I personally would have preferred a bread crispy crust type of a bread for the dipping. Then we had scallops with tomato pesto sauce that were absolute perfection. I never really loved scallops until I tried Mike's scallops! They melted in your mouth. We also had the shrimp cups in a phyllo cup with guacamole! It is such a perfect summer appetizer.
