Came for one day of fun, next thing you know, I'm a season pass holder. For the price of a non resident adult it's $17, $11 if you're a resident. After 5pm it's drops to $14 NR and $9 R. It's worth it especially if you come often. There are plenty of seating and big umbrellas for shade. Favorite part about the pool is the adult swim time in Dolphin Cove from 11-12:30pm daily. The pool goes up to 5 feet deep and it's where we all walk in a circle creating a giant whirl pool. Sometimes I like to walk against the current for some resistance. There are also 3 lap lanes if you prefer to swim. Adult time is also at Splashdown and the pool is 12' deep. I see they provide some equipment and paddle boards too for water exercises. Ask the lifeguard office for it. When adult swim is over it's fun to see all the kids jumping in screaming, and the adults slowly making their way out. Hurricane cove is another fun area with whirl pool, gator crossing, fountains and sprayers. Nice place for all ages but it can get a little busy. The shallow end is a nice place to get your feet wet and catch some sun too. The red Sidewinder water slide is slower and curvier, which I prefer. While the yellow Pipeline slide is an enclosed speed slide. Another fun slide is The Bowl Slide. Round and round ya go than the slide drops into 8 feet of water! Diving area is at Splashdown, which drops into 12′ of water. There you will find a low dive, high dive, and drop slide. There is a concession stand for basic snacks. Pretzels, nachos, bosco sticks, ice cream, etc. They also sell sunblock if you forget yours. Bathrooms are decent with changing stalls and showers. Lockers are provided but you must bring your own lock. Plenty of free parking too!

Paradise bay and Lombard police department showed no mercy or comcern for my daughter getting jumped in the woman's restroom by a mother, her daughter and nephew to my 11 year old daughter. Brutal attack. And no consequences were given. Justice needs to be served. On 6/19 my 11 year old daughter was attacked and they show no concern or mercy what's so ever !! Lawyer is involved as of today!!

such a beautiful water park! Kids have so much fun. So do I! I hope you guys enjoy the paradise bay water park!!

Non-resident feedback, management can be improved and their staff is not as friendly as you would expect for the price one pays. No signs nor did the staff mention when we paid that the pool closes at 5-6:30 for swimming lessons. Came in at 3pm so for a family of 4 we paid $56 for 2 hours. Rules are a tad ridiculous. Family restrooms are not clean and not properly stocked. When we tried to get the staff attention once again they ignored us. Keep in mind I'm a city lady so my expectations of the burbs are expected to be better than the city

Formally called Lombard Commons, this place definitely got a make over. They have some large slides now (including a bowl slide!), a kiddie pool where all the adults go lay at (you can lay out at the zero-depth entrance, tan and keep cool with water surrounding you) a regular "adult" pool and much more. Check out their website. While I was there, I noticed that they don't have adult swim anymore?!?! I was looking forward to the 10 minutes of a kid/piss free pool!! WTF =0 You do have to watch though, for kids swimming underwater and swimming into your legs. I didn't go to the diving board, I'm a wuss, but it def looked fun. As far as the kiddie pool, I thought it was pretty nice. Like a playground in the water, I know cause I explored. The older kids didn't really mix with the younger ones, they keep pre-occupied with the slides. This is a good thing because I was able to relax in the kiddie pool without anyone screaming bloody murder. The staff is nice and very attentive. I went during the scorching weather we had this year and the staff made sure that everyone got out of the pool for a while and kept hydrated. They even provided coolers with ice cold water for free! I was pretty impressed. For those that want to swim laps, the staff also made sure that the lanes were clear of the kiddies. I'd recommend this for families of all sizes and people of all ages. I used to go there when it was Lombard Commons and I will continue to be a regular at this place.

Definitely not impressed! Bathrooms are gross! They should also bag check since someone brought alcohol in and broke a bottle near the pool. When mentioned it to staff they said well it's to late now.

Perfect water park for young children who are good swimmers. Facility is clean and there are several lifeguards on duty.

What an absolute BLAST of a waterpark!! Highlights: really…read moregreat staff/lifeguards & very clean. Summer 2026 the rate for four adults, two children under 5 and cooler for $126. Came here on at 11am on a Friday into the afternoon and we all had so much fun. There were some school trips there and all the chairs were taken but it still didn't feel crowded. Short lines, if any, for the lazy river and short lines for the slides. - The lazy river was a hit! 2'5" makes it easy for everyone to enjoy. You have to stay in your tube and the kids complied, mostly, LOL. My 5yo nephew quickly found his element and must've went around 50 times. When it gets busy and the line reaches a sign, you can only go around once. We did have to do that twice but the line getting back on was quick and eventually died down when the school kids left. By 1pm it was smooth floating. - They have four waterslides. Two of them are drop slides (just learned the term). The longer ones were so fun! You can even catch some air on the right slide haha. I think they're built more for the adults than the kids! The two drop sides are also so fun and give you that adrenaline rush. Or at least for me! I did unfortunately fall pretty hard into the water on the left drop slide and have regular issues with my ears as it is. I should have prepared myself better and am still suffering the consequences of not acting my age I guess HAHA. I will say the manager Jason Mata was incredibly helpful. He was able to put some alcohol drops in my ear to relive the fluid from my ear. However it came right back a few minutes later, no fault to him. Either way, it was so much fun and didn't ruin my time one bit! They also have a large pool with a partial deep section and a splash pad area for younger kids. There's also a beach/sandlot playground to enjoy. Lots of fun for everyone!! And the best perk is being able to bring your own food and drinks. This excludes any glassware or alcohol. I honestly think that's a clutch option and so awesome! Did I mention the place is clean and the staff is great?? Cheers to summer!!

My family and I have been coming to Great Wolf Lodge for a few years.. this would be our fifth or…read moreso in the past two years. The location is very easy to find. One thing new is the parking gate that blocks cars from entering. This was our first time seeing it and it got us confused for a little bit. My wife drove this time, and she thought we had entered the wrong entrance or an employee entrance. We were, however, in the correct location. We arrived around 2pm, which was a few hours prior to check in time. The loading aisles were full of cars and there was a lot of people checking in. There were a few mobile check in kiosks... but there were also some actual staff members whom you also had to check in for other things like getting a parking pass. This was very confusing and annoying. However, it was a little more efficient verses having to wait in line. The kiosks printed our wrist bands. We were able to verify which would have access to the rooms and which would have access to pay from the wrist band. That was a very convent to have... however, we made the mistake of putting in on our right hand. This made leaving the parking lot harder. However, it made opening some of the room doors harder... I don't know which is the correct method because some were easy on the right hand.. .but others were difficult. My room was not ready when I finally checked in. So we went to the arcade. There were plenty of machines which a huge variety of games to pick from. Also, there was a burger joint nearby so we ate there while we waiting for our rooms to be ready. During that meal, I got a text that my room was having issues so to visit them at the front desk. Keep in mind they do a great job of communicating through text messages. All my messages were responded in an adequate amount of time. Once my room was ready... it was big. We got an extended room which a separate living space with a barn style door. It allowed our daughter to sleep while we were able to not disturb her. And when we went to bed too...we could open that barn door. Keep in mind, we brought out own inflatable bed for her. Only downside is that this configuration only has 2 queen beds instead of a king. However, I did enjoy having my own bed again. The room was clean, but was very old. There were a lot of slightly damaged equipment and it felt a little musty and old feeling. There were a good amount of outlets around the bed but some of them were so old that either plugs weren't able to hold in place or your devices were not charging fast enough. The water park itself was very nice. It was heated with a heated water. This was appreciated since the outdoor temps were 0 degrees or colder. However, we could not tell while in the water park. There was a nice section for little babies and toddlers. And they had a separate giant splash pad area for older kids to run around and up/down. We loved the lazy river. Overall, despite some comments of how bad this place is. In reality... look at the price, and I am not sure why people are expecting 5 star resort feeling. It fit the bill and we had a great time. Our room was old but it was clean. We would be back in the future.
