I've never been disappointed by anything I chose. If I feel like rice or potatoes I can have that as a side, but if I want to be healthier and get some kind of well-seasoned protein I'll get riced cauliflower or something. I like that the food is prepared fresh and sold fresh, but if you want to spread out your meals you can freeze them at home. I've also purchased a few of frozen meals from HMD and those turned out fine as well. The delivery option, although pricy, is great. There are a lot more options online and those you can have delivered or pick them up in person and I've seamlessly done both. I've been to this Mt. Sinai location, as well as one in Patchogue and another one I spotted randomly while driving but don't even remember where it was but the experience has always been the same -- consistent. I've tried Swole House and HMD definitely beats them. Also, if you're in the Mt. Sinai area grab some food from here instead of nearby Lotus East II, go home, watch something on Netflix and chill.
