We needed to find a place for a memorial service. In the process of looking at Parc for the occasion we had lunch there. The food was great and the service, superior. Then we went back to book Parc for that event and stayed at the bar for a snack and drinks...again...great food, superior attention. OK...back for the event that catered to over 200 people. We had it in the barn out back...LOVELY. Once again, great food and the attention to detail...over the top. After the event we stayed for dinner. It was 5 PM so it was early enough that they could accommodate 7 of us as we had no reservations. We had a great meal, our wait staff, Elizabeth, was phenomenal, and the food was exquisite. Excellent. We grazed and it's was superbly done. Octopus salad - unique and flavorful, note anchovies and capers. Ahi tuna tartar - superbly well made, fresh and excellent presentation Onion soup w/ turkey stock and pumpernickel bread - unique. Oyster stew - very good, lots of flavor, plump oysters - definitely a dipper Foie gras with duck bacon, micro greens and tomato jam - star of the show. Genius to create a foie gras BLT. Foie gras could have been better trimmed, but still outstanding. Bouillabaisse - a classic presentation of a classic dish. Would order again Ty nant sparkling water Fresh bread with olive oil and marinara dipping sauces Banana Bread Pudding w/ banana cream, candied pecans and butterscotch bourbon sauce. - lasted about 30 seconds, fabulous. read more

Went here on Friday. New to the area. This place is great, little pricey, but prob the go to for date night. Got some octopus salad app, it was amazing. It came with A LOTA of octopus and the dressing paired great w it. I may just order two next time and make it my entree. read more

Ok so this was our first visit to parc bistro. Bar was super full which to me was a good sign. Then came Kevin. Probably the rudest bar tender I have ever encountered. We ordered our entrees but was unable to finish order cause he actually walked away. 20 mins later wanted some water, yes you actually have to ask for it for both of us. That took us waiving him down. The regulars said we would have to yell his name to get his attention. His overall attitude and demeanor would keep me from ever coming back. On a positive note the food was very very good. Cesar salad a little bland but steak was amazing and shrimp and risotto equally great. If I could stomach kevin I might go back but I just can't. He was that awful and arrogant. We left went to hotel fiosolel had another drink and dessert and it was great. read more

We had brunch at Parc Bistro today and brought the entire family. It was also Father's day. I called and made a reservation on Thursday and asked for the patio. I had never been to this place but the positive Yelp reviews helped make the decision. All 7 of us were thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The service was top notch and everyone was very friendly and had personality. The menu had a great selection for everyone and with the specials they had offered today it made it very difficult for us to choose what we wanted! My dad raved over the lobster bennedict special, my brother and I had fillet and eggs, my youngest sister the wood fire pizza (which looked and tasted great!) My stepmother had the pork sandwich which she said was absolutely great and the onion rings that came with it were super light and different from traditional onion rings. The double chocolate cake for dessert was a hit, as was their very different assortment of sorbet. The overall presentation of the food was something special, as was the patio seating. It is set behind the main building inbetween the big barn and route 73. I felt like we were far from the road and the patio was perfect. I would definitely go back and I would love to try their dinner. Prices were very fair for the quality of everything. When I booked the reservation I had a specific thing in mind for what I wanted and this was exactly that. read more

I just called for a reservation and was asking a few questions about times between brunch and lunch. The person answering the phone was not sure, and gave me to the manager. The manager could not have been more rude the second he got on the phone, and I promise I was not asking hard questions or being rude in return. He was so curt and when I mentioned something about it he said "Maam, if you want to make a reservation make it; if not, you can go somewhere else." SHOCKED is not a strong enough word and I hung up. The decor inside of this place is more than amazing, the manager (I think) greeted us at the door and was very nice and friendly. The server we had was a bit cold and at the end she dropped the check off without saying a word ( no good night, no "do you need anything else") which I think is a bit rude. Based on food alone the restaurant deserves a well earned five stars. The food came out in proper succession, which is always desiable; being most pleasing when the waitress doesn't ask about the order of our food to arrive. Mothers day first began with the phil's game and ended with Parc Bistro. This allowed us to work up a healthy appetite, which worked out very well. First course: ceaser salad: very good, very fresh, and nothing over the top. Second course: margarita pizza; I don't even like brick-oven, and am currently eating gluten free, but the plum tomatoes tasted amazing and the cheese was so fresh. Entrees: ribyeye and frites: my brother noted I didn't know it came with fries...lol! Final year hospitality major:/. It was an interesting plate made for someone's tastes as "refined" as his. It was a gigantic beautiful steak( cooked to perfection) plated with grilled romaine, fries (frites;) and two sauces a buttermilk ranch and ketchup. I order the lamb with loaded mashed yukons and brussel sprouts with the waitresses advice. I never order lamb. The lamb was succulent and delicious cooked medium rare. The sides were very good, although. I do like grilled brussel sprouts a little crispy on the outside and softer on the inside the honey balsamic on them made them impossible not to finish. The loaded yukon mashed were out of this world, but I'm not sure I would have put them all on the same plate, although by putting them on the same plate i feel it allowed me to have a tasting menu of the chefs favorites. My mother ordered the cape may fluke and LOVED it! She said the whole plate was amazing and the presentations were beautiful. Dessert: we shared the ricotta cheesecake, which I was the only one who appreciated( it was reminiscent of flan, but airy and lighter). We also shared the double chocolate Carmel cake( it was surprisingly light and delicious). It was basically a mousse. My brother and mom told her they didn't like the cheesecake and our waitress, just shrugged her shoulders. Our waitress was TERRIBLE, miserable, snobby, and rude from beginning to end. We didn't ask her for anything except for an opinion on a dish. We were nice to her anyway and she never warmed up. We had to ask her for water once, which is not a big deal. I have no idea what her attitude was for? We'd never been there before, and surely were not high maintenance. The male host was very hospitable, and friendly seating us right away with pleasure. If it weren't for your waitresses poor distasteful behavior...definitely a five star establishment. read more

Have eaten here a few times, the food has always been excellent. Their caeser salad and their brick oven pizzas are top notch. We also had a private event here recently, and everyone complimented me afterwards on how good the food was. The staff was very accomodating and took any stress out of planning our event. Definitely recommend this place for a casual dinner or more formal event. read more

I typically get ones of the specials along with my favorite appetizer and sides, which are the filet sliders, lobster mashed potatoes and s'mores desert. I've only been to Parc Bistro once, but they really impressed me - I will be back! I invited seven people to join me for a sort of bridal luncheon for my good friend, but we just made a reservation, didn't do it as an event. The manager and waitstaff took great care of us. We sat outside on their lovely lawn and lingered for three hours and we weren't rushed once. Most of my guests ordered the day's special sandwiches and were impressed by the smoked salmon BLT and open face steak sandwich. I ordered the Fruits de Mer pizza, curious about the mix of seafood and cheese. It was fantastic! I couldn't believe the amount of fresh shellfish I got for the price of the dish. We also had a nice bottle of Riesling and shared some lovely house-made sorbets. I was really happy with the bill too! I look forward to dining here more casually in the future. read more

I am never disappointed with the food here. The seasonal menu guarantees fresh selection. I am particularly fond of the salad with goat cheese and the profiteroles for desert. Probably the worst meal I've ever had . I can't even describe how bad it was. The waiter was nice but I will never eat there again. Over cooked chicken and an indescribable side dish that was inedible. They said they would replace that when I asked for steamed Brussels sprouts, and what was then served was a dried out frizzled mess of what looked and tasted like grass or weeds. Such a disappointment after previous visits of delicious food. Such a wonderful outdoor place, but the food was horrible. Overall, however, the dinner menu is a little too hopelessly pretentious and pricey , as if crying for attention from a New York food critic. It's fine to be serving froo-froo food but why not balance it with some normal, down to earth dishes? You can't even find a regular, no nonsense sirloin steak or pork chop on the menu! And that so called brunch...90 percent of it is arty-farty lunch type fare. Is it really too mundane to offer a western omelet or pancakes? read more
