Awesome biryani - original Hyderabad taste. Bit on the spicy side but that's how we like it

The hyderabadi dum biryani here is on point. They even give complimentary yogurt and masala on the side.

Problem I had in multiple occasions(3) in recent times - food wasn't ready at committed time(2 weekend visits out of 3) have to wait even you scheduled to pick up for future time, so if you are planning to take younger kids with you in car for a ride be prepared for waiting time in car or at the restaurant - less quantity compared to other Paradise Biriyani Point and other biriyani points in Bay Area - so no value to the price you pay for any dishes you order - especially family pack biriyani and appetizers - even though you order spicy they made our dishes mild I wish they overcome all above issues I faced and improve experience for future orders. I can only give 2 stars but 3rd star is for their delicious Indochinese Fried Rice and Noddles. read more

Quality has come down tremendously. Don't order any goat dishes. They are full of bones and no meat.

The food is tasty and fresh only on Friday and Saturday. We tried this place on a weekday and the food quality and the taste is very disappointing. I usually don't bother writing negative reviews but today I am taking the time to post this because i am disappointed. I am disappointed at the greed exhibuted by this place. The quality has been reduced in the last year but that's just not it. The quantity of the curries needs a special mention. The size of the curries have diminished over a period of time, 16 oz to 12 oz , please note that the price hasn't. Now I find, that even with 12oz they are short changing customers. Very bad service - and worst food. Defenitely not for spicy lovers (Andhra/South). We tried multiple items starting with - no quality in meat (chicken) in all the items we ordered - chicken was rubbery. 1. chicken 65 (claimed dry appetizer - but no taste at all). That felt like just microwaved the marinated / already made food. But looks like they just tossed it on the pan and got it in a minute. 2. Asked for spicy appetizers - recommended -Murg Tangdi Kebab and Kodi vepudu. Got both of them in 2 minutes. Again already prepared in bulk and just warming/heating up and sending. They neither tasted fresh nor spicy. I am surprised how someone can just get the Kebab just by re heating. I was expecting it will be done fresh. Kodi vepudu is not vepudu at all - mere boiled meat tossed up in some semi gravy. 3. Bonelss chicken biriyani - Biriyani rice and presentation is better. I use to love there food. Especially butter chicken. I think they are so busy that's why they are adding water to butter chicken gravy when they get extra orders. When you go to a restaurant and they get busy all of a sudden they do these kind of things. Pls stop adding water to the gravy. Your food is good. Don't try to trick the customers. i didn't check the reviews before going there, it's was friday evening understandably busy, wanted to order just assorted bread basket but the guy /owner at front denied the order due to small check size. He said just naans and made face like nah.. i was stunned listening as it has never happened to me before. usually restaurants do want to serve only large orders but this is completely bizarre and the way he made his expressions. i think they are back in business and don't care about customers. well good luck to them, i will not see them ever again and wouldn't recommend this place. lastly, i wanted to place an delivery order for 25/30 pax which is a loss to them. extremely disappointing!! read more

What we love the most about this particular place is that none of the dishes seem to be fatty. To me, it is extremely rare to find an Indian restaurant that does serve you dishes with some kind of questionable oil on the top and filled up with whole bunch of MSG and other things who knows what. We love the home-made taste they are able to create with all the dishes we tried. My absolute favorite is the Dum Ka Gosht. Beware!!! Dum Ka Gosht is addictive!!!! We ordered Malai Kofta, Paneer Tikka Masala, street noodles and rice. It was ordered through Uber Eats and we ordered it mild. It was very spicy though, I do not believe this was their mild version! We are used to spicy food, but this was too much for me. And the worst part, three people ate the food, and two of us got sick with diarrhea and vomiting. We did not eat anything between breakfast and this meal, and the reaction came shortly after eating it. So it was not caused by something else we ate. This place offers really nice biryani. We got chicken and goat biryani and it was quite yummy. There was flavor in each grain of rice and the chicken and goat pieces were quite soft. The good thing here is the serve clean and good food. We also got a combination platter which came with shrimp, chicken and goat Sukha It was so delicious .Even words are less to describe it. I like their Biryani but it has been a hit and miss lately. Most of the times it is good, but a couple times the Biryani has been dry and tasteless. I prefer the goat dum Biryani to the chicken dum Biryani. They have a special boneless chicken Biryani during the weekends, but I find that way too often. The chili chicken tastes good, but I find the quality of meat bad. The haryali chicken is decent. The naan and dum ka murgh is pretty good. read more

Honestly I love this place. Their biriyani is excellent. We ordered the veg biriyani and chicken dum w bone and it was awesome. The salan abs raita were also so flavorful. It gives my biriyani that I make at home as run for my money. Honestly delicious, highly recommend. I also have a soft spot for this place, many years ago my cousin was involved in a traumatic accident. I spent 3 continuous days at that hospital and barely ate. When I drove back I stopped off here to eat biryani silently. I think suddenly all the trauma i witnessed all came out at 10 pm on a Wednesday night and I burst out crying in my biriyani and the kind hearted waiter came over with a stack of tissue and some water and said nothing else. He rang me up and sent me on my way with a small dessert with no charge. So besides delicious food this is a testament to their customer service. That meant everything to me in that moment and I haven't forgotten them in so many years. read more

BEWARE ABOUT THE CHEATING WHEN TAKING OUT TO GO ORDER without checking !! WORST RESPONSE from the Restaurant for a PATHETIC INDO-CHINESE DISHES .. I would not like to rate this restaurant at all but forced to give a star on yelp. on 11/22/2020 ,We ordered for a couple of INDO-CHINESE DISHES like 1- vegetable Street fried rice ,1 vegetable Street noodle one with No MSG AND Green Peas & 1 vegetable Street noodle one with No onion ,No MSG AND Green Peas, however, the fried rice came as shown in the picture attached , totally BLAND with nothing in it except for the RICE and the same is the case with both of the Vegetable street noodles except with 2-3 pieces of Bell pepper slices in it . On calling back and asking about the mishap , the staff who answered the phone was so rude and did not acknowledge the mistake. due to No MSG AND Green Peas custom order ,restaurant assumed that we are allergic to eating vegetables also kept on saying that we are talking rubbish and blackmailing them by asking for a refund/replacement of the same items in the next order . We always order from Paradise Biryani Pointe, Dublin outlet. We love their goat sukka, goat dum biryani, chicken biryani and during Ramadan- haleem. Most of these orders are take out which is very fast. Before pandemic we used to go there, it has limited seating, not great but good enough ambiance for good food read more

I accidentally made two orders on door dash of the same thing. Realized and called them to cancel one. The gentleman from paradise Biryani( who was extremely rude) said I have to call door dash and have them cancel, which I immediately did. The door dash customer service agent tried to cancel one out of the two identical orders and was given the run around that both orders were made. This business cheats the client / customer. I specifically told them to just make one and door dash agent will cancel the second. Why would you make the second order?? Literally these incompetent guy on the phone gave me and the door dash agent a run around. Unacceptable. You can't keep blanking the customer or door dash for every little issue. Went here for lunch. Tried to order from the lunch menu and they said they don't serve it. Said it was because of the pandemic. What the hell? Order curry chicken ala carte. All I got was a bunch of sauce and no chicken. read more

Totally loved the Chicken 65, not the usual chicken 65 that you get at other places... had an entirely different flavor.... The goat biryani was good too.. the rice was well flavored... the goat was a little too soft!!! But on the whole it was good!! The apollo fish was amazing... very well flavored.. mark it down as a MUST TRY! Kadai paneer was again not the authentic dish! Had a South Indian twist to it... loads of masala.. was good... Ordered family pack Special chicken biryani which came with chilli chicken. Chilli chicken pieces were over fried and biryani chicken pieces were smelling bad. We got this order on Saturday. Not sure if this is the quality they maintain for family packs. I am a returning customer quality of food has degraded . Last time I had same experience during week day. I had DoorDash food from this place, Chicken Dum Briyani.. not the authentic Dum briyani, looks like all things were prepared separately and assembled to make it look like Dum Briyani. Chicken Fried Rice, was all dried up and had a smell to it. Chicken Manchurian also had the similar smell.. overall subpar food quality at the premium price. I don't recommend this place. read more

Terrible management. Have you seen any restaurant where they turn the customer away during their business hours, well this one does. The business hours posted on their own front door says that the restaurant is open till 3 pm. We got to the restaurant at 2.40 pm and were obviously a little taken aback when they turned us away. The reason they gave us is, kitchen closes at 2.40 pm!! Apparently, the owner only comes to the restaurant once in a month, so there is really no one to talk to.
