I came across Brian's window cleaning service. By looking for a service to clean our windows. Guess I just lucked out. I called and we arranged an appointment. They arrived at our home about 15 minutes late, but we live in a hard to find location in West Chicago. He gave us a quick estimate for our home, and we agreed and he started working. Within a few hours, the job was finished and my windows were sparkling. What a lift it was. Next time I call paramount window cleaning I will add my mirrors and light fixtures. We called Paramount for the garage pressure washing job. Bryan answered the call and quickly setup an appy within couple days. The day of the job the temperature dropped to 40s and raining all day, but Bryan still made it to the job and completed it. He cleaned the site before and after the job and left no mess. Our gutters were absolutely not neglected, how insulting! They were cleaned at the end of fall and as soon as the weather warmed up we called you to clean them. You tried to force debris through the downspout and subsequently blew the extensions clear off the downspout leaving water to pool by the foundation and never reattached them but left them laying there clogged. This is not a repair, they simply slide back on if you would have checked your work you would have seen this. Sending me 3 voice mails and 5 emails, when I expressed my dissatisfaction, does not reverse time and make the job done correctly, it is simply harrassment. As I explained to you I finished the rest of the job myself, there is nothing more for you to do. read more

I strongly advise trying a different company. This company came out in a timely fashion, but I arrived home to find all of the junk from our gutters dumped all over our lawn/nicely manicured landscaping. When I called to complain, thinking surely this was in error, I was told it is "industry standard" not to remove the junk unless you pay an additional fee, and then the owner apologized for not mentioning that when we spoke. Following that, as i was trying to explain why that absolutely should have been mentioned and that it feels like we paid for 1/2 of a job to be done, because now we had to walk around our yard to clean it all up...the owner, Brian, just kept talking over me louder and louder to the point of basically yelling at me. TERRIBLE customer service. I've never been spoken to in such a manner from a "service" provider. We will not be using this company ever again. read more

I had read the other reviews of this company and it was for that reason that I called Brian (on a Friday) to inquire if he could clean the windows of our home. Initially, he told me he wouldn't be able to get to them for several weeks because he was going out of town. I told him that I really needed to have them done before that. He then gave me the option of having them done on the following Monday which was the day before he was leaving; I happily took that. I'm sure he had multiple things he needed to do before his trip, but it says how invested he is in his company and that alone gets 5 stars. When he got to our home, I asked him if he would be able to also clean a couple gutters that were out of our reach...he said yes, that he could do that...instead of moaning that he had fit us in to do the windows and not the gutters. Our windows sparkle, the gutters are clean...he also cleaned up everything that came out of the gutters. As the other reviews have stated, he is friendly, professional, works very efficiently and was a pleasure to get to know. I also purchased a Groupon and was VERY disappointed with the service I received. Job 1/2 done. Billed for extra charges without my permission! I tried to be nice and accommodating to him by allowing him to do the job on the day that he FINALLY called back to book the appointment. He tried to trick me into doing more jobs than I had requested. Was very unprofessional with me when I called to complain, would not listen, would not work w/me to come up with a solution that would benefit all, rude and hung up on me! Fast talker. Over charges. Brian came this week to give my windows the works-- in-grown vines removed, storms and screens cleaned, sills cleaned and windows with vintage fixed muntins cleaned inside and out plus cleaning paint and compound left from reglazing. I'm in a second floor three-bedroom apartment with crumbling frames. He quoted around $325 and charged $350 even though the job took longer than estimated. Considering the delicacy of the job I felt this was a fair price. Windows look phenomenal. He was on-time, completely professional and readily supplied the insurance verification required by my building management. My neighbor is super pleased with her windows too. Great job! read more

i used paramount to power wash my patio and seal it. The patio is older so the cracks in between bricks were larger than what the materials used could fill. We employed this company to put up and take down Christmas lights at the entryway of our community. They were paid in full at the time of the of the installation. They were suppose to come a week or two after the New Year to take down the lights. They said they would come a certain day and then never showed up, a few times. The lights did not come down until the last week in March. And then they basically pulled them down and left them on the ground. A resident happened to see what they did and called one of the Board members to come and pick them up off the ground. Their customer service and communication is very poor. They were a headache to work with and not very reliable. The 74 units in the community would not recommend this company for any services they offer. read more
