DO NOT buy any tiki bar system from them that has a round metal frame, plastic tarp and thatch. It is very bad design that holds rainwater if kitchen is outside. Stopped in today because I was looking for a thermometer for my grill. What better place than a place that sells grills right? Wrong. I walked in and when I saw the showroom I said to the salesman " I'm not sure I'm in the right place. This showroom is beautiful. ". He asked what I was looking for and I told him. He said we do t deal in $10.00 items here. We only deal with people who want expensive items. I looked at him and said well the item I was looking for is around $200-300 and I didn't really think that was cheap. The salesman was just a rude stuck up guy with that little man syndrome. What a tool. I just walked out and said sarcastically " Thanks for all your help." I'm not sure about any other locations but avoid this one. Unless of course you have a ton of money and you enjoy getting talked down to. Showroom is nice though too bad your salesman is an arrogant ass. read more

BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!! We bought the tiki hut outdoor grilling unit 3 years ago, March 2017 from a home show in buffalo ny, we told the sales people we were concerned that due to our weather we would have issues. They assured us these are weather sturdy and sustain Florida hurricanes. We got one summer use out of this unit, which in Buffalo is 3month, when we went to open it back up the following may the bar and stucco was all falling off. Because it was over a year since we had purchased this the company said they would do nothing for us. Now we have had to completely pull the remaining part of the counter off and figure out what we will do now. Also every year we have had to order a new tiki top. read more

we assisted a customer in installing an expensive outdoor kitchen from paradise grills 6 weeks ago in a new home. It immediately began to rust BADLY!!! They moved in a few weeks later and discovered it would not ignite. it was determined by speaking with their sales team that we received a natural gas grill when we ordered a propane grill. Sales cannot help you with issues, only customer service and they are not interested in helping in any way. if you've had delivery for 5 days, they cover nothing. including sending wrong grill. Between the terrible rust of the#STAINLESS STEEL and the total lack of customer service , I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO NOT BUY THIS INFERIOR PRODUCT no matter how cheap the price. read more

Paradise grills do not believe in customer focus. They took $2000 deposit off me to secure a grill price, however what they do not tell you is that any payments are classed as sales and all sales are final, intrigued? Read on.... Back in March we went into paradise grills in Fort Myers because we wanted an outdoor grill kitchen area. We were told the prices they had were not going to be extended and to secure the price we would have to put down a deposit. And asked for $2000. We decided we would finance the remainder on interest free and we would pay 50% and the remaining 50% upon delivery. When the finance was approved we called back to pay the remainder of the first 50% and were told we had to pay the full amount up front. I was not comfortable doing this so we decided not to place the order. At which point we were told we would not get our deposit back. I handed it off as a dispute to my credit card company, but we did not succeed. So buyer beware they ask for a deposit but no money is refundable they will take it, if it $1 or on our case $2000. They don't care and I would caution anyone who thinks of dealing with these bandits I doubt if you have any issues with your grill that they would do anything to resolve. They hide behind a contract but any decent company would refund. My advice is stay away. read more

Awful experience with this company. I bought a $5000 grill and got junk. Initially the Burner was broken. They replaced it and now the Casing is broken. Now they have to replace the Top. Who knows what's coming next. My husband has been to this place atleast 5 times dealing with salesmen. No senior manager will even call to talk to me. They have no return policy apparently- so even if they send you junk- they won't take it back. Will not refer this company to any of my friends. I wish I had read Yelp reviews before read more

This is my second grill purchase, pretty nice product. The WORST customer service ever. We have drawers on the unit that fill with water, they replaced them once, they still accumulate water. I think it is a design flaw. We call and call and call with no resolve. We call them but they do not call back. It is now September 27th and still no resolve. This has been going on since June. $15,000 for a bar and grill and outside drawers that accumulate water. No one at Paradise Grills will fix our issue. I would not recommend this company or product. I'm having a summer kitchen installed and the grill is not included. I did a lot of shopping around and decided to stop in at Paradise grills in Bonita Springs . Geoffrey & Rodger were a great help . They spent a lot of time explaining everything you need to know about gas grille . The gave me a good deal on a GSL-32 Pro. They offered to hold it until the summer kitchen was under way and they would deliver it free. That's good customer service that you won't get at a big box store . read more

On October 12 2021 My wife and I purchased an outside kitchen from Paradise Grill for 28772.50. We were also suspect about the size of this unit and the salesman had assured us it would fit, We had gone back to the store 3 times that day to check the measurements. Him going as far to say he would come over to make it happen. When their installers came to install the unit , they had said no way will this fit. At that point they called their office and we spoke to Brandon and he said someone would call me back. No body has ever called me back on this. I called 2 days later and spoke to Stephanie and again she needed to have a supervisor call me back No one has ever called me back. I have hired a lawyer to see what he could do , but I think I hired the wrong lawyer. Their installers had told me the salesman should have been to the job site before they came to install it. The salesman came after the fact just to cover his mistake .After the way this company has treated me I would never deal with them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! We spent $10K on a grill and bar. The day of delivery they quoted 1PM - 5PM and they finally called at 5:30 and said they would be there at 6:30PM. They said they transposed our phone number, but the day before they called for payment and it worked fine. We finally got delivery the next day quoted at 7AM and they did not arrive until 7:30AM. When they arrived, we apparently needed extension cords for the installation. Additionally, the unit they delivered was not correct (missing an access panel) AND it was completely damaged with scratches all over it, damage to the top and the bottom edges were unfinished. On top of everything else, the remote to the lights and the stereo did not work. The rotisserie BBQ upgrade did not have all of the parts so we cannot use it until those are back in stock. We had to call the company at least 6 times due to these issues. They did NOTHING except promise us a "gift in the mail" which I'm sure is a chintzy BBQ set.
