AMAZING and so COVID-friendly! They have a shaded and very peaceful, quiet outdoor area in the back of the nail salon set up with fans, tents and all the COVID protocols and protection (plexiglass between the nail technician and guests, masks required, temperature taken upon entry, etc). I have been coming to this place for years. It is always clean and all the ladies are very friendly. I don't go to the same person ever time because they are all that good. I always get both manicure and pedicure. My schedule is such that I need to go in last minute and they are usually accommodating. We don't really like nail salons in general because they just want you to come and out and up sell you all the time. We decided to take a chance on this place because it's close to the beach. Trish was our specialist and she is not like anyone I've ever met. She talked to us like we were family. Taking her time with us but she does work efficiently , not slow at all. But didn't make any mistakes. She made some recommendations for us at to what looks good and what would go with her wedding outfit. We showed her pictures. This is a VERY average nail salon. Trusted the reviews and treated my visiting daughter and granddaughter to a pedicure. They had me hold my granddaughter while they did the pedicures. I'll be honest with you, this place is nice. Very clean, and has the "vibe" you want when you are getting your nails done (they offer you mimosas, the chairs have massagers, etc). However, this place is CRAZY expensive for what they actually do. My pedicure was great and I knew what I was getting, but when I went to get my gel manicure filled they charged me FIFTY dollars for a fill because it was "organic" and told me about it only after she had done my left hand. Not cool, considering I got these done for my wedding, and they were chipping the next day, aka my wedding day. Under a week later one broke. Over all, underwhelmed with the end result. read more

Came in with a friend.... Won't come back. We asked for 2 regular pedicures, one gel manicure and one regular manicure. The women all seemed annoyed to have a customer and weren't even looking at our nails when filing/cutting. My gel manicure was sloppy at best and the pedicure i could have done myself. Within two minutes after her Mani/pedi, my friends nails were ruined. Disappointed, we went up to Pay. After already being pissed, they decided to try and charge us random fees. When you don't have set prices, you cannot just shout a random number to a paying customer. Getting your nails done should be a relaxing experience due to the fact that it's expensive and a treat. No idea how this place has 4 1/2 stars let alone how it's in business. Stay away. read more

Came here for the first time last Saturday, was overall impressed. Got a simple "Moisturizing Mani-Pedi" for $35. They didn't try and force upsells on me, they had a good selection on OPI nail polish, the place was clean and didn't have that usual "Nail Polish and Acetone smell" most places have. They were really nice, made sure I liked the finished product. I would give them 5 stars but when I walked in I didn't feel welcome, it took about 3 girls to look at me before one of them welcomed me in. This was my first time here. The salon was very clean and had a peaceful atmosphere. When I was seated, they gave me a large selection of polishes to choose from which was very nice. My nail artist was Mini. She is so sweet and extremely talented. She paid close attention to detail and did a lovely job. I am happy with my nails and my experience. I will for sure be back! Very clean...one gal was cleaning and organizing the entire time we were there. HUGE selection of nail colors across several brands. Also an extra large selection of gel nail colors...again, several brands available. Ladies were pleasant and did a nice job on my toes. Several pedicure options...I went with the mid-range option. So dissapointed at the price and quality. Definitely over priced. My pedicure and French gel manicure was $70. Which might have been worth it if my gel manicure lasted longer than a week before coming off. My regular place (that I didn't go to due to distance and time) normally lasts 3-4 weeks and is $25 less. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff was nice, they offer you a complimentary beverage, and I didn't have to wait. This was my first visit to Paradise Nails. The place is smaller, which is a great quality. The salon was very clean and inviting. They offer numerous options for manicures and pedicures, as well as organic options. I chose one of their special pedicures and it was AMAZING! Sugar scrub, mask, paraffin and a hot stone massage. Trinh did my nails and she was very good and the massage was out of this world. She was not pushy into selling me extras! She also told me about a new app that I could get reward points on that I download to my phone. When I said that my phone was out of battery, she asked what kind of phone I had, she had a charger and offered to let me use it.
