But also the cupcakes were delicious. You could tell they were freshly made, great flavor, soft & moist, and the icing was just perfect not too sweet. And I'm going to assume that one person was calling for technical support or something because he was on the phone while pressing buttons on the tablet. Or he could he be taking a phone order, who knows. The point is the other workers should have seen that he isn't ringing up anyone and the line is continously growing longer and longer. Management needs to work on having an adequate amount of staff or have rules implemented to help fill in other positions when needed.
