I didn't realize they did tinting as well and was happily surprised. $19 ($9 for threading and $10 for FIRSTTIME tinting, $15 afterwards) was less than I spend to get them just waxed. ANITA from here is the worst! I had a great experience with Para, but mistakenly thought she would have good people with her. Came on a Sunday and Anita took off most of my eyebrows. I kept saying "just clean them." I have uneven eyebrows - I pointed this out to her and needed her to even them out. She made them super uneven. and super thin, I now need to get microbladed to look normal again. She completely ignored everything I said. Please be aware that you need to stay away from Anita. Came in with uneven brows and Para worked her magic on them! I waited for only 5 minutes to get my brows threaded, and there were a lot of people in front of me! The chair was very comfortable, the threading itself was painless, the salon smelled like spring, and occasionally you would hear the train drive by from afar. Did I mention it's clean? Para was awesome, I got my eyebrows, upper lip, and chin done for under $20! Getting my upper lip threaded was a first for me and it did hurt a bit but Para said usually the first time is the most painful and after that it's not bad. After math, it's been 2 or 3 days and everything still looks great, I had two tiny pimples on my chin but that is way less than when I get waxing done so I am totally stoked. I love Para Brows. I heard of this business from a friend and it is a hidden gem. I used to go to a eyebrow place by my house, which i thought was great. When i went to Para, she told me that my eyebrow shape did not match my eye shape and reshaped them. I am used to having to ask not to thread too much and being specific with what I want, Para is usually in the store and knows her clients. I only trust her with my brows, she always does a wonderful job and i am always happy with the outcome.
