Fantastic! This place is the kind coffee shop I love to visit, and wish I had in my town. Not only does the owner make an excellent cup of coffee, but he is extremely knowledgable about different blends, roasts, origins, etc for everything he sells. He will listen to your description of what you like in coffee (and what you don't like), and can recommend the perfect beans, strength, and even brew method. On top of all that, he's friendly and charming, and he will teach you how to make your own great cups. I visited the shop five times on my recent visit to Singer Island, and got a different cup each time, just to try it out. It was delicious every time. With a full range of pour over, syphon, chemex, french press and cold brew - using freshly roasted local roaster 'Oceana' sourced beans - the coffee shop hits all the right notes for coffee drinkers and aficionados alike! It was our first time here and the owner made us some great iced mocha lattes. The owner was super legit friendly and was open to adjust our drink however we wanted - ice level and sweetness level - even after we were almost finished drinking he let us adjust our preferences to make our experience extra.
