Their professionalism makes it easy to show up consistently. I took one star off just because I'm not sure the gym is cleaned everyday and the yoga mats in the group fitness room need to be replaced. My daughter started going at 14 months and absolutely loves it, which gives me total peace of mind while I work out. The facility is always spotless--from the gym floor to the spa showers--and smells amazing. The front desk team is super helpful and has gone above and beyond for me (even helping me find my lost keys!). I've accidentally left valuables behind a few times, and they've always been returned--huge trust factor here. I also take the pickleball class with Coach Alex and have gone from beginner to intermediate. Great vibe, great community. Bonus points for the lighting--it's warm and easy on the eyes, unlike the harsh fluorescent lights at other gyms. overall, this gym is incredible and I recommend it to everyone!
