I waited until around noon on Monday to call back and spoke to the same woman who answered my previous call. She remembered my call after hearing my first name and double checked that all the information she recorded the day before was correct. It was. She apologized and stated the Keith would give me a call. I have still not received a call back to schedule service. My A/C stopped blowing cold and my unit is 14 years old. I guess if KeithHAC is too busy to schedule service on a system that likely needs or will need to be replaced soon for thousands of dollars, I will find a different HVAC company that is better with customer service, communication, and wants to add new clientele to their business.
