Wow! My new system is well worth every penny. I was kicking and screaming as I thought I was happy with what I had but that system died. Nacho and his team came in a made sure that they got the right system in my home to save me money and to maximize our families comfort as it gets Hotter than hot here and can get cold as well... The upgraded AC unit and duct work along with a new furnace is what we have now and I couldn't be happier with the service. I now have an upgraded thermostat that I can use from my phone to turn on my system before we get home to make sure its comfy when we get home. Absolutely the best type of service I have had of any kind in my house! Nacho ( don't let that name fool you if you are thinking that) is the most understanding considerate man. His first visit to determine the problem, he waived the charge. He knew there was going to be quite a final cost at the end. He installed a new a.c unit on a very hot day and I'm glad he did! He knocked off the cost by a few hundred dollars as well. I asked for a new wifi digital thermostat which he installed at his cost..... What else can you ask for? He did not charge us! It was a simple thing to fix, for a professional, so he did not ask for a service charge. Most other companies charge you just to 'look at it'. I have had other companies charge me $85 to fix one simple thing. Nacho, came over checked out or system, found out what was wrong, fixed it, tested it, and then told us there was no charge. Had Nacho come out and relocate an AC unit in the backyard. He told us it would be a 4 hour job. Halfway through, he left saying he had to get a part. Waited til that evening and never heard back from him. 24 hours later he tells us that he hadn't forgotten and will try to make it back. 3 days later after reaching out to him twice with no response, he reply's saying he's working his other job and will be off in 3 days and will make up for this inconvenience on the bill. Once he shows up, it still takes him 2 days, a couple hours each day, to finish AND no break on the bill. Very crappy customer service for sure! A 4 hour job took 11 days in all to be completed. The work is done well, just bad customer service. Especially for someone who seems to be so involved in the community. read more

He had us up and running in no time, I was charged extremely reasonable rates for a Sunday after hours call. Nacho came out at the end of a VERY busy day in 102 degree weather to take care of our non functioning AC unit. He was very nice, showed up wearing a mask, and REALLY knew what he was talking about!! Indoor Comfort Solutions, is by far the most honest repair men you could ever hope to hire. I called up and spoke with the owner Nacho Lopez. He came right over to help increase my A/C out put and now when living in Simi Valley where it gets up to 102 degrees my home is a beautiful cool, 72 degrees. ICS also suggested about installing a new temps true gage that is remotely connected to your Smart Phone or iPhone. Thus was a fantastic idea! Now when heading back home I can remotely turn on many A/C unit to come home to a cool place! The best part of this remote is that I don't have to keep my A/C running all day when no one is home, saving literally hundreds of dollars off my A/C bills! Our central air stopped blowing cold air and of course it was in the middle of a heatwave. Our home warranty representative contacted a number of contractors, but all refused to go up on our roof (which is were the a.c. unit is located). After two weeks of getting no where, I contacted Nacho. He was here the next day (which btw was the forth of july) and quickly diagnosed the problem. 2 days later and our a.c. is FIXED! I am sorry to have to write this review. My expectation was that Nacho would respond in a professional manner. He installed an airconditioning system in our home over a year ago. My husband and I have called left numerous messages, spoken to nacho who assured us he would stop by. That of course never happpen. We even drove to the first street address which is apparently vacant. The sad ridiculous part of all this is that all we wanted was the following: 1. Paperwork on the unit installed. 2. Receipt/ Outline of his services 3. Warranty for the equipment and where to purchase filters which are an odd shape. So given our request we have not seen or heard from him. I now have resulted to going on yelp and writing people who have given him a positive review for contact information. Really? Does that sound reasonable or professional? The only positive note is that we have not needed major work but there are some issues coming up and will have to reach out to another company for assistance. I just emailed him tonight (again) I am not hopeful he will respond but I will go through the appropriate channels to report his business practices. Consumer beware! Btw when I find another air conditioning company with high professional, ethical standards I will write another review with the information. read more

I was initially referred to Nacho and ICS by our carpet cleaning guy, when our AC went out over the summer. I called Nacho late that afternoon, and he was out the very next day (during a heatwave, even)...by the time I got home from work I had a nice, cool house again!
