Arrival time was excellent. This was a maintenance visit for 2 units with an additional chronic nagging electronic issue with one of them. I found Dominick to be very professional. Their quoted price was fair and he spent extra time corresponding with the manufacturer to precisely diagnose what was wrong with the circuit module. He was honest and forthright about the longevity of my existing unit and I did not feel pressured (which tends to push me away). I would recommend this terrific company confidently without reservation. I will plan to use them for maintenance going forward and especially when my unit needs replacing down the road.

The kicker is today an hvac man I trust thoroughly (a family friend and the building engineer of a downtown office building with special expertise in hvac systems) did the a/c checkup and eyeballed the entire hvac system and reported the humidifier solenoid was not connected so it couldn't work.
