This Paris Baguette is my go to spot for WFH or when I want a sweet treat. This location is the largest around with so much seating but be careful, this place gets crowded on the weekends! The cafe has great lighting, outlets, and outdoor seating in the summer months. I come here so often, the staff know me and are always so patient and pleasant with customers. As for the food items, there is a good selection of self serve pastries, sandwiches, salads, cakes, and drinks to choose from. Their coffee is good, I usually get their iced teas and prices are reasonable! Location is right downtown and has meter street parking or you can park in the adjacent parking garage where they will validate your parking ticket free with a purchase. I tried the new pistachio mochi croissant. I like the texture (crunchy bite) and the cream inside wasn't too sweet either. But, the frosting on top was really sweet to my liking. I also tried the Iced Matcha latte for the first time, it was okay. Yet, the bakery is lacking customer service and cleanliness. I've stopped by this place many times and at varies hours and it looks like a tornado hit it every time. So many dirty tables, furniture, and floor. Even the condiment counters are neglected. It was 10 am and the place was a mess. My toddler wiped off the crumbs on the table so that we could sit. The bathroom didn't even have soap and paper towel. I've never seen a staff on the floor. They all stayed behind the counter and huddle, waiting for the next customer. I enjoyed the variety of pastries and it's at a nice location. Came here for the first time when we heard that they were running a national coffee day promo where we could get a free coffee with any purchase. We also saw signs in the store that say free pastry when signing up for their PB rewards program, which we promptly did while in store. When it came time to pay, the cashier became a little impatient and curt with us when we told her that we will using our PB rewards to redeem the offers available on our account. Another cashier stepped in to help out who was more patient and kind to us. Service could certainly have some room for improvement. I'm inclined to just redeem my future offers/rewards online (instead of in-store) to avoid such experiences in the future. There is also plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I like that their outdoor seats are facing a small park, which would be so nice on a nice day. Raspberries almond croissant - delicious, crunchy, crusty croissant topped with sliced almonds, dried raspberries and powdered sugar. Inside is filled with raspberry preserves, which adds a nice, tart flavor. I recommend toasting it if you're eating it the next day. Iced Coffee - we got a medium iced coffee, no ice with caramel flavor shot, and half and half. Coffee was smooth, not bitter, and enjoyable. Salt bread - I've been so curious to try Korean salt bread. This bread turned out to be quite plain. The inside is tender and there is a small pocket of salty butter inside. read more

My order was wrong twice and the nice boy confused by the coffee machine and could not figure out how to make decaf coffee. The Hudson Light Paris Baguette is such a great location! There's a ton of seating available. In addition, there's such a variety of pastries and sandwiches. Based on my visits to other Paris Baguette locations, the Hudson Light location has the best selection. There are more cakes to order as well. For a busy Saturday, the service was quick. Best lavender matcha latte ever. The mint doesn't overpower the matcha and the sweetness is perfectly balanced. I ordered mine with almond milk. Definitely my new go to fix. I asked for the Berry matcha latte - apparently it's on the menu but it's not ready for actual ordering yet? But that lavender matcha latte was AMAZING. We also had several pastries. My parents loved all their fruit cream ones. There's alot of interesting filled croissants. All fo them are big and flaky. Next time I'll have to try some of their cheesecake. read more

I stopped in here shortly after having gone to PingPod for a light snack. I was mesmerized by the many choices of pastries I had to choose from. However the minute I saw tiramisu cheesecake I was sold! The tiramisu cheesecake was perfect with every bite I took. The staff worked swiftly and promptly to service everyone and bump out the line which made the time crunch I was in work out. The location is large and has many places to sit and work from. Solid Selection of Coffee/Tea and Korean Pastries fix in Fort Lee Location: Very conveniently located off of Main Street in Fort Lee with the second Paris Baquette location within a short distance of each other. There are a lot of Korean bakeries in Fort Lee but this location is open and large with floor to ceiling windows. You can see them preparing the pastries and cakes which is very cool that many items are made fresh on site. For the line / cue, it can quickly get very long and erratically slow service based on the orders. Be patient and enjoy the people watching. Drinks: Tea lattes, Coffee Lattes, and a wide variety. We often go with the standard Matcha Latte and Earl Grey Latte. One time, we got a standard coffee but I would recommend their speciality and seasonal drinks which are a little pricey but worth it. Food: From big green tea cakes to breakfast pastries, there are always a lot to choose from. I think that faux cronuts are a solid option. There are multiple sausages/hot dog pastries which i default towards. I have to be honest that they are not always great but more a-ok so not everything is a homerun but always filling. For cakes or slices of cake, it is fun to get a few slices for an early or late dessert. The blueberry and strawberry desserts have been solid. Service: They always seem understaffed with a long wait for beverages but everyone is pleasant and in the COVID 19 visits they have been especially nice and positive which is awesome so it is much appreciated their work and efforts. I love this location of Paris baguette! This location is the closest you can get to NYC's Paris baguette. There are two locations in fort lee for PB so make sure you don't go to the other one as they have limited options. Also I have noticed that this location offers fresher pastries than the one in palisades park or other fort lee location. Typically I order chocolate chiffon or blueberry chiffon cake which is always available at this location, Hackensack location does not sell blueberry chiffon cake piece whereas this location does. Most of the New Jersey location doesn't sell chocolate chiffon which this location does as well. Their croissants are freshly made and their breads are also better than other locations. Definitely coming back until I find a better PB nearby. read more

This is a very large location with indoor and outdoor seating spots, and they usually have a good selection to choose from. We've gotten teas, coffees, and pastries here many times and they've been just as good as any other location. They do sell out of their pastries later in the day, so if you're looking for something particular, it's a good idea to go in earlier. Only complaint is it can be a bit dirty inside sometimes and they can clean up the tables and chairs a bit more. I haven't tried their cakes yet, but am very interested in trying the coffee-shaped cake as it is beautiful in real life. read more

The lower rating is due to their service, not because of their food. This Paris Baguette is quite large, with nice high ceiling to make the space even bigger. The corner walls were covered with windows, from floor to ceiling, bringing in lots and lots of natural lights. They have several different table seating of all sizes. Good for single visitor or group of people. They offer cakes, bread, pastries, and sandwiches. As for the cakes, you can either buy the whole cake, or individual slices. They are pretty darn good, and they all look really nice, beautifully made. Bread and pastries are in different window showcase, on the right side of the registry. They are long, and holds good varieties of items. They have both sweet and savory, whatever your craving calls for. We were there for a little afternoon sweets, so we ordered a couple of desserts and teas. The first cake of our choice was Green Tea Fresh Cream Cake. It was pretty good, nice size, and very tasty. The sponge was fluffy with good green tea flavor, cream was velvety without being thick or overly sweet. The second choice was Lemon Blueberry Mini Tart. This one was a bit smaller than the Green Tea cake, but I assume it requires more labor since the price is higher. It has layers of all the ingredients, starting from the tart, green tea sponge, blueberry compote (?) in the middle, fresh cream and custard cream. The tart shell was rather hard, and with the fragile top, it was not the easiest thing to eat. It was still very tasty. Now, the drinks... My husband ordered Iced Green Tea Latte and I "tried" to order Iced Taro Bubble Tea. The cashier told me that they ran our of taro tea. So, I asked if they still have Ice Milk Bubble Tea. He said "yeah yeah" in not-so-polite way. I put in an order for Iced Milk Bubble Tea. While they were making our teas, we sat and waited with our cakes. The iced green tea came out in a couple of minutes. Then, I was called by the staffs, and they told me that they ran out of bubbles...seriously??? I was going to put in a different order, but then they acted like they don't know how to void transaction... So, I had to order something with the same price. The service is just a-ok, not so great. Whenever there are just young people working without much of management figure, I feel like the quality of service suffers. The desserts are good as always.
