Recently we had to have one of our propane tanks switched out and Bob was the technician. He was prompt, extremely polite and informative. While he was switching out the tank he performed the required safety test on our other tank. Thank heavens for his eagle eye as he found a small leak on the valve connection and had to remove and take that tank as well. I am hopeful that Bob will be technician returning to reinstall our second tank as I am very confident in his capabilities. He not only fixed the cut but noticed that something was not up to code (it is a very old system) and that the propane tank was shifting and tilting. Perfect install!! Eddie was here one day did I complete propane install, the job was perfect and Eddie takes pride in his work....He then came the next day and waited for 3 hrs for the town inspector to come while the gas insert for fireplace was installed.
