Parc offers an intimate setting, warmed by a brick oven, with well crafted cocktails and a diverse offering of comfort dishes for any taste. My old fashioned was made with larceny bourbon and a perfect touch of Luxardo cherries. The halibut special was excellent and was accompanied by a delicious slaw, lightly charred broccolini and saffron rice. My mate offered me a few bites of the house burger he ordered which will be on my short list for next visit. Everything on the table was colorful and I was very impressed with the portions and how reasonable the prices of our dishes were. Our server, the bartender and staff could not have been more cordial. This is a wonderful spot for a casual afternoon meal and I hope I can return for dinner in the future.

Impeccable service and delicious food. Today, I am a lady who lunches so I treated myself to a nice meal in a fancy place. I checked out my options in Skippack and this place popped up. After reviewing the menu, I was sold. The staff are friendly and professional (so tefreshing!). My pizza and wine pairing was a perfect match!

We have had both dinner and lunch at Parc Bistro, and neither meal disappointed. The food is nicely plated, and delicious, and uses inventive combinations while still being traditional. All the food we've had here has been excellent. The service is good, and the staff is attentive without being overbearing. If you come when the weather is nice I would recommend a table in their outdoor space. Inside, the restaurant is very cozy with lots of interesting nooks and spaces. Overall this is a great spot for a nice dinner out or even a special occasion

Parc Bistro really blew us away! My boyfriend and I recently got a chance to try multiple courses as part of a fixed dinner menu for a family member's wedding rehearsal dinner. The food, service, and interior were stellar! The soup of the day (tomato and pumpkin), caesar salad, and airplane chicken were all incredible. I normally would not have imagined pumpkin and tomato going together in a soup, but the concoction they created was perfectly creamy and delicious without being too rich. I'm assuming it was seasonal, but wow holy cow it was GOOD. Would highly recommend!! I also got a chance to snag some of their Caesar salad which was probably the fanciest and nicest Caesar salad I ever had (sadly, I did not remember to take a photo because I ate it too fast). The dressing was super yummy and not too salty, with the right amount of Parmesan cheese and croutons. It also had a very thin bread stick that plated made it look very aesthetic. It sounds crazy but you can taste how fancy the Caesar salad is!! The food was beautifully plated! Now the skin on the airplane chicken was also perfectly seasoned, along with the accompanying potato medallion and veggies. My boyfriend got the crab cakes which he really enjoyed as well. I am not a fan of creme brulee normally, but it came with the meal as part of the fixed dinner menu--the other guests enjoyed it greatly! There also was an apple ?pie or some other dessert which my boyfriend liked. The service here was also excellent. The waitresses were very attentive and brought in a booster seat for our niece (along with whole cow's milk)!

2nd Review-- came back on 12/20/23. was nice to be recognized by the host and Greg, our first server. What a spectacular 2nd visit. Cold day, mid-week, came in for an early dinner (we call lunch-dinner- linner). The menu has since changed for winter and wow there are some winners! Again, which Skippack was closer to Yardley. Today Elizabeth took care of us, she was patient and friendly. We started with the French onion soup, which was just as good and memorable as the first trip. For our second course, we shared the Tuscan pizza-- wow, what a flavor profile with a kick. For our third course we had the pork belly tacos- order of 3 and this was the cherry on top of this meal... the sweet and spicy together. The pork simply melted in my mouth and I licked my fingers after picking up the taco to bite each time for the sensational mix of the sauce flavor. OUTSTANDING MEAL

Went here with a friend who gave this place a high recommendation. We were seated right away upstairs. We started off with some appetizers, which included oysters and a shrimp cocktail. The shrimp cocktail was a nice portion and tasty but the oysters were terrible. First off, they were sitting on top of a pile of salt so with every bite I ate salt and then they were super bland. Very disappointing. Main meals consisted of the fish special and soup. The fish tasted really strange and was not enjoyable. They claimed it was served over polenta, but it was the worst tasting polenta I've ever had. The food was so disappointing that we left without dessert. I can't say I ever want to eat here again.

Great food, great ambience. I love a place that will split a salad in the kitchen, and this place surprised us by bringing us each our own when we mentioned we planned to share. The greens were outstandingly fresh. The crust on the pizza was delicious and very light. The Cappuccino came with fresh baked sugar cookie and a stirrer with rock candy to sweeten the beverage. This is a destination place, great for a romantic meal or a gathering of friends.

My cacio e pepe was good, although served with angel hair when it should be bucatini or a thicker spaghetti. Bread and olive oil were delicious. As someone else here said, the pizza is inconsistent. I have had Marguerita pizza from their takeout which was great. The pizza my husband got did not even resemble a marguerita pizza. No sauce. Just tiny pieces of tomato atop a lot of cheese. He didn't touch it and explained that was not what he expected. I asked the server why it was so different from what I'd had from their takeout, she said it was the same. They must have changed a lot! Although we don't want the pizza and didn't touch it, when she offered to box it I said okay and of course paid for it. Kind of regret that since we are not going to eat it. After that, I was rushed finishing my pasta. Handed the bill within 1/2 hour of sitting down. Server was pleasant enough but she seemed put off when he was upset with the pizza. Mostly, I hated being rushed. Wont return.

I just had a wonderful experience at Basta Pasta. 3 of us arrived around 6:00 on a Thursday . Weather was perfect for outdoor dining. Even though it was busy, seating was quick because there was indoor, outdoor, and cabana seating. Service was very attentive and food was excellent. I had the Cashew Pesto Pasta- it was delicious and not only was the overall proportion huge but they were very generous with the amount of grilled shrimp in it. My boyfriend had the manicotti with meatballs and it was delicious. The cheese blend in the manicotti was amazing. My adult son had the gnocchi di ricotta - excellent as well. And of course their signature garlic knot rolls which they refilled for us. We very rarely get dessert but we decided to split an Affogato- ice cream with hot espresso poured over it and topped with bits of chocolate shavings . It was decadent without being too sweet or filling. Very similar to a virgin espresso martini. And there was a solo guitarist playing in the background. Nothing could had been better.

We wanted somewhere with…read moreoutside dining, and there is a nice little off-the-road patio area that looked wonderful. Walking through the restaurant, it is a beautiful facility. I love places that have different levels and areas instead of one big open room for dining. Very impressive woodwork throughout. We sat down and ordered. Service was a little slow but I think they were understaffed. That happens, no big deal. Wife ordered a jalapeno tequila drink that was on the menu and she loved it. For dinner, we ordered a special appetizer (fried zucchini blossoms) and for dinner I had the lemon and garlic grilled half-chicken, my wife had beet spinach salad with pancetta. This is where things went south. The food was average, at best. The beet spinach salad with pancetta, the beets looked like they came from a can -- each slice was sliced perfectly and they were all the same sized. They had no flavoring, either. The dressing was sparse, at best, and the cheese that was supposed to be on top had zero flavor too. The pancetta was not pancetta, it was bacon. Pancetta is cured, as is bacon, but it is not smoked. One bite and it was clear that the meat had a smoky flavor. The "lemon garlic chicken" had no flavor. No lemon, no garlic. It tasted like it was baked and then finished on the grill. Actually, I am certain it was baked first, since most of the skin on the chicken had a rubbery texture. There was no lemon or garlic flavor to the chicken, either. A simple marinade before cooking would have given it some flavor. So the meat was amazingly plain flavored, and for $26 for a chicken dish, that's a big miss. Still, I ate it, because I am a food zamboni. However, my wife only ate about a third of the salad. She really did not like it at all. She mentioned it nicely to the waitress, since it is important to give this feedback to the kicthen. The waitress took away the salad after apologizing for it. Yet, when the bill arrived, the salad was still on the bill. If a person at a restaurant barely picks at something because they are dissatisfied with the quality, automatically it should be comped. No question. So, as far as a nice setting, this restaurant has it. But execution on the food? Not even close to being worth the money.

Total for the night with tip was ~$200. Food was excellent, drinks are generous pours, and ambiance is great. Food: To start, we munched on the free focaccia bread served with dipping oil which looks more like Sicilian pizza cut into small squares. If you're like us, you'll want a second helping. We shared the appetizer special (white asparagus with smoked salmon in a lemon cream sauce). The entree special Tile fish, salmon, and crab cakes were all delicious and come with different sides. Portions are not large but are just enough in my opinion especially if you eat the bread and get an appetizer. Service: Bartender was friendly and knowledgeable. Service was quick but it was fairly busy. Table service was excellent. There were two other staff that monitored our table and they are really friendly, upbeat, and not obtrusive. Ambiance: This is actually a boutique hotel which I hadn't realized. It's set up like a large modernized Victorian house with several eating locations on several levels. We ate downstairs at a table for four near the second bar. I usually like a more secluded table but it didn't bother me to sit where we sat so all was good. There is actually a table seating area inside a box car near the upstairs bar with a view of the street and I might try sitting there next time.
