I stopped by this cute little cafe today and absolutely loved the atmosphere! It's tucked away in a charming hallway between two buildings, and it feels like such a hidden gem. They also have a small gift shop with fun St. Pete souvenirs and locally inspired items, which was fun to browse while waiting for our drinks. They have a great variety of options, from coffee and Lotus energy drinks to bakery treats and other non-caffeinated drinks so there's really something for everyone. One of my favorite details was the little wine door inspired by the ones in Italy where you can actually knock and order wine through it! Such a unique and fun touch. I ended up getting a blueberry and coconut lotus energy drink which was super tasty. The whole area is worth exploring since there are a few other cute shops in the same hallway, making it a great place to spend a little time. The staff was incredibly kind and patient which made the experience even better. The saddest part is finding out they'll be moving out of this location. This little hallway gives the cafe so much character, and it's hard to imagine it anywhere else. I'm really glad I got to experience it before they either move or shut down completely:( Definitely a spot I'd recommend checking out by the end of August. read more

I asked for oat milk and the barista asked if I wanted to opt out of whipped cream, which I appreciated. It's always nice when someone thinks of the ingredients throughout the drink. So my son and I wanted to have some Father Son time and the Crislip Cafe came highly recommended. We had their drip coffee and a Vanilla Latte. They came out hot and hit the spot ! We were hungry and had the Bacon , Egg and Cheese sandwich on an everything bagel . The bagel was amazing ..warm and fresh . It seemed it just came out of the cooker . The chairs and couches were cushy and very comfortable. Our hosts Zoey and Lauren made us feel at home and couldn't be more accommodating. This cute little café is located down a little hallway off of Central Avenue. I passed this place a bunch of times and have never been in there. When I yelped a nearby coffee place this is the closest one and I'm so glad that I found it! I love all things seasoning when you walked in. They had all of the Christmas seasonal lattes out and even decor. The coffee shop is very cute and cozy. I ordered the Mrs. Claus, which is a cookie butter latte and an egg and cheese croissant. They were both amazing! I will be going back very soon to get them. The only reason this review has four stars instead of five stars is because the customer service left a little bit to be desired. The baristas did not offer a warm welcome upon arriving and their vibes seemed a little bit different than what the coffee shop was offering. Otherwise, this may be one of the best places to get a latte breakfast sandwich in Saint Pete... Or at least top three! read more

Super cute and fun with their furniture and wall art but was disappointed by their pastries and breakfast sandwich. Didn't finish my chai tea or pastry I got... was very disappointed. One of my fav coffee spots in St.Pete - The staff is always so nice and consistent with their drinks (which drink consistency tends to be the issue with most coffee spots) They have a large menu of both signature coffee drinks and large tea menu as well. Iced/Hot beverages are available so it's a great place to visit all year round. My fav is the "light my fire" - they torch s'mores on top so it tastes great!! They do offer indoor seating as well as a few tables are out front - oh and they are Pup friendly!! Alright y'all, major PSA here: this is officially one of my new fave shops. Bonus? It also happens to be a small business Knick knack shop :D The coffee counter itself is in the back of the shop, so walking through you pass by all the local artist-made items being sold (very clever business aesthetic, I'll admit). The coffee counter does serve some sweet and savory bites like scones and croissants. I had a spinach and feta croissant which paired so nicely with my skim vanilla latte. Another major plus is that the shop is amongst a handful of other small businesses because it's basically a conglomerate. So you can check out the other shops while you're there. The people working in the shop and at the coffee counter are super nice and the whole place is just great explore! read more

Superrr cute spot! I love all the fun Specialty coffee drinks they have. That's what drew us in. I got the Light My Fire which is a S'mores inspired mocha. It was not only so yummy but also aesthetically pleasing with the toasted marshmallows on top. Cute! Husband got the Black Magic Woman and his was delicious as well. We were both so pleased with our drinks. My picture does not do it justice on how cute the Light My Fire is, so you definitely need to go and try your own. This shop is super cozy and is a nice break from busy Central Ave. I like how it's not right in front and visible from the sidewalk, and you pass through a shop before you see the cafe. It's not necessarily a super hidden gem, but still a gem! I loved their coffee, they have a few interesting mixes. My husband and I found our comfort flavor notes, and were both happy with what we got. It's dog friendly and our pup was quite comfortable with the ambience (he doesn't like super loud environments). This seems to be a place that St. Pete locals frequent, and I don't blame them! Now that it's fall season we have to go back and check their flavors out, heard they're fantastic. read more

Stopped in for a quick coffee. The entrance to the store is a cool tunnel that runs alongside a boutique qwerky shop you can browse while waiting on your coffee. Somehow came across this whole looking for non-hotel breakfast on our second day in town. Given the name of the place, it had to be visited - and it was in this cool arcade building (the traditional definition) with intermingling shoppes, the cafe, and a variety of places. Hi! Let me just say, this place might have the greatest name out there - but I am biased. Cute, a little muggy and some particular bathroom rules but the place is very cutely decorated. A small Alice in Wonderland theme goin' on. They did a great job of the Matcha Latte with a design which I appreciate. I wish they had T-shirts or stickers to buy but they definitely hooked us up with stickers they use for their cups. Cute, vintage looking building on the outside - you could tell it has been around for a while but also very cute spot to shop. I am absolutely obsessed with this place. Gems like this are why I love St. Pete!! Decan was so freaking chill and helpful. Prices were decent for everything you get. $7 for a specialty flavored espresso 20oz drink, even with the oat milk upcharge! The stuffed mushroom croissant was soooo delicious. All of the staff were wicked friendly. Plus, I am in love with the dog wall. All of the artwork and coffees and teas and decorations were so funky and local. PLENTY of plugs for the long day of studying and a decent amount of space to focus. Bathrooms could use some love, but I'd come back to this place in a heartbeat. I almost want to give it a terrible review just to keep it a local gem and not so crowded. But I honestly can't wait to come back!! read more
