My wife tracked down the same bunny online, but it had been discontinued and the personalized embroidery was no longer available. We bought a plain one and brought it to Twisted Stitches, hoping they could recreate the name. The staff treated it like it mattered as much to them as it did to us. They helped me match the font and thread color to the original, and even carefully removed existing stitching from the ear so the embroidery could be placed perfectly. When I picked it up, it was flawless -- indistinguishable from the bunny we lost. When I asked what I owed, Mel, the owner, refused payment. She didn't ask for anything in return. In fact I ended up buying a set of earrings there just because I was impressed with the help and kindness I received while there. A little small talk later, I walked out a happy customer.
