I meant to update this, but having a baby means Yelp is on the back burner. Tonya did call and ask if I was at home or of pest control would be allowed in the house last Thursday, July 25th. I informed her that I wasn't home, but they were welcome in (thinking it was for the scorpion treatment - as I was recently informed it was a different extermination than the regular cockroaches and spiders) After I hung up, I remembered when he did the basic spray, that he walked ALL OVER the babies blankets. I immediately called back and asked Callie if they could NOT step on her blankets as I'm not home to move them. I have them everywhere (in photos provided) because of the rashes from my previous post. She said she would have them wear booties. Great!! Thank you! ***that's not why my star rating went down!!!!! I was home by the time he showed up. He not only was NOT wearing booties, but he advised me that he didn't have any & the office staff told him it's fine because I wasn't home anyway 0_0 WHAT?! #1 they don't care that I asked him not to walk on the babies blankets not to mention what other critters are on the bottom of his shoes and she puts her baby mouth on everything on the ground! #2 midway through his spray, he advised me that this was NOT the scorpion treatment and that if they were in my apartment last week that he should NOT be treating my apartment again for 60-90 days with the same chemicals!!!! #3 my request for Scorpion treatment was months ago and I did go back and review my work orders. I mentioned that it was marked complete but was never addressed. (May 28th) How did that get overlooked??? How did this get mixed up?? Why did I get two basic treatments two weeks in a row? Was it only to address this public review? My other half is overprotective and super anal. If the house isn't clean, he blames me. (washer flooding/maintenance requested twice) If the baby gets sick, he blames me. (we both have rashes now) I have never EVER lived anywhere with roaches let alone the number of issues I've had in this ONE apartment. Nice apartments, they charge up the A** for what it's worth though. The gates are always broken, I've had to replace my clicker that open the gates 3 times and it still doesn't work, my key fob for the pool and the personal gates has never worked, I called them to fix a window that was stuck before I moved in and they never got back to me, I ended up fixing it myself. The office staff is pretty snobby and stuck up (at least whenever I've had to talk to them). My car window got shattered and broken into and they didn't answer the phone or even get back to me after leaving a voicemail. I'm pretty unimpressed and I don't plan on renewing or recommending this place to anyone in the future. Not worth the money and definitely offers little to no peace of mind. Could just be my specific scenario but I've only been here 5-6 months and all this has happened already. read more

Stayed here for 2.5 years. I had a really good experience here. Everyone I encountered at the front office was ALWAYS professional and very friendly. Tonya, Cali, Jorge, etc etc all of them have been awesome. They are not robots here and they actually treat you like a human. Very warm here. Never had an issue with bugs or anything like that. Ever. Grounds are always well kept. Everytime I had a friend come over for the first time, they were always impressed by the complex. Great location. Don't move in if you have any health problems or breathing issues. The carpets here aren't treated, so from walking barefoot, my feet acquired a rash that turned into open wounds. No I'm not this "nasty, don't shower twice a day, dirty old man, doesn't care about my health, doesn't clean up after himself, doesn't vacuum and has never attempted to get his carpets clean" type of guy. I'm the exact opposite. I care about my health and my overall appearance. I attempted time and again to keep my apartment up to standards, but the task was nearly impossible! The air here was disgusting. I changed my filter twice within the first few months and it still blew out dust and micro fiber hairs. YUCK! Imagine eating your food wondering if you're breathing air from the roach motel next door!!? Uhhh, Yes they have roaches here. I can post pictures of the stairwells and sink that they come up through! Why oh why rent out to people if you're only trying to kill them? Do you know that the management sent out a mass email to all of us residents explaining why the water looked brown and that it met all standards and was safe??? umm I cause me sir, water is not brown. No wonder all fixtures in the kitchen and restroom were molded over. Yuck! & double yuck!! Again, I urge new residents to rethink living here. Feel free to message me with any questions you have. Moved here a few months back and everything was okay. Our A/C keeps shutting off. I have a one year old and it gets hot when it shuts off, we have to continually turn the thermometer off and wait 30mjn to and hour to turn it back on for the cool air to get going. Sometimes we wake up in the middle of the night sweaty because the A/C turns off, we've called maintenance maybe 6-7 times since being here, the kitchen facet was leaking when we got here, had to make a maintenance request to get that fixed, the flooring in the kitchen is just one big plastic piece, it's made to look like real wood, but ours is not sticking completely down so there is an air pocket between the piece and the floor, so when you walk on top of it, it makes a weird crack noise all the time. The showers have a glass sliding door, when we first moved in it I noticed it has rust on the bottom. Also they never thought of replacing our filter when we moved in. The 4th time we did a maintenance request one of the guys checked the vents and he said the filter was really dirty and we should be replacing it every 3 months... mind you this happened not even a month after we moved in. Now I have found out we will be splitting the utility bill between all the residences for the amenities. Ex: the fitness room, the TVs around the pool. Everything that is an amenity and needs electric all the residents will now have to pay for the bill. Also we have to pay $30 for trash to be collected, and no you can't just leave boxes out there for them to collect, it has to be broken down. The bag can't weigh more than 25lbs. I wish that was an option, we take our own trash down majority of the time. So there is about $50 for trash and the amenity bill every month. Can't wait to move... I've been to many different states and this is by far the worst apartment I've been too. Will not be renewing my lease. A lot of people around here don't pick up their dogs poop too. I always come across dog poop while walking my dog Update: we moved to a 2 bedroom and have been at the 2 bedroom for a year and a half. We don't have the a/c issue anymore, I have found one scorpion in the master bathroom. I notice a lot, I mean lots and lots of dust. I clean as much as possible but it seems the dust just settles everywhere. The fans get a lot of piled dust on them fast, the air filters get dirty fast as well. I was cleaning my balcony one day and forgot to let the people under us know, I just used soap and water. It wasn't a windy day, so everything was just going into the street. I got a call asking if my dog was peeing and it was running onto the street. I mean I understand calling about the water and letting the people under us know before hand. Which I totally understand stand, I simply forgot. But asking if my dog was peeing? That must be a lot of pee and really soapy pee. Then tonight at 11:30 my mother in law came to drop my sister in law off, I met her by my garage to let her see my daughter. We were just talking, no yelling, no smoking, no loud music. Just simple talk, then a lady across us, tells us from the balcony that "There are families trying to sleep!". I'm not a loud person, I have a daughter I understand it's late but I just wanted her to see her grandma. I'm sitting in my apartment and I don't hear much outside. I'm starting to think this lady is making complaints against me, I'm Native American and I'm thinking racism is happening here? Well I won't be renewing our lease, a lot of problems before hand, bugs and a neighbor who is complaining a lot. There are people who play loud music, have loud vehicles, talk at night in the same area I was in, but I guess because my skin is a different tone I get told to be quite... yes and there are loud vehicles here that play loud music, cars that speed in the property. My dog was almost hit while I was in the garage, she went by the garage door, I have a retractable leash and I was about to walk out and heard the car coming. I pulled her in and the car quickly just went into the garage. I've reported loud music a lot! The person still plays loud music into the night all the way until the a.m. I've traveled a lot and stayed at a lot of apartment complexes, I've never paid so much money for a "luxury" apartment and not feel so comfortable and have so many issues. I LOVE it here! We moved in back in April and have had nothing but amazing experiences. The grounds are always beautiful and well taken care of. I have never seen any spiders, crickets, roaches, or scorpions (which is surprising because those critters are pretty common in Arizona). Any service requests we have put in were taken care of very quickly. Not to mention, the office staff here is always extremely friendly and helpful! Anyone looking to purchase a home do not consider living at Parcland Crossing I am a Mortgage Lender who just purchased a home and asked management to accept my 30 day notice to vacate. They refused and insisted I give them a 60 day notice. With apartments at the highest demand in years. I figured out why they wanted a 60 day notice, my contract is up and I will be month to month for the next 60 days at 2100.00 per month vs my normal rent under contract at 1400.00 so they have increased my rent 145% . I was told that when you buy a home they would work with you ! money hungry MF. Tonya, the manager is the most condescending person I have run into in a long time. I've lived at Parcland crossing for a little over 3 years the maintenance staff are amazing and fix anything that may go wrong in a timely fashion. The apartments and grounds themselves are great, perfect for anyone who wants a carefree living environment. The one problem I've been having time and time again is with the management staff or should I say lack of management staff. The property management company has no idea what they're doing! They continue to charge me for renters insurance even though I have provided them with an accepted form of renters insurance. I have contacted "management" over 8 times and still the problem continues. If they actually fixed the problem my review would be much different. As for now I would not recommend this apartment complex due to the lack of management skill and inattentiveness... read more

I moved here about 2 1/2 months ago from out of state. Sight unseen, except for online photos. I did good! Not only is my apartment itself and the complex very nice, the staff is amazing! They are SO patient and were able to make some last minute changes for me before I moved in. I love the location - it's super convenient - and they have so many events to keep residents involved. They have a continental breakfast once a month and food trucks every Thursday - I have never lived anywhere who does this much!! Maintenance is quick, friendly, and efficient. Pillar seems to be a great company. I've visited another property and the staff seemed very happy as well. I will definitely be staying with Pillar properties as long as I rent. Opposite of "Luxury" Since our initial move-in less than a month ago, this apartment has been nothing but disappointment and frustration. I will start with the good, since there are much fewer of those to list: 1. The manager is absolutely lovely. She is very kind and personable, and does what she can with the resources she has, but may be limited in her scope. 2. Maintenance team Rocks -- they are awesome and go out of their way to do their best (T**** and Jay*** are awesome). 3. The main pool (when it's available to use) is great. Now for the negative: 1.**!COCKROACHES: The abundance of cockroaches in our apartment building and surrounding the immediate entry/halls is Ridiculous. We found out only After the fact, that these are sewer roaches, and most likely due to the location of our particular apartment building/unit, which is NEXT to a sewer drainage system, that is why we have so many. You have to understand: prior to moving here (from out of state), I have never seen a cockroach. Now, we have had 4 in our apartment, and two crickets. They have pest control come and spay on a regular basis, and you do have the ability to spray within your apartment if you so desire. We have had them spray around the entry, etc., but they are pretty relentless. We have been told this is common for early summer? Either way, these are disease-carrying insects that have the potential to cause real illness. 2. Also upon move-in: our garage door was already dented/damaged with the sensors not completely aligned on move in. We did notify management of this, but it did not seem to be a concern, and we were told the door would not be replaced. Because of the dent in the garage, there is an opening in which cockroaches and other creatures -- most recently a black widow spider-- like to occupy. The garage space is essentially USELESS to pay for: it is infested with cockroaches and who knows what else (not to mention ridiculously narrow for even a mid-size SUV), thus we really don't want to store anything in there without the risk of it too becoming infested. 3. The A/C cooling is distributed completely unequally throughout the unit. We have had maintenance come by on multiple occasions now to no resolution. This is probably the second biggest issue I have with this apartment, if not the first; I cannot sleep in my own bedroom. The master bedroom (which is significantly smaller than the guest/bedroom #2) remains HOT, despite attempting techniques such as closing the vents in less-used rooms overnight, etc. The temperature in the master bath remains consistently at 79-80 degrees, even when the A/C is set to 76 degrees. The air itself feels muggy and congested. The master bedroom itself is consistently reading at 78.3-80 degrees, despite two fans (a ceiling and tower fan) running as well. **We decided to try an alternative method to help control the heat, which is made worse by the patio doors that lead out to the balcony and cheap, single-pane windows throughout, so we purchased a curtain rod and curtains to hang in our balcony, as we saw many other neighbors doing. We were told as of today, we had to remove the light-blocking curtains, and that those neighbors that do have curtains hanging were "grandfathered" in. The only real space to feel cool in this apartment is directly below the livingroom vent. **I should also mention, the guest room/bedroom #2 is significantly cooler (and bigger!), AND it has NO ceiling fan. OR ceiling light. BUT, there are 3 light switches that are absolutely useless and do nothing whatsoever (they do not appear to be connected to ANY of the outlets throughout the perimeter of the room, as we tested them all). 4. The layout of this style of apartment is worthless (we live in a 2 bed/2bath). There is no entry closet or hall closet whatsoever, AND NO designated dining space, or place to put even a small dining table. The countertop that is in the kitchen does NOT allow for bar stools, as the overhang in the unit is only ~2". I know that some units have sit-in counters where you can put bar stools, but not ours as I was made to believe given the video tours and 3-D floor plans (we moved cross-country, so we did not get to see the place in person first). Since moving across country, the move-in process and this apartment has been a nightmare with nothing but frustration. Why are we paying nearly $1800/month to rent an apartment with ALL of these issues? These are Overpriced and poorly built (or maintained) apartments, with the only real luxury amenity being the pool(s). Don't waste your time or money. read more

Ask yourself, wouldn't a happy community fill their Facebook feed with residents' community posts instead of announcements? Those with a strong stomach will kill and get past the cockroaches that will be present upon move-in. I had four, which were alive and clearly showing me that the property did not spray in or out of the vacant apartment at all. You might be able to use the thin veneer of luxury to ignore the major problems such as a heavily water damaged bathroom floor that was not fixed. (Be sure to note this stuff on your self inspection) But eventually you will be annoyed by the management which is no help at all with issues. They would rather tell you no than assist with the only request I submitted in 18 months. Lowest possible recommendation, find somewhere else. read more

We've been here for 1 year. The facilities are top-notch. The pool is beautiful. The fitness equipment is high quality. The maintenance crew is visible each and every day working to keep everything in working order. There is minimal noise from neighboring units, but to be fair, we shared only one wall with no one above or below. All issues are addressed within 24 hours. The staff is friendly at all levels. Adam, the manager, leads by example and is always friendly and accommodating. If I wasn't so eager to own my own home, I would never leave! read more

Lack of thorough customer service at all levels. We have been living here for years and while some of the issues were tolerable for a while, we can't stand it here anymore. To start, we constantly have random cars park in our designated spot that WE pay to have, and management has yet to ever deal with them correctly. They either put a tiny little sticker as a warning or, if it happens after hours, we have no way of contacting them. They tell us to call "courtesy patrol" if the office is closed yet the number they gave us never answers the phone. So we are stuck having to walk across the entire complex for parking due to lack of ANY available resources for most of the day and night. The towing company will not work either once the office is closed. Secondly, we have had a vast amount of noise coming from our upstairs neighbors, which has never been a problem with of the other families that have lived above us. We have made proper complaints to the "management" who have done quite literally nothing to solve the problem. They tell us to just "document" the noise each time it happens, and we even had them come into our apartment to listen to it and they still have done nothing to fix it. They claim of giving everyone a "fair chance" when we have given them proof of the constant nuisance. Thirdly, while this may or may not be temporary, about a year after moving in, they started building a full scale hospital next door, literally right across the fence from our windows. The noise has started as early as 5 am and continues until the middle of the afternoon. There is an immense amount of loud banging, trucks, alarms, and metal-on-metal clanging. It, along with our neighbors, wakes us up on a daily basis. The construction noise may eventually stop, but the loud sounds coming from the hospital will continue to exist. This place is pretty on the outside, but if you have a problem other than a leaking sink, you will have no luck being able to ever fix it. If I could move out today I would, and I plan to never come back once my lease is done. I do not recommend this place. read more

The place is great. Plenty of amenities. But their building codes are sub standards and their public relations with current tenants needs work. What I'm talking about is upstairs neighbors stomps and stomps relentlessly. Other places I've lived the management would talk with the stomping neighbors, they would say they would work on being more quiet. NOT HERE. I had to get someone from the front office to listen to the noise and after hours I had to call the local patrols. I've did that twice and not one decibel or amount of time they stomp has decreased. Incessantly without letup. I work from home most of the time and this is the worst place as far as noise I've lived in and I lived in barracks most of my youth. Moved in back in October from Indiana and dreaded the long distance move and LOVE MY APARTMENT HOME. I needed last minute accommodations and the front office came through. My apart is extremely cozy, beautiful and very quiet. I rarely hear the people above me and never beside me. I have the one floor plan with attached garage and it's so convenient. My patio is large and very private. Property is gate secured I've never felt unsafe. Grounds are beautiful and pool is resort like. I have not needed maintenance yet. Neighbors seem to stay to themselves. Electric bill in the winter has been high of $65, very energy efficient. Property conviently located to EVERYTHING. Most definitely an upscale luxury apartment as advertised. My only complaint is THERE ARE LOTS OF DOGS, and some owners are not very responsible. It would be great if property took one oof the very large greeen areas and converted it to a Dog park. I sure hope renewing stays as positive because some reviews state otherwise. read more

I lived at Parcland Crossing for over 6 years. It was originally Mark Taylor properties and a year or so later, Pillar communities took over. And it was down hill from there. I lived in the rear building #8. And the maintenance people never cleaned back there. There was tons of dog hair at my front door everyday. Also dog poop aka weeds around my patio area. I don't own pets because I'm allergic. I couldn't even park in my garage because of the hair piled up to my door. I made several complaints and finally someone spayed down my entrance. But going fwd, no one would clean unless I complained. Other buildings facing the front entrance was spotless. Upon my leaving do to buying a home, we spoke with Adam the manager. He said he would come by and do a pre inspection, which he did. He said everything look good and clean aside from the kitchen because I was still cleaning up. The whole apt was empty, every room and bathroom spotless, cleaner than when I originally moved in. He said everything looked good and there wouldn't be a problem as long as I finish the kitchen, which we did. My husband then asked Adam, since it was a holiday weekend "labor day" if we could turn our keys into the box office on Monday because he had to rinse the garage out that Sat. Adam said that would be okay because the office would be closed and no one will be doing any inspections until Tues. And low and behold, when we got our final bill which should've been for 1 day rent a water bill. He charged us for 2 extra days bcaz my husband turned the keys in Monday. He even gave a set of keys to the new lady at the front office on Sat the 1st which was our move out date. She told him to put the rest of the keys in the lock box since the office would be closed on Monday. Our final bill should've been around $140 est. But when we got the email on our final bill. They wanted $342.99. My husband was livid, and called Adam right away. When my husband called to confront him, Adam told him a different story. He said "well you still had the other keys which mean we still had access" my husband then reminded him of what we asked him prior about turning the keys in on Monday. I know some words were exchanged between the both of them and Adam ended up hanging up on my husband. For Adam to look at us in our face and lie about it being okay to turn the keys in on Monday is horrible. We haven't lived in that apt for the past 2 weeks because we lived in our new home. We have been paying a mortgage of $1500 and rent of $1365 a month since May of 2018 because we had to fulfill our lease. I will post on every social media I can think of because Adam has told a bold face lie to me and my husband. This place is infested with crickets, roaches, & scorpions. I've only lived here for 3 months and found MANY scorpions in my apartment & told the office and they did nothing but move me to another apartment and to find there were scorpions there the night I moved in. I've had a very decent experience here. Also read some of the older reviews to see how other people's experiences compared to mine. I think that right now especially, with the economy, worker shortage, shortage of certain goods and building materials, it's kind of hard to expect perfection. This complex has changed a lot recently, and continues to change. Nothing has affected my daily routine, and some of the changes look nice. I don't have roaches, but I find a scorpion here and there, mostly on the walls or near doors. I spray lavender essential oil, which deters them. The office always addresses any issues I have with broken washer/dryer, or anything like that. Overall very affordable, quiet at night, and I always feel safe. It's close to the freeway and several grocery stores and shopping centers. My only complaint is that I wish the gate would close at night, but everything else is good for the price. read more

This apartment property used to be owned by Marc Taylor, but they sold to Pillar. What a mistake that was. When Pillar took over, they got rid of all the Marc Taylor employees, from the office, down to the maintenance. Let me tell you, their replacements didn't even compare!!! I lived there for almost four years and watched the quality dip. I have only been here for about a month, but so far, so good! I haven't really checked out the amenities too much yet but the things that DO make a big impression on me are: the amount of pet waste stations! Great to have if you're a dog owner. And lots of grass and trails for walking and "business" The landscaping and grounds are always neat. There was an issue with the front gate but it was repaired timely. My apartment was in great condition when I moved in. I have used the grills and picnic areas and they are working, kept up and clean. For those who take these things for granted, trust me! There are communities that DON'T make sure these simple things are tended to. I've only had minor work orders and they were fixed right away. I have a garage and a quiet apartment that offers Valet Waste (which I have always been a fan of) and a friendly office staff. So I'm happy! read more

I have been living here for 8 months and so far I like it. One negative thing is that I have asked them to spray my patio 4 times for bugs and still it appears they have never done it. I have seen multiple black widows out there. And had to just go to Home Depot and get bug spray myself to fix the problem. Super annoying. read more

Me and my family have lived here since May 2016 and don't plan on moving. We are happy with our apartment, its location and love how this unit is separate from any adjoining walls with neighbors. We have the garages below us and no neighbors above. I fell in love with the beautiful resort style pool area, its large granite counter tops for having BBQ's with friends, birthday's, etc. It's perfect for entertaining. I love how helpful and accommodating the office staff are, especially Jacqueline (AKA Jacquie) and Tonya (manager). I like when the office has special events & contests for us as residents also. They had an Easter egg hunt for the kids and a scavenger hunt for the adults which was super fun! I have participated in pretty much every costume contest they have had too :) The fitness center is getting an upgrade with Fitness on Demand which I am excited about!! The email communication is great. Food Truck Thursdays are cool. Oh, and they also have a fully furnished apartment so that when you have friends or family coming to visit from out of state, they can rent the apartment during their stay! Living here at Parcland overall has been a good experience, and they make it a fun place to live! I recommend this place to my friends and family. I recently moved out after a 20 month stay while my divorce was pending. Best apartment complex I'd ever lived at. Spacious floor plans with modern cabinetry and granite countertops. Nice balcony and storage room. I opted for a separate garage that was about the size of a 2 car garage it was so deep. The staff is always helpful and even installed some new ceiling fans I bought at Lowe's for free. As far as the grounds and amenities go. They have 2 pools similar to those you'd expect at resort style hotels at never close. There's a playground and many grassy areas great for pets as well as BBQs throughout. Clubhouse has an office area as well as a pool table TVs and couches. Adjacent is a fitness center too. If your considering living here may I suggest you ask for Frieda. She's your girl. I have lived here for about two years and the past couple of months I've noticed some things that are highly disappointing. I recently received a notice of a rent increase, if I am to renew my lease. Who, exactly, do you think you guys are? This is not a Mark Taylor; you do not provide us with community events or other services that would warrant a $350 increase in rent prices. I'm not unreasonable, I realize it is necessary for prices to increase based on the current rental market and other factors. I would have no problem paying that amount if I truly felt I was getting my money's worth, however that is not the case here. I live on the left side of the complex, which anyone in the community knows means you will be searching for parking for half an hour after work, because it is so limited. There is a biker that enjoys revving his motorcycle at 6 AM in his garage (hello acoustics) every day, and has been doing so for the past 6 months. Nothing has been done about this. Within my apartment, we had a cabinet door unexpectedly come loose while my wife was opening it and nearly gave her a concussion. We have also had ongoing problems with the air conditioning, so much to the point where we have had water pour out of the overhead air conditioning panels and damage personal items. In addition to these fun issues, I also had my car egged for no apparent reason, despite Parcland claiming they have "capable security." You guys are out of your minds if you think you are worthy of $1400 a month for a 1 bedroom 1 bath, especially over on the left side. More than a 25% increase on rent prices? Perhaps if you make some serious changes and become as reputable as Mark Taylor you can justify having such ridiculous prices. read more

I recently transferred from Taviano another Pillar community and I have nothing but great things to say about them. Staff is awesome I've never had a problem with them as I've always paid my rent on time with no hidden or extra fees. Maintenance is professional and gets the job done in a timely matter. This place is beautiful and the amenities are outstanding! The only thing they haven't been able to do for me is change the weather. read more

I've been part of the pillar community for a few years now. Ever since we became a part of the community everyone has been helpful and so welcoming! Place is always clean and safe. We had an issue with or AC before I had my baby and they immediately fixed it even when it was after hours. Cali is amazing! She is so great with people and she leads a wonderful team. I would go zero stars but not possible, Property is nice but was bought by Pillar communities, STAY AWAY FROM PILLAR COMMUNITIES!!! Management is horrible and rude!!! My wife and I lived there for one year lease, and fulfilled our one year lease, gave adequate notice (I went in November and the girl didn't have the info so she said she would email me, which I never got, so I went back in December and got into an argument with the management because I was told I needed to give 2 months notice, even though I had been there a full year ) and moved out before the month ended, I turned in my keys early and the girl came back from office said thank you and acknowledged that everything was good. We left the apartment in very good condition and cleaned up well after we left. The next month my wife gets a threatening phone call saying we owe rent and are being evicted (we had already been gone several weeks). REALLY? My wife explains that we moved, gave notice and turned in keys properly, and they continue to argue some loophole in a lease that we didn't even sign with them (we signed a one year lease with Mark Taylor). My wife tells Adam, the manager, to call me and I never get a call. Weeks later, I get a call from a collection agency saying I owe over $2,000 for a $1200 per month apartment, I refuse and immediately call Parcland Crossing, asking for Adam, the manager, he isn't around for a few weeks so this woman starts to debate me about the lease. It's literally like talking to a parrot. Again, they act like we did something wrong and they constantly refer to an obscure clause in the lease so they can extort money after we vacated. They were literally in the apartment that they were charging us for and their excuse is "Well, you didn't plan on paying us anyway, so we went in" REALLY? I was really told that.... HEY PARCLAND, DO THE RIGHT THING!!!!!!!! We did everything right, and were quiet tenants that paid our rent on time. We fulfilled our one year lease and gave more than adequate notice. You are the ones ripping off the mouths that feed you. No wonder, tenants steal public TV's or break stuff on the way out!!!! read more

The grounds are exceptional, maintenance requests are quickly answered, office staff is exceptional- friendly and professional. My boxes are never lost, my neighbors are respectful for the most part. Trash service at the door is wonderful, although it leaves stains on the walkways which I don't like. They change grass for every season. The pool and gym are resort like.....continually have resident events that are extremely well thought out and planned. Parcland Crossing Apartments has amenities for young couples, seniors and everyone in between! Common areas are extremely well kept, pools, gym, professional center are available to all residents. The Community Manager Adam is most professional, courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating, as is Jaqueline who is located in the front office. Maintenance team Josh, Johni and Miguel do their work most professionally and go above and beyond to meet your needs and wants. Noise is kept to a minimum, in fact have never noticed such. Pets have ample place to be walked and the "doggie stations" are abundant over the property and cleaned daily. Definitely would recommend Parcland Crossing as a environment to call home! read more

Awesome facility and staff. I have lived here for 2 years and the front office and maintenance staff are awesome. The apartments are beautiful and the grounds are well maintained. Lots to do around here like downtown chandler and right next to 202 freeway. read more
