This is a family owned business, and you can really tell how much they care about their customers. Jacob came out to measure back on June 13th, and he was the one who came back later to spray the weeds and grass. He is honestly such a great guy, super helpful, and just a total pleasure to work with. I wasn't really sure what the next steps were, so I reached out to Albert, and he let me know they would install the sod in about one to two weeks. The timeline did end up being longer than that, and we didn't hear back for a few days over a holiday weekend, but we completely understand that they needed a well deserved break. I did have to be the one to reach out each time to get updates, but Albert always made sure to get back to me and answer all my questions. Looking at their reviews, these guys are crazy busy and doing a yard every single day, so you just have to be patient, because they are so worth the wait. Today was the big day, and the crew arrived to install our new Pro Vista sod. It actually started pouring rain right when they got here, but instead of leaving or rushing through the job, they just waited it out. As soon as the rain passed, they jumped right to work and finished my entire yard in about two to three hours, which was so impressive. Albert's dad was there too, and he is seriously so sweet and an absolute joy to work with. Also, we recently had new driveway pavers put in, and the crew actually told my husband they wanted to be extra careful not to damage them, which we appreciated so much. They were so respectful and kept all of their heavy machinery completely off the pavers the entire time. I uploaded a video of the final lawn to Google Maps because you can see just how incredibly clean and tight they cut the seams right up against our new pavers. Their attention to detail is unmatched! We had put this project off for years because other things always came up, so having a beautiful yard has been a dream of mine for a very long time. We still have a lot more improvements to do to our house, but we are just so happy with how everything is going and so glad to finally have great grass. To show just how amazing the transformation is, I uploaded photos of their entire process: our patchy starting point, the yard after they did the prep work and sprayed the weeds, and the final lush, green result. It might sound a little cheesy, but they really made that dream come true. The Pro Vista looks beautiful already, and Albert already emailed us the watering instructions, plus they are coming back tomorrow to roll it. Our son also employed Precise as his lawn maintenance company - so have we done business with Precise for two generations? The quality of the work is excellent and the prices are reasonable. They are always here when they say they will be, weather permitting, and they catch up after a weather miss promptly. Our agreement includes periodic shrub trimming and I never have to ask for it to be done; they take care of the shrubs as needed and our landscaping always looks good. I have twice contracted major tree work through Precise and both times the subcontractor performed admirably and the cost was reasonable. I recently had all the screens replaced on my screen room and asked Brian to have his guys be particularly careful not to damage screen with line trimmers and they have followed my wishes. When I ask for extra work, such as annual hurricane cuts on my several palm trees, Precise performs the work expertly and, again, at reasonable prices. I have no complaints about Precise Lawn Services and highly recommend them. I have set up automatic payment of the monthly fee through my credit union, so I never have to think about lawn and landscaping. Brian and his crew keep my place always looking nice. What more could I ask for?
