My daughter has been seeing Dr Wong for a year and we have one more to go. The service is amazing. During the winter break, Dr Wong took the time out on xmas eve to see us because there was a wire that was bothering her. He is always available for any questions we have. My experience with Dr. Wong and his assistants has been great from the beginning. I visited other orthodontists in the area, but none were as patient or as thorough as Dr. Wong. He presented me with several options to straighten my teeth and explained the pros and cons of each method. His fees were also the most reasonable. My insurance did not cover orthodontic treatment so the treatment coordinator Linda worked with me on my monthly payments. I decided to go with traditional braces and 18 months later, I couldn't be happier with my new smile. The appointments were quick and I never had to wait long to be seen. I even had an emergency once and they saw me that same day. Dr. Wong always let me know what he was going to do that appointment, and the assistants were always very gentle. I feel much more confident now and am happy I made the right choice when it came to choosing an orthodontist. You won't find one that more caring or does a better job than Dr. Wong! read more

Dr.Wong is very professional and compassionate and patient. When I first met him, he looks like an undergraduate college student, but he has the educational background on straigtnening your teeth. We have Dentist insurance, but it does not cover orthodontic work, so they explained to us that we would have to pay them monthly, interest free payments, which is reasonable. They have 2 offices, on in Downey, and the other, I believe is in Alhambra. In any case we will be seeing him for the next 26 months read more

I saw Dr . Wong at a different orthodontic office and he was absolutely AMAZING! He made his patients feel welcomed & important. He genuinely remembered me and would have small talk throughout the visit which made the experience that much better. My daughter is in her final stages of her braces, and we couldn't be happier! Dr. Wong is new to the area and has big shoes to fill, as Dr. Wong has taken over for Dr. Saltz. I have had very positive experience taking my 13-year old son to Dr. Wong's office for orthodontic treatment. Dr. Wong is a very competent doctor. I was told I would need to remove some teeth and wear head gear at other offices, but Dr Wong was able to correct my bite and teeth without any of that. The spacer and braces offered were also much better than the other offices that I had visited. Overall, my experience was fantastic I could not recommend them enough. The exams are thorough and the staff gave me good advice on how to maintain and keep my teeth straight. My daughter got braces here and I HIGHLY recommend this place. You make an appointment and your in and out in five maybe 10 minutes max. We took my 11 year old son originally to Dr. Saltz when he was there (my son started off with an expander with him and I can't say enough great things about how professional and great he was too), but when Dr. Wong started at that office, I was concerned at first when I heard Dr. Saltz wouldn't be there anymore. After I met Dr. Wong, all of my concerns went away. He is very nice and friendly and explains things thoroughly and my son really likes him. We never have to wait more than 5-10 minutes in the waiting room and we're usually out in about 15 minutes. It's a good thing since it looks like my daughter needs braces now too.
