Ruya latte

Cute Mediterranean inspired coffee spot. It made me want to go back to Greece! The Ruya latte was delicious, much like overseas it was unsweet. The ambiance was nice and the service was spot on. Would recommend, Ill be back!

Wow, I found my new favorite matcha spot in St. Pete. Ruya Coffee is sooo cute inside, and I love that they have unique flavors you don't find everywhere else. I got the iced matcha with guava syrup and cream cheese cold foam, and it was AMAZING. Perfectly balanced, refreshing, and super flavorful. Already can't wait to go back and order it again!

Loved my visit to Ruya. It was simply wonderful. Enjoyed my time hanging out with my hubby, pup, and Jennifer. I ordered the almond latte with amaretto cold foam. That amaretto cold foam really I simply loved with this latte. I ordered my husband a salted caramel latte and my friend Jennifer had a matcha and had them add the almond flavor to it. It's a really cute setting inside. Loved the Xmas festive decor and sitting on the comfy couch inside. They have a nice back outside as well although no shade. Great spot for some coffee, tea, & matcha with unique flavors. They have some pastries as well, Service was very friendly too! Lastly impressed that there are a couple parking spots right in front and we were able to get one.

Really cute Moroccan inspired coffee shop in downtown St Pete. Not an insane amount of seating but there is lots of comfy seating inside and covered seating outside. Coffee from $4-8 depending on what you get. The Ruya latte was really good - not too sweet at all and did the job. Would definitely come back again.

Really awesome work space in St Pete! The space is so energetically right. The coffee is a bit on the lighter and more expensive side, but if you plan to spend a good amount of time here (either inside or outside) you might find the free wifi+drink and ambiance worth it! I had a great time doing computer work with my friend and they have very unique drinks with creative profiles.

What a great addition to the area!! The owner Sarah was super friendly. She said Ruya is all about the community having that ideal third space- and I can attest, this is totally it! There's a beautiful (and honestly large) outdoor space with tons of seating, and the inside is gorgeous. It would be a great place to work, but also a great place to bring friends in the evening for a happy hour or a late night yap sesh. I tried the Ruya's Latte which has fig in it, and it was not too sweet. I got it hot the first time but went back a second day and got it iced, which I prefered!

I can't get enough of coffee shop dates during the holidays, and my friend and I stopped by Ruya in St. Pete to check it out. I tried a matcha latte with amaretto syrup - a delicious flavor combo. Ruya is such a cute space with good vibes. There is plenty of seating inside, as well as a large outdoor courtyard behind the shop. The decor is neutral and relaxing, and they were decorated for the holidays during our visit. The baristas were so friendly and added to the great experience. We visited at an off hour, so we were able to park right out front where they have a small lot, but there was a sign signaling additional parking nearby, as well.

Incredible tucked away local Moroccan-inspired coffee shop just west of bustling downtown St Petersburg. Modern, laid back vibe with ample backyard space for relaxation. Also features wine and alcoholic concoctions ideal for a quiet date night or group gathering. Worth a stop in!

This new spot near Central Ave is so charming and laid back. Parking isn't exactly the best but there is street parking nearby. There's plenty of seating inside and out back which is helpful, especially if you're coming in to work. The barista working while I was there did a fantastic job, and between my friend and I we got 4 coffees and croissants while busy working :D so clearly it was all tasty. It's very cozy inside with the decor, especially the linen hung from the ceiling. We were here on a Tuesday morning during the week of Thanksgiving so it wasn't particularly busy, but there was good foot traffic. Definitely a good place to stop in at if you need a quick caffeine fix or you hang out for a while.

Mocha latte with tart cherry vanilla syrup (seasonal)

I came here for a collab event with Rare Body Pilates Studio and it was really nice! They have a very cute outdoor patio area as well as some seating inside, and they had a pop-up from Melipona Bakery on this day as well. I got a latte with mocha and a seasonal tart cherry vanilla syrup, and was shocked that it was only $6.50 (cheap compared to most coffee shops these days!) The coffee was really good and the flavors were delicious, especially since they make their own syrups. My one complaint with the coffee was that the cherry syrup had lots of cherry pulp, and I would have enjoyed it more if that was strained out. The service was great and the workers were all super friendly and helpful with our decision-making. I definitely want to come back!

What a cute cafe! I love the mediterranean twist. The decor, the drinks really ties it in. There is plenty of seating in the back and the front. They have a wide variety of options from teas to coffees to wine. They even invited drift for bagels & pancakes which was delicious. We got our drinks out fast and even brought to us while we sat outside.

SO CUTE! Probably my new favorite coffee spot - amazing coffee, great music and vibes and super friendly baristas. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and seasonal items (and seasonal decor). Can substitute for vegan milks, which I really appreciated. They even made a version of their fig foam for me with oat milk! Also curious to see how it is as a wine bar, probably just as nice! Will have to come back for happy hour sometime

Basically everything I could ask for from a lounge. Plus, the owner was kind, helpful, knowledgable and attentive. The wine tap is a fun time. You receive a card and use that to fill your glass (1oz, 3oz and 6oz pours -- 1oz are discounted during happy hour). There's such a diverse variety of wines (more than two dozen), you could get lost in all of the good options. Something for all palates. I tried the small Sonoma board (which was discounted for happy hour) and it was a good-sized, cheese-focused board with solid combinations. the meat and cheeses come with cornichons, olives, and crackers. the caramelized balsamic onion jam was incredible with the sweet blueberry goat cheese and the spicy salami. A tiny restaurant can make a big impression because I'm still thinking about everything I ate here. The food was fabulous and so thoughtful. They offer diverse options for the charcuterie board (I chose the pick 3) so you can make so many pairings Brooke was stellar, super attentive even when it was packed. and I loved her recommendations! she knows what she's talking about and we love that!!! On my pick 3 board I got sopressata salami dry cured with chili peppers and black peppercorns, smoke hatchpepper Gouda and Cana de Cabra goat cheese from Spain. Very friendly and helpful. We tried the carpaccio to start. Very fresh and tasty. My only ding would be it was a little too much balsamic for us. We like to taste the meat and the balsamic kinda covered it up a bit. Next we had the chorizo stuffed tomatoes. Delicious! Perfect size for 2 to share. Lots of flavors. Really good. Solid wine spot and I'm a really chill, non central spot.

I love the flower concept, and the sandwich and charcuterie offerings are such a fun addition. Their cold brew is fantastic and has become one of my favorites. The wine is priced a bit above average, but honestly, given the atmosphere, unique concept, and the realities of running a small business these days, I completely understand it. The bluegrass-inspired music adds to the charm and creates a relaxed, welcoming environment. I've become somewhat of a regular and familiar face over time because I genuinely enjoy spending time here. The only challenge is that during the Florida summer months, it can be a little harder to fully enjoy the outdoor seating. That said, it's still one of my favorite local spots, and I always look forward to stopping by.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt intentional and elevated. The atmosphere is small, boutique-style, and beautifully designed. The lighting, the table setup, even the dishware--every detail showed craftsmanship and care. This isn't just a restaurant--it's an experience. The service was flawless, especially considering it's run by such a small team. Chef Ian Florence and his wife Dayna Bennett, who warmly hosts and manages the front of the house, work in perfect sync alongside their sous chef. The timing, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality were incredible from start to finish. The meal unfolded like a perfectly orchestrated multi-course experience--starting with starters, then appetizers, sides, salad, and entrées. Each course transitioned seamlessly into the next, building on the last, and every single dish was nothing short of spectacular. The wine selection was expertly curated, complementing each course with precision down to the finest detail. And the food... unreal. Everything tasted like a dream. Every bite melted effortlessly in your mouth. You could distinguish every ingredient, every herb, every layer of flavor--each one intentional, each one perfectly balanced.
