We decided to try this place at noon on a Friday. We were the only ones there and severely underdressed. The atmosphere reminds me of an upscale Olive Garden with the brick walls but it has Greek photos everywhere and is very airy and open with the windows. We had outstanding food. The dip was amazing. The flaming cheese plate was a little small and I feel like they didn't give you enough pitas to get all the dip so we had to ask for more . Our other greek dish was great. Everything was fresh and very favorable. Obviously with how things are everything was kinda expensive but we will be coming back! Our server was also amazing :)

They are friendly and welcoming. The place is spacious. You don't feel crammed in. The design ia Greek themed. Our waiter was fabulous! They have a good Magical Dining menu. The Sangria is a little on the weak side. Happy hour is half off drinks. The food is fresh. The Saganaki was too liquidy. The hummus was tasty. The lamb shank was too spicy. The chicken breast was garlicky. The beef souvlaki was well seasoned. The Portokalopita was great. The Loukoumades were good. The rice pudding was so delicious.

Last night I stopped in for dinner. It was my second visit, I forgot to take pictures on my first visit so I waited to do a review. The restaurant is very pretty with a good amount of outdoor seating if you are so inclined. The wait staff is very attentive, drinks were refilled without needing to ask for them. I was checked on but not intrusively. But what brought me back was the food. I started with calamari which had the perfect amount of light breading. It was served with a grilled half lemon which I squeezed onto it and added a nice smoky tartness to it. It also came with a garlic solo which was tasty but I preferred the lemon flavor. The pita bread is well seasoned not just bland. But for me it was the Greek village salad and a skewer of flame grilled chicken. Lots of cucumbers tomatoes and olives with a fantastic dressing and a big chunk of feta. The chicken was perfectly seasoned with a slight char on it. It was a perfect hot summer night meal in a beautiful setting

Loved the decor and layout! Very flexible to accommodate different party sizes. Ordered the white and red sangria. I personally like the red better than the white. Wifey liked the white better than the red so it worked out. The white sangria had more of a moscato, Zinfandel type of taste to it. Wife ordered the chicken Santorini which was delicious!!!!!!! I would definitely comeback for that dish. I ordered the chicken tata which is basically a Greek chicken parm. As a heads up, it comes with pasta but the menu does not say what kind of sauce is on the pasta. Pasta came out with red sauce (which I don't fancy) but I can't blame the waitress because I didn't ask. That's on me. Even though they should be more thorough and inform you or ask if red sauce is ok. Either way, it didn't ruin our night. We will definitely come back and make sure to ask better questions Service: greeted and sat down with so much grace and attention. Waitress was ok. It almost seemed like she was in a rush to get out of there. When I did bring up the sauce thing there wasn't any attempt to fix the matter again which I was ok with bc I'll take the blame for not asking. Will try to come a little earlier and hope for better service

Greek restaurant in downtown Maitland. The service was incredible- the server walked us through the menu and provided great recommendations. The spinach pie we had as an appetizer was perfect. The spinach was creamy and the dough was buttery and flaky. The moussaka was also excellent. Everything came out hot. The. Moussaka had a unique cinnamon taste in the bechamel which made the dish so unique.

4.5 Stars Parea was great! We came here with my book club and had a fantastic time. Great discussions, amazing food, and yummy food -- we couldn't ask for better. The cocktails here are well made; I got the Karpouzi and the watermelon juice was super fresh. For my main, I had the lamb chops which were perfectly cooked. I loved the seasoning and how tender they were. Anastasia was a fantastic server, and was super attentive. The ambiance was a little dark, but I loved the modern Mediterranean decor and vibes.

I didn't know that Parea was created by the same owners as Bosphorus! I have been dying to go here ever since I saw they have a dirty martini with feta stuffed olives. I love a dirty martini with blue cheese stuffed olives, but have never seen one with feta. Holy smokes, it was perfection. I honestly just came for the martini but I will never say no to cheese, so I ordered the saganaki. Chef's kiss. We arrived a little after 8 pm and it wasn't crowded. The inside of the restaurant was so beautiful and well lit. Everyone working was so nice and Jason at the bar really took care of us. I wish they offered brunch. I would love to come here on Sundays after visiting the Maitland Farmer's Market.

My wife and I shared the Saganaki and grilled octopus for our appetizers. They were both wonderfully flavorful. For my entree I ordered the Lamb Chops -- which I think were the most generous portion I'd ever received from any restaurant. They weren't over-seasoned, and didn't taste "lamby"... just really perfect, and the meat was very soft, and not too fatty. My wife ordered the chicken Souvlaki and it was moist and tender, and nicely flavored. Our server was very attentive, but not bothersome by any means. She had some good recommendations for dessert and was knowledgeable about their menu. Ambiance: it was like we were back in Athens! There was Greek music playing in the background, and it wasn't blaring, it was really at a nice decibel level. When we arrived at 5p, there were maybe 3 other tables occupied. But when we finished at 6p we were astonished to see it so busy inside! On this cold night in central Florida, the great turnout was a testament to the excellent dining experience and only confirmed that even poor weather conditions couldn't keep the crowd away from this place. We will definitely be back!!

Had the most wonderful experience at Parea. It's a newer restaurant where the outpost used to be and I love hoe they've redone the interior to be so much more inviting and a classy Greek twist. The food was EXCEPTIONAL. I got the branzino which came with a lemon linguine and we also got the Greek chicken which was fantastic and packed full of garlic and flavor along with potatoes that just melted in your mouth. The service was also phenomenal and although elevated I feel the pricing was fair. Will definitely be back!

Always yummy. Cooked to perfection. Their lemon potatoes are one of my favorites. Chicken was not dry and the dill sauce was a great addition

Stopped in for magical dining. Although if there are 4 or more of you they do a family style year round that is the same $40 price so don't sleep on that! The beetroot hummus was colorful and flavorful. I actually really enjoyed it because it was different than any hummus I've had before! The lamb skewers were great, the fries would have been better as rice or orzo but they were ok. I loved my rice pudding dessert. The topping of nuts and honey really helped add to the flavor! The manager was around, the server was attentive I will for sure go back!

From the same owner of the Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine mini-chain comes Parea Greek Taverna. After dining numerous times at Bosphorous and in this instance Parea, not only do both restaurants share a common Mediterranean heritage but they also both provide guests a superior culinary and service experience. Upon entering the establishment you feel as if you've been invited to someone's personal home. The employees and management certainly treated us like family and continuously made sure everything was to our satisfaction. We started off with Hummus Trio which was comprised of Beetroot, Red Pepper, and Regular Hummus with a never-ending supply of warm freshly-made Pita Points for dipping...YES! This was followed by the Octopus grilled over an open flame...DOUBLE YES! You could really come out contented by ordering just these two openers but, the menu is filled with so many standout items. I can't say no to a Lamb Shank... and Parea's offering was slowly braised and served with Orzo. My guest decided on the Branzino, grilled and served over Linguine Again, both dishes were incredibly delicious and cooked perfectly. As to dessert, I opted for something I've never ordered before which were the Greek Donuts known as Loukomades. Unfortunately, these were overcooked and dry...but as I indicated previously, being we were family, the manager readily took the item off our bill and instead we selected the Baklava. The Baklava had a rich buttery flavor and the optimum sweetness balance. FOR THE WIN! I look forward to returning soon...in the meantime...OPA!

Parea I understand is the latest from the Bosphorus family, and it's definitely the standout in my view. The experience feels upscale without being out of reach for most people and the service is fantastic with even the managers connecting with guests. The menu meets the elevated vibes presented, and while cost may be on the higher side it does come off as reasonable. My visit was to catch up with a friend so we were just sharing apps and drinks. We decided to go the "Meze" collection and from a cost and taste perspective I highly recommend this for anyone looking to try different dips. You get a nicely portion sampling of 6 pre-selected items. I wish it came with more pita as you will find yourself ordering more to be able to enjoy everything but the pricing for pita I felt was reasonable ($2 for 12 pieces). We also enjoyed white anchovies, my first time with this type of appetizer. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and seeing the different orders coming out of the kitchen (including tableside flamed cheese - Sagsnaki) and I would definitely be curious to return to try other items. If you're seeking well-crafted Greek menu in a lovely environment, Parea is definitely with a visit.

The Pastitsio was creamy and the tasty sauce was a little sweet, the gyro meat was fresh and the Tzatziki sauce helped top it all off. It was my first time trying Fila Dolmades, which also was good, but not sure about the grape leaves just yet. It came with two sides so I started things off with the lemon, chicken and egg soup called Avgolemono, which was very velvety and opened up the sinuses. Then a side of their green beans since I was craving something green after all the meat and pasta. And my partner really enjoyed his fresh classic gyro and Greek fries. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest, but public bathrooms never really are and the environment inside was all very comfy-cozy. But it's the food that stole the show and it's no wonder that this place has been around for 21 years and on the list of Seminole County's top hidden gems of a restaurant.

Just the yellow potatoes & veggies if she had any that weren't all carbs. 1/2 way through the meal I asked her if there was a reason I didn't get my Greek Yellow Potatoes: this is where things went wrong. However, even despite that, they usually have a good amount of seating available, even during their lunch rush hour(s). Parking varies pending the location, but there is usually enough. Price points are fine - I mean, it's no steal, and you can probably recreate much of their options for a fraction of the cost, pending where you get your produce. But I digress; I am a Cava fan and will remain one.

When I drove back to get a refund, they said I had to call Cava Support and they gave me a fake number. Cala and Autumn were incredibly disrespectful and rude. They should have done the right thing and refunded me for our entire order. The entire team at this Cava location needs to be replaced with people that check for quality control and know what customer service is. None of them are paying attention to what they're doing and they're too busy chit chatting to get the orders right. Autumn said she was going to give me the email address but instead she gave me this fake number. Shame on you!

We had to wait a few minutes to order while someone at the register was rummaging through receipts. I ordered a gyro with fries. I only waited about 10 minutes and they brought the food to the table. Everything tasted great. I was really impressed with the meat in the gyro. The toppings were fresh. The fries had the best seasoning. I would definitely come back but maybe for to-go food. While the food was delicious, I deducted 1 star for cleanliness of the establishment. The soda machine area was very messy with soda dripped everywhere, not stocked items, and things were sticky. Also there were tables in the dining room that needed a thorough wipe down.

It is your typical fast casual establishment where you order at the counter and they bring you your food. There is seating available. I ordered the greek salad with a salmon skewer. The salmon was cooked well and the salad was a healthy serving for the price. My friend ordered a different salad and hummus. I had a little bit of both and it was good. Overall, I think the food was fine and it was reasonably priced for what you're getting. Great place for a quick Greek fix on your way home from work.
